DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!They don’t finish there job! I had a leak they came out and “put a new roof on” but didn’t sorriest workers and the owner has an attitude when I text him and asked him about the missing shingles and drip edge and why is there a gap between my roof! This company will cost you more in the long run because they skip steps and don’t finish! I’m calling another company out to fix this!!

Very pleased with BP Roofing. Mr. Adam, Jeremy and Tyler were attentive and took the time to explain the overall roof replacement process. Our experience with this company has been hassle free. I never once felt like we were being taken advantage of. The materials used were of high quality. My roof replacement date was pushed back a few days due to weather (can't control Mother Nature). The customer service I received during this project has been exceptional. I received a call once a day from the owner updating us on our project. I highly recommend BP Roofing as my husband and I are very pleased with our new roof. Thank you!

We had a great experience with BP Roofing & Construction. The first time I called, no one answered and I didn't leave a message. But Adam, immediately called me back (which I appreciate very much in a business). Adam's metal roof guy didn't even have to get on the roof to tell what was wrong. But when he climbed up, he confirmed what he thought. They were able to fix the roof that day. We recently had a long day of heavy rain, and where the roof would have leaked, we had no problems at all. You can tell that BPR&C really care about their craft and doing the job right the first time. I highly recommend Adam and his crew. As long as we are in the Jacksonville, Calhoun County area, I will call Adam for help.

BP Roofing put a new roof on my home. Very good. Reasonably priced. Guaranteed their work for 10 years with a warranty which came in the mail. They cleaned up the debris afterwards and swept the yard with a magnet. (Safety note: Always check your yard again yourself. The more eyes the better.) Very pleased. However, a little slow to respond - may be due to just how busy they are.

The company is reliable. They came to replace my roof and found that the previous owners did a terrible job on the roof and its undercarriage. I live in New York now and adam and the crew took care of the situation. I was concerned with someone taking advantage of my mother and they did not do that. Lastly there is a lifetime warranty on my roof with a 10 year free repairs warranty. He kept us posted at all times on the status of the job. You dont find many honest companies, but I believe this is one of them.Oh and as long as the roof is up they can keep the sign on my lawn!Update:Currently there is a leak in my roof, and the office is always busy. I visited the site, and a lady in a neighboring office said the owners skipped town and owe a lot of people money.Now u need my roof repaired.

I am very pleased with the results from our re-roof and would definitely recommend this company. We were going to just repair the leak around the chimney (been fighting that battle for 20 years), but after discussing with Jeremy and Adam the owner, we decided to go with a new roof. great decision. Adam, Jeremy, Joe and the team were professional throughout. They were courteous, diligent in their work, and did a remarkable job with cleanup and haul away. They went above and beyond even what was promised. Adam came by and called to check on our satisfaction during the work and after completion. I am a very busy man and have never written a review before (it has been 2 weeks since the roof was put on and I am just now getting around to writing the review) but I felt impressed to write one this time. And by the way, we have had 3 thunderstorms with pouring rain, and we are completely dry.

From start to finish BP Roofing and Construction (Adam and Ryan) met or exceeded all of my expectations. The work was done when scheduled, the workmanship was high quality, the products used were very good quality, the small follow-up questions/issues were handled in a timely manner and the cost was mid-range for the quotes I received from other companies. I would highly recommend this company to perform work and fully intend to use them for some work other than roofing in the future.

These guys did a wonderful job replacing my original roof. The showed up when they said they would and communicated with me during the entire job. They also did a good job cleaning up considering how messy taking an old roof off can be. If you are shopping for a roof, give them a call.

I had a branch go through my roof and into bedroom ceiling. BP roofing and construction replaced the entire roof for a very low price. They did excellent work and they repaired the ceiling for the same price. Great communication. Highly recommended.

A small 2 bedroom house took over a month to complete. The job was supposed to start on a Thursday did not start till the next Wednesday. They left a section off the roof that I saw and took over another week to get it fixed. I asked for the facing to be done the day the job was done because I thought it would be included. I am not sure why, this companyWould not have told me it was not included.Due to it had to be done and they do that. I still do not understand that. So, after a month I have given up and hired someone else. I still have not gotten my warranty from them. Adam ignores text and does not answer the phone 90% of the time after the job starts. Very unprofessional business. I would pick someone else for sure.

I dont know where to begin. Im disabled, with congestive heart failure and body wide nerve problems among other things. I had my ceiling fall in on me just months after buying this house. I called BP roofing, who told me they would handle it all. Of course, they wanted to handle the roof first, and do the inside last on a separate contract. They charged me $7600 and told me they would remove anything bad, provide me with a new roof, and a 10 year warranty. They lied. I should have known when they showed up a week late, and started taking off my neighbors roof! I should have fired them when the drug use and the rampant fighting with each other started. I certainly should have kicked them when I noticed my property going missing. I was more than patient and forgiving. Instead, they left moldy wood throughout my attic, threatening my health and that of my famly. It is in the air and making us all sick, and Im immune compromised! They tried to get me to pay early, which I refused. Then they refused to do the inside work when that contract was fulfilled. Their crew was left behind to "sub" out that work, but only took me for an additional couple of grand, stole my materials and some of my tools, and even at one point threatened me when I had enough and told them not to return to my yard. I hired another crew for another 3500 to finish the inside, which is how the old rotten wood covered in mold was brought to my attention. For weeks the owners have been making false promises, dodging my calls, refusing to provide me insurance info so I can place a claim as is my legal right, and stringing me along through texts promising resolution that never comes. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. I get the feeling they are scam artists, and I dont even think they have active insurance. Their buddy who owns another outfit told me they are disolving this business, which is odd since they just took my money and gave me a 10 yr warranty on a new roof they didnt provide. I think intent is proven at this point. They confirmed before they started dodging my calls again that they are indeed closing this business. Mark their names....I would not do business with any of them under any business name. I plan to fight this.

2 rental properties roofs and a large shop roof were done right for me by Adam and his team, Adam told me up front for the type structure that shingles would be best, I'm so glad that we used shingles, because there was a lot of decking that had to be replaced, if metal had been used, a lot of that bad decking may have been left up on the roof,Adam was the only roofing company that talked about a warranty (5years) that was one thing that got my attention, they were able to get to the job in just a few days, Adam and his crew were always very respectful, also the price we agreed on was the price i paid. Some people in the Jacksonville tornadoes were being quoted really low prices and then being charged a lot more, Adam is in Calhoun county, so I felt good about using him, I have nothing negative to add, it's good to do business with someone that does what they say their gonna do, go check their work outAt 41 and 42 B. Fast and friendly service, yes. I rate three stars only because they left over 100 roofing nails throughout my yard and driveway. I have a dog and two young children who like to be barefoot. Luckily we haven't found any by feet or paw. But we have, however, found it with my car tires. 😡 The first time they were kind enough to replace. We were told they would come out to clean them, they never did. It's been a year later and here I am with another flat tire because I'm still finding more. 🙄

After Ryan came out and gave me an estimate to have my roof fixed, I contacted my insurance company upon receiving my check we agreed on a date. Which they were actually able to come a day earlier and get it done in 1 day before all this rain we are about to have.

Replaced my roof two two yrs ago...had a minor repair that needs to done...they have promised to come out at least two times....no show. Not very good on follow up once the job is done...will have to look at other roofers in the future.
