Allphase Construction & Roofing was absolutely the right choice when deciding which company to use when replacing my roof. I had over 5 companies come out for a quote, and Davin from Allphase was my saving grace. From the start, he was friendly, professional, and always on time. He explained and assisted in the process of making an insurance claim, and was here every time one of the insurance adjusters came out. Davin always answered his phone, and when I wanted to make a last minute change to my shingle color, he did it with no frustration. Very happy with Davin and Allphase Construction and Roofing. This was the easiest home improvement job with the best outcome that I have experiences in the 30 years of owning this home. Allphase took care of everything! I had to make one call to my insurance to survive and that was the extent of my responsibilities! They were quick and the roof looks great! Great company. I received massive wind damage to my roof and my insurance continued to say my roof was fine even though shingles had been blown away and I was having roof leaks during each new storm. Allphase was recommended to me by a family member who had their roof fixed. Ivan came out to do and inspection and was a huge help. He is a very upbeat and friendly person. He took action and gave my insurance company overwhelming proof that my roof was not ok. He handled all the details with my insurance and got them to replace my roof. They made quick work of the repair and it took them no time at all to have my whole roof completed.

I would like to express my appreciation for the experience I am having during my initial process with Allphase Roofing. Let me start by saying, most who know me would tell you that my expectations when it comes to patronage is high.Our representative, Ivan, provided us with outstanding customer service. He attended to our every question and need. Most helpful is the fact that he has been there to help us from the very beginning, which includes being there when the insurance adjuster came out, to make sure our interests were being looked out for, as if they were his own interests. I could not have asked for better attention than he has given us. My overall experience was not the best with this company. My elderly mom’s roof has a lot of damage to the roof and hasn’t been replaced in many years. She’s been very anxious to get the roof replaced since there have been a few leaks since the last storms here. I was referred to this company because they specialize in dealing with insurance companies and roof coverage. Initially, they were great! Jake came out to inspect the roof and we decided to file a claim to my insurance, State Farm. He believed that they would be able to get the roof replaced! He explained to me how things would work, and he even called the insurance company and did all the work I don’t want to do! He really did make it easy. He also showed up when the inspector for my insurance company showed up, which I also liked. Initially, he kept in touch…but then my insurance wouldn’t replace my roof, only fix the damaged parts. He told me he would get a mediator to help “appeal” it. I’m not even sure, if “appeal” is the right word, but Jake said that tge mediator would help to get the roof replaced. It’s been 3 months now, and I’ve had very little communication since the mediator intervened. About a month ago, I got 1 response saying that they were still working on it. My last 2 update text/phone calls were unanswered. So, I called my insurance to get answers. Turns out that my insurance company would only pay for the damaged areas, and the cost would be less than my deductible. It’s been super annoying waiting this long to get a response…especially when I thought that they were working on it. So, depending on your roof situation, they may be able to help, but if you are looking for a roof replacement…keep this review in mind!Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof inspection, Roof repair

Worked with Darrin he was such a polite professional and was glad I had choose All Phase to do my work. They worked with my insurance company to make this process an easy and enjoyable experience. I was out-of-state and corresponded via text with Darrin, and was ALWAYS answered promptly.I was never asked for ANY up front money. I would highly recommend them for your job.I thought this was a good company. There OK as long as they haven't got paid BUT once paid & you have an issue there is NO customer service have left 2 MESSAGES with DARRIN no response. Also wrote E-MAIL on website again NO RESPONSE. If it was possible to give them a zero star I would. Not only did they not finish the work when they said they would they put a lien on my property and would not take it off even after payment was made. There was no reason for them to put a lien on the property since insurance was covering the cost. They handcuffed me from being able to sell my property and lost numerous potential Byers. They have been very unprofessional and even after payment was made several months ago I have yet to receive my warrantees and invoices relating to the repairs.

"Timing is everything" I met Darren Mentone quite by accident, he was on the roof at a neighbor's home after the monsoon hit us. I had already obtained a couple of quotes & was waiting to come up with alot of cash. Darren at Allphase was the only one that advised me that our insurance would help with the cost to replace our roof. He saved us alot of money & he dealt with our insurance company. The crew he put into place for us was very professional & everything went very smoothly at a fraction of the cost. And now we have a beautiful new roof. Thank you Darren, Thank you Allphase. I can’t speak to their roofing/construction abilities but only on my negative experience with them. I was contacted by Derrick to come in for a meeting with chance and Angela regarding a “great opportunity” as Derrick put it, Derrick originally was unprofessional when I missed his original call he proceeded to text me saying “ okay thanks anyway- you’re making a mistake I have an opportunity for you“ I should’ve seen the lack of professionalism as a red flag to begin with, but I figured what the heck I will go in and meet with chance and Angela, I arrived 10 minutes early (8:50 AM) chance nor Angela were there. The ladies in the office gave Angela a call and she stated she was unaware of the meeting, I waited 20 minutes before leaving. Extremely unprofessional.

I would not recommend to anyone. Maybe it is the sales person we had to deal with. Signed a contract on August 16, 2018. Keep contacting the sales person, all he kept saying was he was going to look into it every day. Never got an estimate from them, but 2 weeks after the contract was signed they come to collect the insurance check. This was a terrible experience. On September 11, 2018, I contacted the office and found out they could not fix my roof. They said they would get the check mailed out that day, here it is September 19th, 2018 and still no check. I work in the mailing industry and it takes 1 to 2 days for local first class mail. At this point I fill we are being jerked around by this company. It is raining today and still roof not fixed and I cannot hire someone else until I get the check, everyone wants at least 1/2 down. I have my HOA who wants to fine me. I have called this morning and the person I am to contact was supposed to be in at 9 am, so I waited until 9:30 am and not there. I will be calling again, if I have to go up higher to someone else in the company I will. This is very unprofessional. I will be contacting the BBB.Great will not let me post unless I give them a rating, please this star means nothing.

Received an unsolicited phone call to have a free damage inspection for our roof after several damaging Monsoon storms in our area. I resisted at first - but since we had bought our home a year ago and really wanted to know if we had any problems, so agreed to the inspection. Darren Mentone arrived at the exact scheduled time....was very professional, informative and pleasant to talk with. He went on our roof to inspect, came off the roof to report with pictures...insured us our roof should have another good 10 years left...he found one little spot where he reinforced the area with sealant....Darren was courteous and polite and on our property for about 25 minutes...he even checked our solar panels on the roof. All this "WAS FREE'. Gosh, a Company that markets, and performs exactly what they say....ALLPHASE CONSTRUCTION AND ROOFING will be the company we hire when we have any future needs on our roof.

On August 31 stated approval received, money needed to begin. Paid. Stated neighbors adjoining roof on townhouse would cause no delays.
