Spencer 4 hire did a great job, from first contact for the estimate to finishing the work and cleaning up afterwards. No surprises; roof wood needed some repairs but came right as estimated. Better job than the original builder; crown work, added wood to better support end tiles, extra care in dead valley. On time every day, finished before promise date. Couldn't be happier, and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

They were all of the above. Good, quality, professional. We’re here every day on time, answered all my questions as we went along. Showed me pictures of some of the problems before fixing them with cost estimates before they started. Work was great and a wonderful job of cleanup each day. I would get bids on your job but when it’s all said and done Spencer was the best value.

At the end of July 2022 we used Spencer 4 Hire to replace our roof and to recoat a walk deck. We were pleased from start to finish. When the owner came to inspect our roof and provide a quote he had already looked up our home to familiarize himself. He provided us with three options, brought samples of the materials and a folder with important information. He took time to explain the different options and answered all of our questions. We were kept informed during the entire installation process and the crew worked very hard and did their best to clean up at the end of each day. There was always an owner at our home in the morning before the crew started and at the end of the day when the crew was finished. It has rained many times since our install and we have had no problems with our new roof. My wife and I live in Chandler and our house is 33 years old. Although we had no leaks, I could tell the roof was deteriorating and needed to be replaced. We got quotes from 4 well respected companies, Spencer 4 Hire Roofing being one of them. First of all, the quote we got from Spencer was LOWER than the other three. This was because we got a discount for doing the job in December, as this was their slow season and they were offering a discount to keep their workers employed. Secondly, the presentation given us was BY FAR, the most impressive of the 4 companies. I was most impressed by their professional presentation, that clearly outlined the services they provided, and the roofing options available to us. Thirdly, they had great communications about the process, billing and schedule of the job. I loved the way they kept us informed about every part of this project. When it came time to do the project, the materials were delivered on time, the project started on time, and there were 5 workers plus two managers here every day. The job was completed ahead of schedule and the quality of workmanship exceeded expectations. In my opinion, as compared to other roofing jobs done in our neighborhood by other contractors, Spencer did higher quality work for less money. I highly recommend this roofing company!! Professional, well organised, thorough presentation, and friendly. The job was scheduled and we are very pleased with the outcome. We had a part of our roof that had visible damage so we called a few roofing companies for a quote. Nathan, from Spencer for hire, came out and gave us a quote to do the repair and educated us on why replacing the roof was needed vs just a repair. Every other company felt like they were just trying to sell me a whole new roof. I never felt that way with Spencer for Hire. We are so glad we replaced the roof as a lot of bad wood was discovered during the installation confirming the info from Nathan . The installers worked clean and efficient and finished our 2500 square foot house in 3 days. I never realized how much of a difference a new roof makes on the look of a home. Had my roof replaced by Spencer 4 Hire Roofing and both my wife and I were very satisfied with the work that was done. The workers showed up early in the morning and worked for several hours. They were very courteous and worked very hard. The actual process took about 3 and and half days; on the final day the owner came to inspect, and answered any questions we had.
