NextGen roofing did a great job on my house. Jacob arrived on time and did a thorough roof inspection including pictures. After agreeing to have the work performed, Jacob called with the material delivery date and with the arrival time of the crew. The crew arrived on time and did a great job. They laid tarps all around my house and did an excellent clean up. I was kept informed of the progress of the job throughout the day. It was nice working with a company that still understands what customer service is.

Turner Witt is the best service rep I have had around my house ever. Our roofing options were explained plainly, in details, with no bullying pressure at all. From the first to the last roof inspection, and throughout the roof membrane replacement process, and the solar panel remove/replace process, he was there, hands-on, making sure the work was done well, answering all our questions and concerns. He communicated with us constantly about what to expect, when, from who. He is a true professional and obviously cares about what he does. The NextGen crew worked hard AND efficiently. No communication barriers between us and them whatsoever. Everyone was eager to please us. Same with the crew who removed/replaced the solar panels: excellence. It was a great experience from beginning to end.

We had water damage on the top two floors of our home after a monsoon. The roofing company that our builder recommended failed to properly inspect our roof and did nothing to fix the major cracks that were letting water into our home. We called NextGen after the company was recommended to us by Serivce Master and we are so relieved that we did. Turner came to our house the same day, found several issues with our roof, and applied temporary seals throughout the roof so that we could rest easy during monsoon season. He was able to start our roof project in under a week and worked quickly and efficiently. He kept us updated throughout the process and supplied us with dozens of pictures showing the major damage on our roof, as well as pictures of his work and the end result, which is invaluable to us in our effort to seek reimbursement from our builder. We felt very confident with Next Gen and Turner's work and we would highly recommend him and the company to anyone who wants their roof fixed properly.

I am complete blown away at the service and honesty of NextGen Coating & Roofing. At a time when I had 2-3 roofing companies tinging my doorbell about the “March 15th Storm” it wasn’t these guys. They were so informative and educated my husband and I on every step they were going do through the process.On top of that my insurance company has also fallen in love with them. Wow, such a great company I ended choosing to call. I’ve been scammed by well known companies before, so I’m very cautious about who comes and tends to my home, but I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough and reasonable Next Gen was. Turner came to my home promptly on time and he was courteous, kind, professional, and just about sweeter than cherry pie. Also, by God’s celestial hand, the most down right good looking piece of pumpkin pie I’ve seen in a quite a long time. Oh Lord, if these old bones didn’t fail me and I was 30 years younger I might have not let him ever leave. I just about asked him if he wanted lemonade 45 times just so I could look up on there roof and gander. He also mentioned he used to be a plumber once in passing. Had he still been I’d have him cleaning my pipes daily. Gotta warn an old gal like me before they send these young things to our homes. If you ever are looking for a solid roofer, who is there to work and make your life easier, Turner and Next Gen is your company. I just about hope my roof gets destroyed once a year so that tall drink of iced tea would just come back. I reached out to this company looking for an estimate to get my roof replaced. The owner Travis came out and gave me a great price so I decided to move forward with their company. My wife and I agreed on a color on Tuesday and by Friday they had all the materials set up and ready to go. Monday morning the crew showed up bright and early and got to work. The full repair was complete by Wednesday afternoon and we couldn't be happier. The crew cleaned up nice and thoroughly and were very respectful of our property. What can you say about Turner and his crew at NextGen!? Well there is so much. Thanks to the crazy monsoon of 2022, we need tiles replaced and underlayment also. From the moment I met Turner, I knew I was going to use NextGen for our roof repair. He was professional, knowledgeable and he listened to my concerns. This was a claim filed with my insurance company, so there was a little bit of a delay but this was no fault of NextGen, they communicated with me while waiting. Frank the tank, oh wait, the general manager, he is to be commended as well. He was just as knowledgeable and professional as Turner. Customer service is rough nowadays, you never know what you are going to encounter on the other line, well I can tell you, NextGen has it. We had a major leak in our flat top patio roof the end of 2019 and Travis and his team were able to get us taken care of with a brand new roof within 48 hours (during a major storm). We've since had the tiniest leak (not sure what is causing this) and Travis again responded immediately, was out within 24 hours added silicone paint to reseal any possible cracks underneath the sheeting. Travis and Tuner have been so helpful and so responsive even with follow up after the work was done. This company is amazing. I noticed a leak in my roof, and several other companies wouldn’t come out to my house for a week or more. Travis came to assess the roof the day after I called him. It seems my experience with Next Gen is similar to others. I had already gotten a few quotes and then saw the Next Gen sign in my neighbor's yard. I went over to ask about the price and their experience and they had nothing but great things to say. So I decided to get an additional quote from Travis and the rest is history! Of my 4 quotes, Next Gen was in the low-to-mid range and I got the best "vibe" from Travis--very professional, friendly, and helpful. As others have noted, they also know how to clean up. Also interacted with Turner and had similar experience with him--professional and very nice to work with. They made the whole process as painless as possible and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof!

January 15, 2021. They showed up on time for the inspection. Their price was the best of my 3 estimates. Their crew showed up on time and worked hard for a full day. My roof took just over two days. That’s probably because their crews were very well staffed. At least five guys at once and sometimes more. That was important to me because I had a neighbor down the street with two guys on it for about eight days. Once you pull the trigger on getting the job done it’s nice to get it done quickly and with the least amount of inconvenience. Turner Witt was here a lot during the job. Travis and his team are incredible. They went above and beyond my expectations on both my flat roof coating and my tile section. They beat all the other roofing contractors quotes and once they started I could not believe how efficient they were. Travis sent me regular updates and photos throughout the day while I was at work and I was astonished. I could not be on premises due to my work schedule so it was very reassuring to get photos sent to my phone all throughout the day and see every step of the process. I could not believe it when I saw the photo of the new tile roof completely finished on day 2! It looked even better when I got home and saw it with my own eyes. I did a lot of research and got a lot of quotes before I decided to go with Next Gen Roofing. I could not be happier with their work and would recommend Travis and his team to anyone.

Travis was recommended on the Nextdoor app. I was either needing repairs or a new roof but had a tough time getting anyone out. Called on a Saturday and thought I was going to be leaving a message but Travis actually answered the phone. Explained my situation and sent him photos. Told him no hurry a week out would be fine if they were busy. The following Monday Turner came out and then called me to explain what he saw and sent me more pictures. Yes they could repair but as I have seen several other issues and my home is 17 years old so I decided to replace it. Not knowing the roofing business or their lingo, I had several questions in regards to the quote. I called Turner several times and he was very polite and answered them professionally.
