Got there early due to living out of town and was allowing extra time for any road construction. They were able to get me in quickly and also took care of issue with my tire being a little out of alignment. With the price of tires, I really appreciate this. Also, they were able to help me understand more on how to work the computer in my car. I'm not computer savvy and they were so nice to take the extra time to help me understand it better. You have great office and service workers.

Bought a 2016 Expedition. Sales people were great. However within 45 days the compressor needed replaced. Ok, it’s a used car, understood. But then the top level Warranty I paid for denied my claim. Endurance warranties have a lot of red tape and I am convinced they are a rip off and Bill White should not be pushing their product. Highly disappointed

The only thing I have an issue with. Is that my credit was shotguned thru multiple banks. Instead of just trying VW first, that's who it's thru. That surge of credit search, lowered my score by 47 points. I've been working hard to raise it, that is a definite set back! Other than that awesome staff and good experience.

Great experience all around. Staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered my car before it was released to the shipping company and was updated anytime something changed. Management was really helpful and worked with me through the process and with a loaner car. Probably the best dealership experience I've had buying a car.

After hearing and seeing Bill White name plastered all over this town for nearly 30 years.. I hate to say it but these are not good people.Look past all the blank 5 star reviews with no words.Sadly there is not a 0 star option. Absolutely do not buy an vehicle from this dealership. There are a dozen within an hour from here if you really think you need a brand new VW. There is no reason to buy here unless you break down in the lot with a vehicle you bought from them.Bill, you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself for allowing the sale a vehicle with an active class action lawsuit for life-threatening transmission problems without even disclosing this to the customer. Used or not, a vehicle should not be completely un-drivable less than a month from purchase.Unfortunately, I will have to reach out to the Arkansas Attorney General about this matter, as well as the auditors from Ally Financial.

Shawn H. Sold us a Jetta in 2020. The process was so smooth and didn’t take all day! We have enjoyed the Jetta, so we knew we would be buying another VW when it was time for another car. I took my 2023 VW Taos in because of rear brake issues. Teri, Dave and the whole service team were absolutely the best. They took video and pictures of the wear and tear on the brakes which was excessive for a new vehicle with only 26,000 miles. They graciously put me in a loaner car during the 3 days they were working on the vehicle. When all was said and done, the repairs were covered 100% by my vehicle warranty.

Came here because the salesman called me saying a friend from one of the other dealerships we had looked at had given him my number and he had a vehicle that might be what I was looking for. Hassle free, easy to work with and super friendly. I'm glad his friend passed on my number. We found the vehicle we wanted and they even put new tires and detailed it for us. Highly recommended.

I won't take away from the sales experience, but if you're interested, keep reading about problems with the service department...These guys are awesome. Shawnn, Michael, and Jason; salesman, store manager, and finance manager. Super professional. Super nice. NOT high pressure or over the top. I made an offer they couldn't take. But not 5 minutes after I left the dealership, the manager called me back with a counter I couldn't refuse. Shawnn even drove the paperwork to my wife's job the next business day for her signatures.My first new VW purchase so I don't know about the car, but I definitely recommend working with these courteous professionals.----------------------------2 years later...The warning beepers and sensors go off when just stopping at a stop sign intermittently. Since they could not reproduce the problem, they would do anything about it. So I still have an otherwise very nice 2 year old SUV that makes an annoying racket when stopping at stop signs. Dealer should take more time or dig deeper to fix the problem. Just said to bring it back if it became life-threatening.The auto-kill when stopped should have an option to permanently disable-so as not to have to choose it every time you start the vehicle. It makes sense in a heavy traffic environment, doesn't make sense where I live. A total inconvenience.----------------Second trip for the warning beepers going off needlessly. This time I provided 15 videos at different intersections showing there was no obstruction to set off the warning. Again, since they showed no 'code' they wouldn't do anything. Got into a semantics arguement with the service manager because he wouldn't admit they weren't going to fix it. He just said, "At this time, we can't go any further." My reply, "From my perspective as a customer, that's the same as saying you aren't going to fix it." He said, "Well, you're putting words in my mouth, that's your perception of what I'm saying." Did they fix it? NO. So, perspective or perception, the result is I have a vehicle with less than 17k miles under full bumper to bumper warranty that they won't even look into because their excuse is VW won't allow them to 'look around' at it since it doesn't return a computer code. Computer codes over customer satisfaction, I guess.
