Highly recommended. They were on our neighbor's roof and noticed a 12" hole in our roof and called it to our attention. I would have not known about the hole but for them. They promptly fixed it within 24 hours. Jack and his team are great to deal with very professional. Highly recommended.

I was so impressed with Jack and the Company. We know how hard it is to find a reliable, honest company that explains things so we laymen can understand and feel comfortable. I am just so sorry I didn't find them sooner when I had my entire roof replaced. I was so discussed with that company. They put nails through my overhang when I specifically told them not to do so. At least now I have them to depend on! Thank Goodness!

We all know how hard it is to find honest, reliable, affordable trades companies. Most of us have been jacked around so much that we almost expect it. This was different.Jack and his team are an amazing exception to the "new normal" of horrible customer service. He was very open about the work that needed to be done on my roof, walked me through the process and provided me with a number of options. Of course, I was expecting the worst but when he returned his estimate, broken down to every item needed and the time it would take, I was surprised as it was much lower than expected.His crew arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time, and finished hours before I thought they would. The work was impeccable, clean up was thorough and the material left over was not charged for.If you need any scope of roof work done Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling is it.Thank you Jack and your crew. Overall amazing experience with Jack and his crew. Had to get a very old roof replaced and even though we're dead in the middle of Summer, they were able to assist by working early mornings. I was worried about things like cleanups and working around some things going on (like an old swamp cooler line sticking out of my roof) and Jack's team were attentive to every detail. Honestly, by the time they left, you couldn't tell they were ever there. The price felt very fair with everything considered based on what I was seeing projected and I felt well taken care of. If you need roof work, Jack and his crew are definitely the way to go.

The owner, Jack, came out to do a roof inspection and he was AWESOME. I am by no means knowledgeable about roofing, and as a young woman I am often brushed aside or treated with contempt by professionals in the home/auto/repairs industries. Jack and his team were fantastic! I have a flat foam roof that was in need of repair. I had several large areas where water was pooling, cracks, and overall aging. Jack scheduled a time to come inspect the roof. He explained what was wrong and what the required repairs would entail. I had a quote within a days and was on the books for the work within a week. Amazing! The people, especially Mike, are fabulous. They gave us an estimate in a day's time. It was not the highest or the lowest of our quotes. They took pics of all the issues. The roof replacement was done on time and the communication throughout the process was wonderful. They even helped organized the removal and replacement of the solar with an outside business. This is a very tough job, especially in AZ heat. These people worked very hard and provided pics of the finished project. It looks great! After our roof was damaged by hail we contracted with Phoenix Roofing to completely replace our wood shake roof. After the demo we had to have new decking laid before they could shingle. Our roof was steep and complicated but the crew did a fantastic job and we are thrilled with the results. Bill was attentive at every step of the way. His professionalism and responsiveness was first class. The crew always cleaned up after each day. We highly recommend Bill and Phoenix Roofing.

I had a very good experience with Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling after last month's rains. They were the first to come and evaluate the leak and give an estimate for repairs. The price was reasonable and the job, a combination of tile replacement and flat roof repair, was done quickly and efficiently. The fact that I didn't use this company's service is a testament to their integrity and professionalism. I had a roof leak that caused water damage to our house and had three different roofer inspect and troubleshoot the damage. I couldn't be impressed with Mike. He took the time to explain possible causes along with different options to remedy the issue. He explained exactly how I could repair the damage myself as it would be a very simple fix and not worth the cost of his company performing the work. Still, he provided me with an estimate, which was less than half of one of the other roofers. To address the drywall damage from the leak, he referred me to a drywaller directly so as to save me additional fees his company would have to charge. Mike provided truly incredible service for absolutely no cost.

Phoenix Roofing replaced my 23 year old roof following a roof leak that resulted in some damage to the interior of my home. Brandon Brawley, a managing partner of the company has been great to work with and responsive to my concerns and requests. As is often the case, the work did not come without challenges, but Brandon has always taken my calls and worked with me to resolve the issues that have related to the repairs. Most of the issues had nothing to do with the quality of the work performed and I am confident in recommending Phoenix Roofing to friends and neighbors for the attention they gave the project and for Brandon's extra efforts to communicate with me. Having met with several roofing companies prior to hiring Phoenix Roofing I believe they charged me a fair price and the crew that did the work was professional and efficient. Jack Core (owner of Phoenix roofing) and Luis (project manager) just completed my underlay replacement for my tile roof. They were both very easy to work with. We have a one year old girl and they even managed to work around her room during her sleeping hours. They sent progress photos each day which is above and beyond your typical service. They started on time and finished early, I would recommend Phoenix roofing and remodeling to any family or friend looking to have their roof redone or repaired. I had a few estimates before committing and I can also say that their prices are extremely fair.
