Nice RV park, clean showers, laundry, propane, mini golf, friendly people. We were able to stay for 2 nights with no reservations. After setting up we noticed a problem with our tire and the owner recommended local repair shop, looked up their phone number for us, gave us directions. Neat little town with railroad history and Ice Classic event every year. Great stop for us.

Excellent showers! Very nice host! Would recommend. We paid $35 for a power site, free showers included. Hardly anyone else here in early September. Minimal bugs.

I love Nenana Campground, because there are shower rooms, flush toilet, hookup and laundry. I love the shower room as it is like a private shower room, because inside the shower room there are toilet, toilet sink, floor towel and hand soap. There is no time limit to use the shower, and the fee is already included. I give 5 Star, they also allowed me to do the oil change for my van that already had oil change light on, but there is no spill, even one drop to the surface.

Nice little RV park. If you are looking for a wilderness type experience this is not for you. We stayed here after several days of rustic campgrounds a d appreciated one of the best bathroom/showers on our 8 week trip. There are 2 or 3 regular showers and one private shower room with shower, sink and potty. They even provide clean bath mats for each person. The water was hot and plentiful. There was a Keurig in the office for $1. Some traffic noise in the evening but became very quiet later on. Spaces were nothing special but adequate. There is even a miniature golf course included in the $20 dry camp fee. We stayed on the way to Denali and on the way back.

Usually we stay in state campgrounds but sometimes we go to RV parks to use laundry etc. A friend recommended this campground to us, she said it was really nice. We got here early, took the dogs down to the river to play ball, then stopped in the cultural center. Took showers in the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen while camping , complete with a fresh bath towel when you step out. They have new bikes to ride and the staff is super friendly. Not a huge place and the sites are close but still loved it!

We were fortunate to come across this cozy, friendly rv park for three nights. Very clean facility and it is obvious the owner takes great pride in her property and puts her heart into it. Loved the little office parrot, Olive:) This place is very accommodating to all types of travelers; seniors, families and folks with pets. I was so pleased they had a fenced area for the dogs to play! We stayed an extra day to soak up a bit more of Jamie and her family’s hospitality. We will stay there again anytime we travel that direction. Cute interesting town, friendly community and a GREAT RV park!Matt & FaithAnchorage, AK

Reviewed from local perspective.Great people running a cool little RV park.Offering propane fills at prices more than fair for village location. ( Times and days other places won't fill in the area)Mini golf for tourist and locals :)Living in a dry cabin this is my go to for showers in summer months. Nice and clean and cheaper than showers in Fairbanks. We are blessed to have this family and business in our community. Hopes folks on vacation give this place a stop, and explore the river and town.

Nice quiet campground, $30/night water/electric (30 amp). Did have issue with low voltage in first site, EMS kept shutting off power. Talked to office and let me plug into the pedestal on the next site and it was fine. Sites are a little tight for a big rig. Very friendly staff.

A very warm welcome, nice hosts, clean and hot showers included. Free wifi, not very fast, but hey it's Alaska. Little store in the office with very affordable prices. All in all peaceful RV Park which I can recommend highly.37.50 for water/electric RV spot. Only the train is noisy and not very far away.

We came into this Campground in June of 2017 with motorcycles. The owner was very friendly, accommodating and appreciates motorcycle riders with tents. She placed us in the Ramada area and told us this was the best place to have shade. If you are a motorcyclist definitely the place to stop for stay overnight

A hidden gem indeed! I stayed here with a 30' 5th wheel. The owner was very nice and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and will recommend it to friends. It is NOT your average Alaska RV Park .

Awesome Little RV park in a sleepy little. Nice family run operation with full hook ups, laundry, restrooms and a goody little mini golf setup. Not much to do in around town so I couldn’t see staying here more than a few nights. But if headed north or south on the highway and need hookups for a night.

I've stayed at the Nenana RV Park & Campground twice now. About a week apart, this place is excellent for those people with large RVs of all sizes or trailers. They have lots of pull thru sites, i got the impression they very rarely turn people away when i asked about making a 2nd reservation. The tent situation is actually one of the best so far in various places in Alaska -- its $15 (2017 summer price) for a tent site and unlimited shower access. They have Wifi/Internet on site there its pretty slow but its enough for a picture message and some wifi-texting. The office/house is open pretty late in summer and have some useful supplies. This campground is very walkable to the town, there are two museums (cultural center and railroad museum) that are a short distance away. Can also walk to the post office, Coghill store, and the river. Catch a view of the Alaska railroad just a few blocks away when it rolls thru town too.The camping pavilions are really nice, at least one of them has power outlets which are pretty handy for charging those phones, camera batteries, and such. The shower house has laundry and private showers, you can also dump our RV sewage and buy propane if you need it here.Make this park a stay over if your driving the Park's highway its cheaper or the same price as Denali parks and Alaska state parks in the area. If your just staying one night along your voyage its a nice play to stay.

Beautiful, friendly, safe, spacious, trees, grass, gazebos, wall-tents, firepits, clean, quiet, full hookups, electric, tent sites, showers and laundry also a gift store, near restaurants and art museum plus cultural center in this Native Village by two rivers. Really one of the best campgrounds around Alaska and a great price! There is also a clinic with an oncall health aid, police station and fire station.
