LoL 😂...I went to Aces to buy much needed "concho"s to finish my Xmas project....I walked out with two bags 🛍 of "other stuff" that I really did not need. Upon waking up early the next morning (Xmas Eve) to finish my project, I realized....I completely forgot to buy the "concho"s!!! 🤬 Albeit safe to say, Aces has tons of everything; from wheel barrows to hand sewing kits! They should rename it the "McGuyver Store" lol. It's a great store to explore ALL the possibilities you can think of! 👍👍👍👍😊👌.

They don’t care!! The store is scheduled open at 9:00 this morning but staff says I have to wait additional 10-20 minutes because cashier had not arrived. When two staff arrived, the person that opened the door for the staff that are late coming to work just looks at me and closes the door after the two staff went inside - he didn’t say a word to me. I said to him through the door “you all don’t care” and he nods his head to the affirmative. Yes, there are times when this store is convenient but most of the time it’s the place to avoid.

A great place to to buy all the necessary tools or supplies you need to get the job done or whatever project you're dealing with they have Stihl products in house from chainsaws to weed cutters.

We came the other day and got some things that were just perfect for what we needed for our home project. We forgot our card and couldn’t find it anywhere! We called and they were super helpful and held the card behind the counter. I got there and they were very helpful and kind! Great customer service!! A++

This ace in window rock I stay away from. Everything here is expensive as hell. They sell chainsaw’s, chainsaw’s products but are expensive! I’m not kidding! I’m not joking. For a chain is like $46+tax and bar is like $54+tax. Total is like over $90 for a bar and chain. Come on! Just drive a few miles too Rimrock and buy chainsaw needs! way better prices, way better then this Stihl Ace hardware. Place is a complete rip off for your money. You got a brother, uncle, husband or any family who haul woods, tell ‘‘em go too ‘RimrockChainsaw’ Save your money! Don’t listen too these workers in Ace hardware who thinks Stihl is better than any other chainsaw brand’s, they try too buy you into their productsI give this place a Star and nothing more.Save your money for Chainsaw needs, go too rimrock and save $!

Couldn't buy Stihl chains for Stihl chainsaw because the tech wasn't available. Nobody else can sell Sthil products. Chains were prepackaged. Store personnel couldn't take the prepackaged chains off the rack, scan it, and sell it.Sorry the tech is not in....

Cashier was not very customer service friendly today. Other than the frown , Navajo Westerners Ace Hardware has a great variety of products. It sure beats having to drive to nearby Gallup.

What Ace Hardware are you talking about? Navajo Western? There are three Ace Hardwares. One in Burnside, one in Window Rock, the other in Gallup, NM. Coming from Google you would think that you would know which area! The Ace Hardware in Burnside, AZ. Is located on the South end of the Lowe's shopping center/grocery store, on state HWY 191 N. It just opened up last month in June. Its a smaller version of the ones located in Window Rock and Gallup, NM. They carry simple products from bolts, screws, and tools, and plumbing supplies, hardware stuff to fix things, I've gone and looked in there real quick, since its connected on to the grocery store, but I can't tell you All the things they carry.

This store is always stocked really well as opposed to some other places om the reservation. Prices are high on most items, but for smaller things you need this is the place to go to

store need to update their hours of operations, They open up at different times almost every Day of the week ... I dont know whi runs the store these days , but before they used to open at 8 AM every day ... now you have to call daily to ask what time they gonna open .. Bad Part about this store , Sad to say ...
