Called Brown Roofing when another roofing company indicating that the entire underlay of my tile roof needed replacement (second opinion). Jesse came out promptly, confirmed the need for replacement and provided a competitive quote. His review was noticeably more thorough than the other contractor and even though his quote was slightly higher, I decided to go with Brown. Very pleased with the result and the quality of workmanship. The crew arrived as scheduled and worked long days to complete the job in less than a week. They were very thorough in their clean-up each day and brought the new roof into compliance with current building code requirements. Would have no reservations recommending Brown Roofing to friends and colleagues!

Brown Roofing did an outstanding job with our roof. We learned of them from another homeowner in our neighborhood who was very happy with their work. Brown Roofing was not the lowest of the three estimates, nor were the highest. But their representative impressed with his knowledge of roofing materials, both shingles and a number of vents we wanted installed. They arrived on start day early in the a.m. and went right to work. Took 2.5 days to finish a 1500 sq. ft. home. They were careful not to damage any of the plants next to the house. We are very happy with the result, and recommend them highly.

I contacted Brown Roofing for a quote (1 of 4) and Jesse came out and did a thorough inspection of the roof and provided a detailed proposal. Although the quote was higher than 2 of the other 3 quotes, I felt comfortable with Jesse, his knowledge and the roofing products they use. He pointed out things like having the DirecTV dish moved off the roof, that the other companies did not mention. The crew, led by Julio, showed up on time, respected the property, performed top quality workmanship and cleaned up at the end of each day. The owner, Craig Brown, was also involved in the project staging the trailer for debris and dropping off supplies. They went over and above to insure rotted lumber was replaced and painted the fascia boards. Excellent communication from Debbie, in the office, on scheduling the job and taking care of the contract. I was very Impressed and happy with the finished roof. I would highly recommend Brown Roofing for your roofing needs!

Two or three years ago, I had Brown Roofing give me an estimate for a new roof. I had a couple of missing pieces of asphalt, but no interior leaks. Brown Roofing inspected the roof, said it was sound, and predicted the roof would last another year or two. Other roofing companies said I should replace the roof. After 2 or 3 years, I called Brown Roofing again and they recommended a new roof. Had another company give an estimate just to compare prices, but the estimates were similar.Contracted with Brown Roofing and have been pleased with their work. Both the owner and manager are friendly and easy to work with. The office person helped me select a preferred color of roofing material. The crews were friendly, efficient and cleaned up the site. Would highly recommend Brown Roofing.

My 2-day roof shingle job was completed yesterday on schedule. The owner, Craig Brown, personally started and ended the project. The Estimator/Contracts person, Jesse Coder, was a responsive and good communicator. The crew leader, Julio, who has 11 years with Brown, and the crew, did an excellent job and left everything cleaned up. Debbie in the office was huge help with the solar panel removal. It was time for the roof to be replaced, as it had reached 25 years old since it was built. We bought our First and Final Home and figured this was going to be the biggest investment going forward that had to be good quality. The builder appeared to take many short cuts in the roof so I wanted a good Roofer that would actually make my home better than original! Found many roofers in Az that had good reviews and quality work but for some reason Brown Roofing had reviews that just spoke to me. Courteous, timely, efficient, quality craftsmanship and no up charging. In talking to Jesse at the first quote you just felt like old school Customer Service was there. They knew their stuff, stood by their craft and didn't do upcharges for things like fascia board needing repaired or replaced and they painted all of the pieces that needed to be repaired (with supplied original paint). No one did that with out a separate charge!. After working in the Architecture industry for almost 30 years I knew what good Flashing looks like! My home was so lacking in flashing I just freaked out every time it rained! Brown picked up on every Flashing scenario and I tell you what...this house is not going to leak! We are ready for the Monsoons if they ever come back. If you want top quality craftsmanship, value and real old time Customer Service look no further. I looked at a lot of top end roofers and found that Brown just seemed to capture the Customer service High point. Brown is not the cheapest and certainly not the most expensive, by a long shot. If are looking for a roofing company that quotes you low and then adds on thousands of dollars during the job, look elsewhere. If you want a very fair price on very good roofing job check Brown Roofing out.Brown did my shingle and roll roofing job. It was a significant 5 ½ day job including decking and facia. What Craig quoted was the same as the final bill. There were no upcharges. The crew were thorough and detailed. They also cleaned up the site each day. Craig (owner) started the job, taking time to walk me through the whole job, continually asking if I had any more questions. He was on site at least once a day. They will be my first call on my next roofing job.

Craig Brown the owner is a great man. He's easygoing and fun. The crew that did the roof was Julio and one other guy. They were superb craftsman and very professional. You know how they tell you to get at least 3 quotes? Well, my husband was so comfortable with Brown Roofing he hired them immediately for our concrete tile roof. Quote was fair. They came exactly on the date and time stated. The work was well done. Very careful and thorough. The workers cleaned up after each day. It was a quality job.My only regret - that Brown Roofing doesn't do general contractor work. There are other projects at my home, and I would gladly hire them for other jobs.So, you can take your time, get 3 or more quotes, or just call Brown Roofing. We had our roof replaced by Craig and his company last week. This is not something I took lightly. We're are literally talking about the roof over my family's head. I had several estimates and spent a lot of time taking to people who knew the industry. I chose Craig because he's local, runs a family business, and was willing to stand by his work. The price wasn't the cheapest we were quoted but also not the highest by a long shot. The job started on time and finished ahead of schedule. Craig's workers were professional and took time to clean up after themselves. We did have an issue with my AC unit blowing a fuse twice. You can tell a lot about a person how they handle adverse situations. We realized the AC was out after-hours. I reached out to Craig and he was all over it. The AC was up and running quickly and Craig took care of it. He was contrite and did whatever he needed to make sure it was fixed. That's good customer service. I recommend Craig and Brown Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.

I recently had my shingle roof replaced. Brown Roofing came in with the lowest bid of 3 vendors. They were able to schedule me within 2 weeks which was impressive. They did the work on the stated timeline, cleaned up after each day, and ended the job leaving my yard cleaner than it was when they first arrived. Replacement boards were painted and with the three-inch bird-stop, the roof now looks refreshed and updated. I have been dealing with a huge hole in my house for months due to a poor installation of my solar panels. After searching for a reliable and well known roofing company and having poor communication and failed appointments, I was mad and exhausted of the run around. Brown was the most thorough and professional of the companies interviewed for my tile roof replacement project. Everything was explained in detail and any questions answered. The entire process from bid to completion was very smooth. I also liked that their underlayment products come standard w/ a 20yr warranty. No upselling as seen from other companies. Kudos as well to Debbie who handles scheduling and invoice.. due to a cancellation she reached out and offered me the opportunity for my job to start 2 weeks early. When work began I was introduced to the foreman and crew. They arrived early every morning and worked diligently throughout the day.
