A few months back I had my roof replaced by Contreras Roofing, and couldn't be more pleased with the result. The owner, Bryan Brown, and his team were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. In fact, after my neighbor watched them doing a great job on my roof, she followed suit and also hired Contreras to replace her roof.From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the team was always prompt and communicative. They provided detailed information about the materials they’d be using, the timeline for the project, and the costs involved. I tend to be detail-oriented, and ask lots of questions, but Bryan was very patient, and took the time to answer all of my concerns. He was always on the job everyday, too, which I found reassuring.During the actual roof replacement, the team was efficient, tidy, and respectful of our property. They worked quickly to remove the old roof and install the new one, all while taking care to minimize any disruption to our daily routine. As I watched them work, the men paid close attention to detail, and took the time required to get things done right. They also made sure to clean up thoroughly after themselves each day, leaving our property looking like they’d never been there.The finished product turned out perfect. With all the updates needed to bring it up to current building codes, it made the house look new again. We chose to put two layers of underlayment down, so this new roof is much more durable and energy-efficient than our old roof. With monsoon season just around the corner, it gives us peace of mind knowing our home is well-protected from the heavy rains and driving winds.Overall, I would highly recommend Contreras to anyone in needing roof work or a roof replacement. Bryan and his team did my roof in November of 2022. Bryan is personable and is honestly really responsive for being a small business owner. I’m also a small business owner and I get inundated and overwhelmed. Bryan super professional and quick. When I found out my neighbors got a quote with him he was able to get out within a few days and I had my estimate a shortly after that. Because of Bryan’s personable and honest demeanor my neighbor and I both did our roofs with Bryan and his team, and my neighbor got like 8 estimatesCome time to get started he actually was able to start a few days early and it only took 4 days I believe to get the whole roof done his Forman is really detailed oriented and the work was excellent. At least from my novice point of view but my neighbor who was in the construction industry watched them like a hawk and was pleasantly surprised on the quality of work and attention to detail. I was very happy with the whole process and definitely would recommend Bryan and contereras roofing to anyone. I’m actually recommending them to my other neighbor down the street.On a personal note, as a female, I was astonished by the arrogance, skepticism, and lack of follow through by the other companies that came for an estimate. In a male dominated industry heaven forbid a woman would not only make the decision but also pay for such a large project. Bryan never made me feel that way and was helpful in explaining things and saw me as an equal to a man or a “husband” For me that was a major factor in the decision making. I never felt like he would take advantage and was always fair honest and equitable.

Bryan and his team were extremely professional and by far the best priced out of any of the roofing companies I spoke to. Bryan even noticed that my nieghbor had a missing exhaust cap which he fixed free of charge. Bryan and his team were so professional and hardworking. We had a new roof installed and from the beginning to the end of completion he was hands on in every aspect of the project. Solar panels had to be removed and then replaced on a new roof again from Sunrun which was a disaster in itself. The Sunrun team broke almost 300 new tiles after our new roof was installed and then left the roof a mess. Bryan and his team once again came to our rescue and had to Find 300 new tiles and to fix the new tiles that Sunrun broke, and then go back and fix the roof that Sunrun destroyed. Bryan has the best customer service and he cares about the customer. His company goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied and the job is completed. Our realtor contacted five different roofing companies to do roof inspection as part of the home inspection.Bryan Brown of Contreras Roofing was the only one to quickly respond and did a very thorough inspection at no charge.They provided a very detailed estimate for all of the work and materials needed to replace entire underlayment at a fair price.Being a roofer in my younger days, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the inspection process and decided to have Contreras Roofing do the work.The work was scheduled to start on a certain date and they were on time and completed the work as stated.They did a great job. Very professional.

Called this company on a referral. Asked if they could give me a free estimate for a client. They said they couldn't get out until Friday. I asked if they could give one based on the inspection report. They said they'd look at it and let me know. I sent it over. No response. I called the next morning. No answer...left a msg...no call back. Sent another email...then another asking if they had even received it (maybe I had the wrong email) They responded by saying that they would be able to give an estimate off of the report and that they wouldn't be in the office until after 2pm...and they close at 4pm. Called the next morning..no answer...left a msg..no return call. I told my client to give them until the end of today but he said he doesn't mess with companies that give the run around and honestly, I don't blame him. Call another roofing company that actually wants business because this one does not.
