We weren’t able to go through with getting the new windows as we have a daughter who was 10 weeks premature, but we are planning to get together in a year to look over everything again. Colton Seitz came to my home for a free estimate for window replacement at my request. He was on time. Extremely knowledgeable about this companies product. Which appears to superior. He spent 2 hours with me explaining everything, providing me with quotes and comparisons. We had great conversations and he was confident but did not pressure me. I would highly recommend this company and this salesman.

They did our roof a few years ago. Over a month ago now a few tiles fell off the roof. Not a huge deal. But I've been calling every week several times a week for over a month now and I have been unable to get anybody on the phone to help me out. I've been unable to get a phone call back, which I am promised every time I call. I finally just got a supervisor on the phone and they hung up on me. She was smug and condescending and wasn't capable of keeping their her shut long enough to listen! I just got off with the supervisor of the scheduling department. Who is supposed to be sending off another email to the GM in my area. That's the second time I've been told this, we'll see if I actually get a call back. I'm not holding my breath. I am extremely dissatisfied with this level of customer service, after the fact. Anybody can come slap a new roof on, but if there's an issue this is where you're supposed to shine! I would not recommend this place to anybody at this point!

Never have I been so disappointed in a Company's business practices.We were sold on the product and were sure we were going to go with DaBella, but after being promised a "no obligation estimate", we felt EXTREMELY pressured to sign up the same day. I had explicitly told the phone representative we would NOT be making a decision the same day, and was assured we did not have to. Our experience was like dealing with a used car dealer. The salesman goes to the man behind the glass to negotiate and then comes back out with the "best deal". 3x later you get an offer that one should have gotten the first time around. But again, I was interested in buying the same day. We got nothing in writing or interest rate information, only total cost of $29,000 and $350/month payments. I don't make 30K decisions lightly and don't appreciate being swindled.We may still choose DaBella just because our neighbor really likes his windows, but I now have a sour taste in my mouth regarding the company.

I'm honestly surprised this company has such high average reviews: 1) This company only sells their own triple pane vinyl windows (which I did not like or want - they seemed to me to be clunky retrofit pvc and have too low of a visible transmittance for their solar heat gain coefficient), 2) It is a pressure sales company - the sales representative won't take no for an answer. My recommendation to anyone starting their window shopping journey in Phoenix is to start with a company that doesn't do the silly demonstrations and pressure sales but does sell a variety of products from highly ranked manufacturers. For a better experience, I recommend you start with a company like Arizona Windows and Doors or Lifetime Windows.

The girl came, my friend payed, never gave her paper work they never finished the job and they lied about what they were gonna do.. So sad. My friends mother died and her brother had a stroke, im in another state fighting cancer and my husband is gonna come and help her.please please do not hire this company. . They lie, and dont finish the job.

To be honest I thought it was going to be the same ol sales pitch but it was far from it! Jaycee F. and Tim M. Came through with a smile and good vibes and talked us through to buying our new sliding door and 2 windows! They were very intelligent with what they knew, and they were very down to earth and worked with us, knowing and understanding our situations.. and thats what made me invested in it, they also helped us literally all the way down to the T about what the product is and how it's made and what it's capable of. They really deserve a raise and I don't just say that all the time.. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know, because they will work with you, and won't get upset or give an attitude if it doesn't work out. This is so unfortunate.I would highly recommend a different company. Reasons to follow.So here's the deal. Dabella is the front facing sales company that you will interact with to get your windows and doors. However, they do not build or make your doors and windows. They outsource that to a company called alside which is owned by Associated Materials based out of Ohio.Go check out the reviews. It's horrendous! Look Dabella is okay. They had great sale people (as any salesperson should) and good customer service (if you're willing to wait 72 hours for a response). However, if you have to deal with any kind of follow up repairs or warranty work, you're S.O.L.Associated Materials will drag their feet as much as possible if not avoid your calls. I've called them at least 40-50 times and they always say they will get back to me (it's been about a year of this back and forth). They don't respond to email so good luck with that. Pretty much it's your problem once they install your things and you make that final payment.I cannot in good conscious recommend a company that sources their product from a terrible company with even worse service. I'm sorry Dabella, it's not you but it's unfortunately on you.

Very helpful representatives. A great product and will look nice.They have the worst communication in any company I have dealt with. Their shower is very nice but they make promises apologies and say they are sorry. But they do not follow through. They do not get back to you and I am trying to get a window installed. Do not buy from DaBella. They are not reputable and have zero customer service. This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had.Service: Bathroom remodeling

We were surprised at the quality product of DaBella! The presentation given to us by John Capaldi and Marie Lawrence was very thorough and entertaining! Marie even saved my Goldendoodle when she tried to run away and John Michael serenaded us by singing opera. He was amazing!
