Good people here, but 25+ trucks in front of me to load flat sheet. Took 5.5 hrs to get loaded. Can't get any solid sleep while you're waiting because you're having to move forward every 20-30 minutes. They ran me out of time, but was able to park overnight at the large paved parking lot where you check in.

The lady at the checkin is so rude and unprofessional. She is disrespectful. I was raised to respect my elders but she could be the exception. But once you get past not cursing her out, its a pretty good place to load. The loaders are very polite.

Great place to pickup. There is usually a long line to pickup this material however get your rest. Be prepared to wait. Once you're loaded secure two chains or straps to your material and go to the tarping area to finish securing and tarping your load.

24/7 shipper. Some days you're in and out in no time, and some days you may have to wait a bit. It all depends upon what area you're getting loaded out of. If it's raining you may have a longer than normal wait time to load because other trucks in front of you have to secure their loads and tarp inside out of the rain. There is also an area designated for you to tarp when it's not raining. The employees, for the most part are pretty cool. Make sure to have everything that you need to get loaded with coils. Otherwise, you won't get loaded. PPE is required.

Park truck go check in with pick up#. Get gate ticket get on scale get weiggt ticket. Go to 10th st turn right then next left brown building rhs witb 2docks. Picking iron oxide.

After check in, everything is great! These people think this is the first steel mill we as flatbedders have ever been too…must see all PPE! So bring it in with you! They will make you walk back to truck to get your safety glasses! Then have to scan gate code 4 times! After that, loading was fine.

Most of the time your inn and out. You can load a day early if you want to. Best time to get there 6 to 12 usually not as busy.

Good Place, everything very organized. You need proper PPE safety shoe, Helmet, trousers and full sleave shirts. If you are overweight even 50 pounds then 80,000 lbs you are not getting loaded. Or u must get a overweight permit.

Unloading was fast. Delivered ingots of zinc. Plenty of space to unload and directions were clear as to where to go. No problems here at all. I’d definitely come back and deliver here again. Very pretty lady in the receiving office too :-)

follow google maps to reach —for delivery/pickup coils left door 24*7 open, zinc delivery right door- be here before—3:30pm - truck stop around 10 minutes away from site— always nice people....restroom available for use for truckers—- quick pick and drop for both.

People were friendly "not all warm an snuggly" but they were professional and friendly. Now mind you this is a Sunday so not as busy as usual, I had a 1600 appt & got there at 1500, was assigned a door & got straight in with no trucks in front of me, I could have tarped inside if I wanted since no trucks were behind me but I chose to move to the outside taping area so as to get a little breeze. Had never been before but all directions given were easy to follow. I will go back without hesitation.

What a 3 ring circus. The 5 hour loading time it took costed my first Elog violation. Plus the 5 hour wait costed me 2 loads at about a $3,000 loss total. DO NOT PICKUP HERE

What a waste of time. Appt at 2pm, didn't get loaded until 8pm (in line with literally 30 other trucks) nobody tells you where to go or what to do, no exit signs directing you to the exit when it's pitch black at night. Just a miserable experience here.

As far as big steel facilities go, this place is clean and smooth running. Make sure you have your appointment set up and a pickup or drop off number not to mention ALL safety gear or you won't be coming in.

Good place to get loaded if you have an entry number you go right up to the guard shack you get in. I recommend if you get the iron oxide powder you better put some plastic down on the floor of your trailer cuz they make a horrendous mess out of your trailer with that red powder absolute washout needed mess!

If you set an appointment time for YOUR coil to be picked up then you must go by the time given, not whenever you feel like letting the drivers in the building. Not everything needs to be tarped either.
