AMAZING! PROFESSIONAL! COURTEOUS! KNOWLEDGEABLE! SUPERB! Southern Roofing Solutions team member, Cesar Garcia, is the epitome of excellent customer service! From his initial phone call to setup the roof inspection; checking in on the day of; and showing up at the exact time he stated he’d be here, immediately garnered my respect. Very professional demeanor and approach about the roof inspection.Cesar was patient in educating me about my home’s shingle type and discussed the different types of shingles used in my neighborhood. He enlightened me on what he’d be looking for during the inspection making me feel comfortable about the process. Upon completion of the inspection, he gave me a good report on my roof’s condition and advised I may have a few years remaining. He pointed out a few spots to keep an eye on and to reach out to him if I see any changes. He also discussed weather phenomena to be aware of (non-hail events) that could damage my roof. I was blown away with his candor and caring approach. In no way did I feel pressured to have my roof replaced.Five stars isn’t enough to give as a rating. 10 out of 10 is what I say! Job well done, Mr. Cesar Garcia! You’re a gem for Southern Roofing Solutions! If I had a six pack of you I’d throw away a case👊🏽😁

Cesar was so great to work with! I'm a single mom of two, so it's hard to navigate getting quotes, setting up service times, etc., but he EXCEEDED great customer service and made the entire process so simple!The quote we were given was extremely elaborate and included photos of everything on our roof that needed to be repaired. They are the only company who even got on the roof to look for damage.I will definitely be using Southern Roofing Solutions again in the future!

Excellent customer service with Caesar. He was so personable and knowledgeable about my roof and roofing in general. I found him very trustworthy and easy to talk to. He did an inspection of my roof condition with pictures. I'll for sure be following up with him when it comes time for my roofing needs. I can't say enough good things about him.

Cesar was extremely professional he inspected my roof and gave an honest opinion for not to spend money on fixing it yet. rather he did free of charge repairs on several spots where he felt needed some attention.He also explained me how the venting system works and what’s the benefit of having the ridge ventingDefinitely will be calling him for my roof replacement soon it’s warranted.

I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Jacob. He came over and check my roof where some shingles were damages from the high winds we had in the area. During this time, they were very busy. He got with his project manage and work me in to the schedule. A few days later Mr. Cesar and Mr. Josh call me and said, that they were on there way over to fit the roof. Mr. Cesar and Mr. Josh did a great job repairing my roof and cleaning up behind themselves. I didn’t have to do nothing. Great job.

Jacob was very helpful and polite when he did our original roof inspection. He was through, documenting hail damage to our roof. He also returned when our insurance company inspector came to examine the roof. He was able to share his information with the inspector, and as a result, our claim was processed smoothly and quickly. Overall we are happy with the work that was done. There were just some issues with communication and cleanup. There were tons of nails left in our yard which is a huge problem when you have a 14 months old and dogs. However, the roof looks great and it was completed very quickly and they were easy to work with.

It was recently reported that I had roof damage to my house that is currently on the market in Huntsville. I am out of state and had issues finding a reliable company to inspect it. I called and spoke with Dekota, and his customer service is exceptional! He had a crew out and found that the report was false and I had no damage. He was courteous and professional and had me taken care of in a very timely manner. Highly recommend this company for roofing needs!

Huntsville Roofing Solutions staff was very professional and skilled at replacing my home roof. I was able to work with Mr. Jordan Woolf (owner/manager) throughout the project. He was understanding and listen to me as minor upgrades were required. The Crew insured that any debris was cleaned up each day of work. After the project was completed; they returned to go over the grounds to make sure all nails and other debris were removed. Working with Huntsville Roofing Solutions was a good experience and I would recommend this company to another requiring this type of service. We had an issue with roof leak in master bath. Dakota came out in one or 2 days and gave us a quote by the end of the day. Roofers were out within a week to replace boots and vent boxes that needed to be replaced. Dakota came out the next day to inspect the job. We were very pleased with this companies responsiveness and desire to do the job right.

A note was left on our door re: hail damage. Hesitantly called the # & set up a time with Jacob Poole. He was very punctual & polite and not pushy at all & actually climbed up on our roof to inspect it & took pictures to show us our hail damage with no drones involved. This helped our insurance claim go smoothly. We have not replaced our roof yet with the weather & deciding from all the sample colors he has provided us. Jacob always answers his phone or texts immediately so I highly recommend Jacob Poole as he definitely has his whole heart in his company.
