Great professional company. Taylor came out and looked over my solar set up to discuss an upgrade. He gave me a few options and did not pressure me into the more expensive option, but recommended the more logical and cost effective way to upgrade. The workers were polite and very professional, timely and neat. They even stacked my old solar panels neatly inside out of the way when they were finished. I am looking forward to my “phase 2” upgrade with them in the future.

After 3 days of cold cloudy weather my batteries gave up and went to sleep. I called solar exchange for help. Matt and Mike came out and fixed the problem. Matt has answered numerous phone calls and was very patient in explaining how everything works. I recommend Solar Exchange without reservation.

I have an Outback solar charger/inverter in my RV that was showing a few error codes. I scheduled an appointment with Matt, who was able to diagnose the issue within 10 minutes as well as answer several other questions I had about the unit. Matt's 30 years in the business, friendly personality and quick fix was everything you expect from a quality company and solid work ethic. Cost of service is not represented in the review, because Matt didn't charge me for the service due to the code being normal (no parts needed).

They know the technology, they only sell/install quality equipment, and they are qualified to do both off-grid and grid-tied installations. This is a great place to buy solar panels and equipment. They cater to large/small and do it yourself solar systems. They also have great prices on solar panels.The owner and staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with any questions that you may have. They are also very professional with everything they do.I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for someone to install a solar system, or to anyone looking to buy solar equipment, including batteries.

Terrible service. You can buy the same equipment they sell on amazon for cheaper. And they don’t warranty their work. Any maintenance or tech problems with your system and they won’t be out to fix it for months! Would not recommend at all
