FHR did a full renovation of a property I bought in Dec 2022. They do great work. Really detailed and clean. I have found a few minor things that needed to be touched up and Oron sends someone out really quickly to address. The airbnb guests I have at the house constantly compliment the remodel. If this is your first time hiring a GC for a full renovation take this advice: Do research on everything you want done and make sure you properly convey that the the GC.

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Oron at FHR built our custom house on time and within budget. Very responsive, great communication. On more than one occasion his outside the box thinking saved us time and money. Everyone knows the construction industry is challenging right now and Oron did a phenomenal job navigating those challenges. The subs he works with are professional and do great work. We hired FHR to replace the wood fascia trim and stucco our house and detached garage on our home that was built in the 1940's. We went with FHR after getting estimates from a few different contractors. FHR stood out as a company that would provide high quality work for a reasonable price. I got a great first impression from FHR and trusted they would do a better job than some of the contractors that quoted a higher price. Orón made sure the quality of work was to our expectations. Working with Oron and his team at FHR was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. From our very first meeting, Oron and Antonio walked thru my home, listened to my needs/wants, explained their process, and were so friendly and personable, it was a no brainer that we would move forward with them. Antonio designed the perfect kitchen for us and made it easy and fun to pick out countertops, tile, flooring, etc. Oron stayed in contact the entire time, explained everything that was happening, and answered all of my questions. The work was top notch, and we are very happy with our new remodeled home. We did an entire kitchen, one bathroom, floors throughout, interior paint, and even built in a new laundry room. They even assisted with very nice touches like replacing lighting, installing appliances, and other nice touches. We hired FHR to help rebuild our kitchen after a major leak. They were so helpful, talented and hardworking that we extended the work into almost every part of the house. They never pushed anything on me. But, they had wonderful suggestions on how to best make the work I was doing turn out in the best possible way. I never had any concern about the many professionals who came in to work on the project. If anything, I felt comfort in how well they worked together, liked each other and seemed to really respect their boss. It is a year later and I could not be more thrilled with the quality of the work and products used!!! I would recommend them without hesitation and plan to use them again this summer!

My experience with FHR has been nothing short of amazing! I chose to work with them after having to shop contractors due to an insurance claim I opened on my new home due to a leak. Dealing with insurance companies can be frustrating to say the least and Oron and his team assured me they would handle all of the correspondence with the insurance company.I am several months into my extensive remodel (and almost done) and FHR has kept their promise on virtually everything. Their complete services were something that was so necessary to my family especially since we were new to the area with zero contacts.The remodel is going extremely smooth and is exactly what I wanted. I have had workers in and out of my house every day for quite a few months and each of them have been a more than a delight to be around. I would recommend FHR to anyone wanting to not have to worry or lift a finger during a remodel process. Oron and team are excellent. At a very stressful time they were able to handle all our projects start to finish with minimal worry. I'm in the midst of acquiring multiple estimates to remodel our master bathroom. So far, FHR Construction stood out the most. Oron, the owner, was very energetic and came up with a few interesting remodeling suggestions. He explained the construction process thoroughly and a project manager will be assigned to oversee the project. Their graphics designer, Jeremy, then put together suggested bathroom designs into multiple 3D images. That helps a lot in identifying changes needed and envisioning the overall bathroom layout, prior to start of construction.Also, FHR construction has a huge selection of stone and tile which is more reasonably priced than other nearby showrooms. their attention to detail, quality of products and services exceeded my expectations.

I hired FHR Construction to build a guest house and do renovations on another structure. I found the quality of the work to be very good and the jobs were completed on-time despite a major design change that I made midstream to the project. The quality of the work was very good and particular excellence to the workmanship in the bathrooms, kitchens and stonework. I would definitely recommend FHR!

We used FHR Construction to replace old kitchen cabinets. The new cabinets are amazing, we also added an island as they recommended and it came out beautiful!They painted the kitchen and added lights under the cabinets (with a dimmer!!) so it looks amazing at night.Quality work, pleasant and honest people all around. We spoke to 3 different local contractors before choosing FHR for our home remodel. While it seemed like a daunting venture to find a reliable contractor, FHR immediately displayed excitement and enthusiasm for our home remodel project. They listened to our wants/needs/concerns and made reasonable suggestions that fit our budget as close as possible as well as happily made any requested revisions to our work proposal before officially starting on our project. Most important to us, we found Oron (the owner of FHR) and his in-house team to be friendly, honest and transparent. The same can be said for their plumbing, flooring, air conditioning, stucco and drywall subcontractors. It goes without saying that this trust is paramount to a homeowner when you have multiple construction workers entering your home on a daily basis for an extended period of time. In many instances, Oron and his team went above and beyond their obligations and genuinely made us feel like their #1 goal was to make sure we loved our newly-remodeled home.Our project consisted of a full kitchen remodel, new appliance installations, removal of one wall to open up the living space, one full bathroom remodel, new flooring/baseboards throughout almost the entire property, one new bedroom, one new dining room, three window installations, two light fixture installations (plus additional electrical work) and exterior wall stucco'ing - all of which was completed by FHR or one of their subcontractors. We are very satisfied with FHR's quality of work/customer service and they have our recommendation.

WOW ... just WOW! We had no idea what we were getting ourselves in to when we decided to undertake a home addition project. We researched our options and after careful consideration, decided to take the plunge with Oron Garabian and FHR Construction. In the very beginning of the process, we told Oron we had 2 major non-negotiables ... we insisted on communication and quality, both of which we can honestly say he not only met but far exceeded. His communication was stellar, we were kept informed of every step in the project along the way. Quality was not only one of our non-negotiables, it is obviously his as well.Did we have some hiccups along the way? Sure. Trying to undertake a project like this with supply chain issues, labor issues, so many things out of our control may not have been the best timing, but Oron dealt with each and every challenge professionally. According to Oron, “there are no problems, there are only solutions”. Every sub he brought to the job were professional and they each did great jobs.Do I want to undertake something like again ... No! At least not in this lifetime or my next 15 lifetimes! However, should someone come to me looking for an excellent General Contractor ... there is only one name I would give them. We had a complete kitchen remodel last Fall. Our experienced designer highly recommended Oron Garabian with FHR Construction as the General Contractor and we could not have been more pleased. The FHR team is incredibly professional and responsive. The initial demo was swift and thorough. Their electrical work and knowledge was great. Their painter produced flawless results. The tile work was very professionally done and they patiently worked with me on tile selection, placement and grout choices. They went above and beyond when I mistakenly chose the wrong color for the glass backsplash, realizing this After it had been installed but, thankfully, prior to grouting. Oron and his team worked very closely with me to remedy My mistake and stay close to our project schedule.
