I used Best Choice Roofing in Madison, AL to replace my roof! I dealt with Jamie Clugston and John Suggs as they knocked at my door one day. I usually don’t answer door knocks but for some reason I answered this time and I am most definitely happy that I did! I couldn't have been more happy with the experience and dealing with Jamie and John. They handled the claims experience with my insurance company and met the adjuster on site when he did his inspection. Any questions/concerns I had they were always very quick to respond to phone calls or texts. I had some concerns/issues with our previous roof install and pointed them out. Jamie and John made sure those issues were brought to the attention of the install crew and again I couldn’t be happier! John Swope diligently inspected our roof and a few of the roof that belong my relatives. He came back and gave me his opinion which one has intensive hail storm or wind storm damages and which one are minor that I can just repair it. I am impressed with his professionalism and diligence. On one of the roof, there were obvious extensive damage, but our insurance keep trying to get out of paying by first offering to repair, but then they realize the damage area is not repairable, so the adjuster said they will replace only one side of the roof. John has to get up there take photos several times and send it to my insurance. They come back at first denying that they receive the photos, I uploaded them to my claim file, and it still took John a lot of effort to debate with the adjuster when one day he said the roof is not repairable, and the next day , they would only replace one side and repair the other side. The insurance finally agreed to replace the whole roof in the end. I am not someone who is claim happy, but that is what i paid insurance for. You use it when i have extensive storm damage. Not to save money by replacing half and repairing other half like patchwork, i can pay for patchwork. The shingles wont match. Thank you John. You earned my business.

I used Best Choice Roofing recently to replace my roof after taking some damage last year from a thunderstorm. I was having a hard time dealing with my insurance company. Nate Henderson just knocked on my door one day after seeing my roof with a tarp in place and was super helpful, friendly, and professional. They were able to work with my insurance company and explained to them that a repair was simply insufficient and impossible to be quite honest. Their installation crew was incredibly professional and fast. They also did a great job cleaning up the yard afterwards and I would recommend this company to anyone!

I highly recommend Best Choice Roofing due to their expertise and excellent customer service!I met with Maguire Laney in January to see how much roof damage we had after the past couple of storms. He helped me file an insurance claim to get that process going. He was very professional and thorough when explaining everything to me, and was always quick to respond if I had a question. I was out of town when the roof was replaced, but the crew left my property exactly as they found it (no mess for us to clean up). Once I got back in town, Maguire followed up with me to make sure everything went smoothly with the replacement. Then, I met with Ty Adams to fill out the certificate of completion. He informed me they would send the necessary paperwork to my insurance company. He made that process very easy and painless!

Super satisfied. Roofing crew did an outstanding job — clearly the most important customer consideration. Careful about preventing exterior damage; excellent cleanup work afterwards. Special shoutout to Jamie Clugston. She was my point of contact throughout the job. Directly involved in coordinating with my home insurance inspector and providing all required BCR inspection findings. Arranged a pre-work meeting with her local BCR manager to answer my pre-work questions. Made several quality checks while work was in progress, and walked behind the cleanup crew with a magnetic broom when job was done. This is an honor regarding Shelby Doran! We met when our insurance company, after an initial inspection, only agreed to do a partial repair, sending an insulting check for $4500, which was not deposited!😞! After rejecting that, Shelby shows up at my door, inquiring about the tarp on the roof, and asking if help was needed? I shared our story. She immediately came to our rescue, pledging that if BCR Company was allowed to advocate for us, and we agreed to sign contracting you do the job, she’d start the ball rolling! And that she DID! She inspected first, and her skillful eye observed missed damages from the July storm claim report! The claim was reopened, a new inspection was promptly done. In fact, it was by someone with whom she was acquainted from my insurance company. Wow! They teamed up, submitting a new report! With Shelby’s persistence, it resulted in another larger check, and deposited!!! She didn’t stop, keeping in touch weekly, until a date given for a FULL repair! That’s my story as a Satisfied customer!!! So, you’re asking why? We experienced Shelby as astutely knowledgeable, thoroughly detailed in transacting the Company business, and just a personal, pleasant, courteous personality!! She got it done! Kyle Spears was amazing - he was able to work with my existing insurance and get a full replacement (after I had already attempted) - he was very professional (an extremely inept salesperson had already created an inhospitable situation with my insurance company), and the work completed was stellar (have already received compliments from neighbors - only a week after installation), it was completed in 1 and 1/4 days (WOW) including the removal of a chimney, there was zero detritus left behind- cannot recommend enough!!!
