The small town feel where everyone knows your name and is always excited to see you when you walk in the door. I love this dollar general ... Parking is great, selection is great, stores always super clean. Even has a new self checkout making it faster to get in and out.

The restrooms are always reasonably clean, the employee's are kind and I never hear a word about my kids wrecking the place. It's nice to have people wait until you've left to talk about you! (Joke) people there are really great.

What can I say? This dollar general is like most with prices and inventory. My only complaint is when I visit theres a manager who rarely smiles and usually seems in a bad mood. I believe I've seen him smile 3 times in the 5 years I've lived in the area. All the other staff seems friendly and very helpful!

Only local general store located in Alpena Arkansas. Half the price of the 2 convenience stores. Good grocery selection, no fresh produce unfortunately. Easy to find, decent parking, friendly staff. Open until 10pm 7 days a week. My most visited business.

Always long line. Like always I have not been hear in over 2 months without standing in a very long line. Also a lot of the products are always out of stock for example the cool aid is always out or very few options left. Another is sugar, candy, any fruit by the foot gushers. All these iteams are always out of stock so why dont they just order more at a time? If you are going to go cheap on labor at least fill the store regularly.

Store tends to be cramped. There are several places a cart isn't going to go without causing havoc. Other than that nice workers and usually well stocked.

Didn't really like the store setup. Not a good flow, it's very confusing and just not a good feel. Normally I love the Dollar general, but sorry guys, not this one.
