On 1/20/15, Gomez Roofing Services Co. place a new roof on the house with 10-year warranty on foam roof and 30 year warranty on tile roof. The roof began leaking on 6/30/17. Bruno Gomez was notified. He came out and blamed the leak on stucco. The stucco that he suggested was repaired. On 10/4/18, after another rain storm, the roof began leaking in the same spot, but also in 5 other areas of the house. Bruno was called again. He came reviewed the issues and said that he would send his foreman Jack to handle the repairs. Nothing was done until 10/15/18, when Jack said that his crew came to the house and fixed all the leaky areas. (The crew came when no-one was home and there was no proof that any work was done). Bruno refused to fix secondary damage to the ceilings, drywall or insulation. Bruno did issue a reassurance that there would be no more leaks.My wife and I decided to hire painters’ company to fix the secondary damage to the dry wall, ceilings and paint.On 2/22/19, the roof leaked again in the same areas causing damage to the newly repaired drywall, ceiling and paint.Bruno was contacted again without a response.The company is in breach of contract/warranty.

We purchased a home in 2/19 that Gomez Roofing had reroofed 5 months prior. It rained on moving day and we had buckets in 8 places all over the house. Our freshly painted walls were ruined and had to remove entire sections of walls.Gomez Roofing made several appointments and never showed up. Ultimately he and blamed it all on the exterior Stucco which was ridiculous. He did not stand behind the warranty.We got 5 bids and independent inspections all of which agreed the roof was not done right and the entire roof had to come off & new one installed!$20k later we have a new roof at our expense!Beware of this company......the warranty is useless and they are very unreliable!

Gomez Roofing Services did a great job on our tile roof here in Phoenix. I have had other residential roofers do roofing repairs on my hot Arizona roof, and Gomez Roofing handled the broken tiles with ease. The cost was right and the service was professional.

New roof, just a year old. In that time 2 leaks? Slow to respond and the daughter is a little argumentative on the phone. A lot of money paid for the whole roof to be redone, I’m rather disappointed with the results.

Who starts working before 7 am .. your hours say 8:30 .. workers banging so hard things are falling off my walls ... Not to mention the guy who tried to argue with me because he is blocking thw parking spot I pay for
