We met and contracted John to build a shop for us. We paid a premium price for substandard work. Even worse, he never completed the work we paid him to do. The door in the back was so far out of square that I couldn't install a door knob. I had to take it down ad rehang it. He never delivered or installed the back door that we paid for. The electric work that we paid him for was not done, the plumbing was not up to code, and tge shop leaked all around. I would never hire him for anything. Door facings were busted due to poor workmanship. Pretty much everything he did has to be redone. Very poor quality.

John Drummond, his dad Johnny Drummond, and his son Cody Drummond are liars and thieves! They are not licensed or insured to work, they lied to my face and said they are licensed and insured by asked me to pull my own permit because they can't since their license expired in 2020. In the end they stole $6,000 and did not provide any work. save yourself time and money and avoid these people at all costs

If you could post a negative 0, I would do so. I would write a book about this insanity if it would be published. I would not have John Drummond build me a DOG HOUSE if my life depended on it. First, the cheap metal isn't for a good building. The inability to build a metal building is astounding. It leaks...from the BOTTOM UP. How does that even happen?The plumbing was so poorly done, I'm sure they were in preschool.And the kicker??? My fault of course, I was STUPID enough to pay him without the completion of the shack. 92,000 dollars later, I have a POS!! Thank you for not abandoning us as you said you wouldn't. Yeah...whatever!

The work was completed in great craftsmanship. Our screened porch is look upon by neighbors within our subdivision. We put our John's number for others to use as a reference. We are extremely happy with the addition add on of the screen porch! Thank you John Drummond!Service: Design
