I remember going a long while back for an online order and was helped by Andres Levya. I remember his name because he had great customer service skill and was a really friendly guy. He even helped me when I came to the store in person a few times. I'd recommend him if you like employees who do their job well.

What a store! Super experience like I've never had before. And I want to thank one employee especially: Andres Leyva, what an amazing human being. Opened my eyes on how employees really should be, he should be an example.

I went to get some chicken tenders here and this really cool guy who's name is Andres gave reccomended me some bbq sauce and lead me on the way out with a smile on my face. 10 Outta 10 experience would get chemically made food here again.

The employees at the Benson az Walmart are not very friendly can't get help when needed but as big corps. They need to enforce a good cust service atmosphere I was a manager for 20 years in my meetings I would tell my employees every time if yu get up in the morning and say damn I have to go to work please find another job don't need that attitude here at work create a good atmosphere enjoy going to work 👍👍

i was caught in a brawl between three mountain lions and a grizzly bear in the parking lot of this walmart and an employee by the name of andres leyva singlehandedly fended them all off and then still had the energy to pull out his phone and show me a picture of a strange anime cat - 10/10

This walmart does not have employees willing to help and polite about doing so. They have most the things you need stocked, but they don't really care if you find it. More friendly staff would be nice.

Nice store for the most part...busy..folks are friendly' but the scan and go is a mess and the parking lot is trashy as well as carts alllll over. Lots of speeding cars.

Pretty scary to be in, while having a mask. Employees would keep chasing me asking to take my mask off. The chase ran for about 30 seconds before i got exhausted. After they took my Bin Laden mask out, they let me have free Dunkin donuts. Electronics are pretty neat, but the best part is the library section, they got an updated Minecraft blockpedia.Back scratchers are hidden in the feminine care area for some reason

Wouldn't recommend they sold me wronge battery twice and refuse to exchange it and lady was very rude in automotive and would not get me a manager so I'm out 90 bucks cause of there mistake they scammed me and I am a disabled man try to make it and survive I wouldn't go to them for anything they scam you and treat you like trash

Store hours are supposed to be until 11pm not 10:45 pm. If the store hours are changing, you need that to reflect in your website so that customers don't waste their time and gas. Also, please inform your employees to provide managers full name instead of pretending they don't know. I will be contacting corporate to suggest retraining in work ethics and customer service to your staff.

It could've been better. I spent 2 hours trying to lay away 5 bicycles for Christmas presents. I was greeted by a friendly cashier at the lay away desk. The lady stated that I have to bring the bikes to her so she can proceed with the lay away process regardless of how many I was trying to buy. She did not offer any help or advice on how should I remove the bikes from the rack station. I had to figure out how to bring one of the top bikes to ground level so a worker could remove the bike from the rack. This is why a rather buy most of my stuff online.

I was paying at the self check out this afternoon and a blonde haired and a black haired girl gave bad customer service, when asked for help they had bad attitude and looked like they didn't want to help and were unfriendly, and to top off a male associate almost pushed me to stock some gum next to the register. Maybe they should find new jobs if they hate it that much...yikes!😬

So yesterday I made the weekly shop, it was very standard. I used self check out because as usual they never have enough checkers. All the time a very unpleasant bleach blonde store person was staring at us. Like so close I could feel her eyes. Upon hitting the check out button she pushes past me to start looking through my cart and at the screen. She does not speak any English and is not able to even ask me what she was looking for but her attitude was clearly focused on my dog food. I knew it was scanned and set to be paid for but she rips my other items off the bag to find the bar code to look up on her phone and compares it to the list. It of course was there and rather than smile or apologize she seems even more angry. Like she really wanted to find us doing something wrong. She gave no reason or even proper communication and no I don't care why she does not speak English enough to do her job, facts are she couldn't and as such should be only stocking or baking over customer service. At this point she should not even be employed at Walmart for anything. I do not know why she targeted us but it was not ok.

Walmart Super Center in Douglas is typical of the brand. Good variety of pretty much anything you'll need. Pharmacy staff are helpful and understanding. Grocery Pickup staff are great.Update 1/1/24: Store still seems to be low on some stock pretty frequently. May still be experiencing supply issues.One thing they seem to never have enough of is skim (fat-free) milk. A staff member told me that many people in Douglas need skim milk. As this Walmart seems to be the only business in the southern half of Sulphur Springs Valley that routinely carries it, I would like to know if they can't get any more than they currently are, or if it hasn't occurred to whomever is responsible to order more.Recent visits to Fry's in Sierra Vista and Tucson confirm that Walmart groceries are still cheaper than Fry's most of the time, as they have been since 2020.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Honestly the store manager acts like she owns the place I wanted to cash a money gram customer support approved with my ID but since it was slightly broken, Ms. Alyss (store manager) would not take it. Keep in mind these is the same ID I use to cross a federal border, pay my rent, and show as proof when police stop me. Horrible customer they should work on helping us instead of giving us an ugly face All DAY!

The store is poorly stocked. Crafts haven't been restocked in several weeks. Some staff are friendly. Others look down on you if you don't speak Spanish.

It was a good experience. Unfortunately, inflation is eating more of my fixed income. But Walmart prices are definitely lower than the competitors.
