We recently just bought a home in Pinetop and per the insurance we needed to clean up some trees that were touching the roof as well as some that were in need of attention. I called several tree trimming companies and found most to be very unresponsive or lacked in communication and customer service. However, as soon as I called White Mountains Tree Service and talked to Erin I knew we found the right place. Erin was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions about tree removal and tree trimming. I set up an estimate and Patrick came out and walked our property with us talking about what he saw in terms of tree health and also gave us good insight on what some of our trees were doing. That night Erin and Patrick sent us our estimate and we felt it was fair and reasonably priced so we booked a day to have them come out. Erin sent us a text that morning to let us know Patrick and Ty would be on their way and they showed up right on time. They spent the entire day working on our property and went out of their way to be careful of the other trees and plants in our yard. When all was said and done they removed multiple trees which were causing harm to others or would become a problem the larger they got, they also trimmed a good 8 or so trees including our huge Pine that is probably close to 80-100 years old. They did a fantastic job! Were very nice and made us feel completely comfortable and safe the entire time they were there. We would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future for any other tree service we may need. Patrick Stoffel was amazing! He responded to our request for help removing snow from our roof right away, gave us a quote in a timely manner, came out within days with his crew and finished the snow removal project over a 2 day period. He was extremely accommodating and professional. For anyone else needing snow removal, I would highly recommend Patrick (White Mountains Tree Service).

We needed a dead tree removed and trimming of several other trees. Owners Patrick and Erin responded immediately to our call for an estimate and set an appt for that very day. The estimate was very reasonable. Patrick arrived on time for the work appt and did a wonderful job in an efficient manner. He even advised us that further trimming of some trees was not advisable at this time as sap was heavy. We will do work on those at a later time. The work area was left clean and debris free. In our rural community it is VERY HARD to find individuals who respond to calls for an estimate, show up for work appointments and who do quality work.
