We have now used Outfitter Roofing for twice now for roof repair. Once in 2016 and in 2022. Both times they were very professional and responsive to all my questions and concerns. They made it a breeze working with my insurance company to make sure we got all we needed repaired. When the day came to repair the roof they did an excellent job. Their team was quick, professional, and clean. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof! They even sent a thank you card and gift card after the job was done. Best quality and most professional service in the River Valley!I waited two months to write this review so that I would have had sufficient time to see how our new roof would hold up against the inevitable Arkansas summer weather of high winds, torrential rainfall, hail, and blazing heat. It has handled it all and just keeps looking better! I cannot say enough for the prompt and professional service from everyone from the sales team to the installation crew, to the office. Everyone was so amazing and went above and beyond to make sure that we got exactly what we were looking for in a new roof. They even purchased the special materials I requested to insure that the historical integrity of my home's originally constructed lumber decking remain historically accurate in the places where some needed to be replaced. The crew was so courteous and moved all of my plants to safe places away from construction with care, and worked so fast that even my neighbors were amazed! They left my yard cleaner than it was before they arrived and everyone was so friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable that I really cannot even imagine a better experience getting our old roof off and a new one put on. They took down three layers of three tab and replaced them with a few full replacement spots to the decking in under a day! We called them three weeks ago to come look at some storm damage on our roof. We were told they would come the following Monday and they would call to give us a time. They never called so we called them, but no one answered and no one ever showed up. We have called three times since then and have left multiple messages. No one will return the calls or answer. Recommend using someone more dependable and transparent.

These guys are awesome! Brandon Smith and his team of professionals did an amazing job on our roof! He kept in contact throughout the entire process via email and phone. He was patient with our questions and informative when we were choosing types, colors, etc. Brandon explained the process and was quick to respond to emails or return calls. The job was completed in about a day and a half. These men were respectful to me, my family, my property & my critters. When they left, my home had a nice new roof, new gutters, no trash/debris in sight! Excellent cleanup. I highly recommend them!

Brandon was extremely helpful! I ended up needing a new roof and I had water damage in my master bathroom/closet from the tornado's in May. I called him and said I needed a new roof and interior work done. Can you do it? Yes they can! Roof was done in a weekend, poor crew was working in 100 plus degree weather!! His interior guy did a wonderful job. He was more than willing to explain everything about what he was doing, why he was doing it, etc. He cleaned up after himself and even did touch up paint on the walls where black smudges had ended up. After doing some research on line, I picked Outfitter Roofing to do the replacement, and I'm glad I did. Brandon was extremely easy to work with, very straightforward and upfront about the whole process. The crew that came out was very quick, very efficient and left zero mess when they were done. The roof looks great, and the whole thing, from initially e-mailing them about coming out for a quote, to project completion was completely hassle free. Completely satisfied.

After deciding on a metal roof, and specific color, his crew came out and quickly completed the work. They were very polite and professional. It was obvious that the crew was experienced. There are not enough words to express how great our experience with Outfitter Roofing has been. I was nervous about having to file a claim on my roof from the recent hail storm, but Outfitter made the entire process smooth and pain free. The first time I met with the owner he assured me that he would take care of my family, and that I had nothing to worry about. He was quick to answer all my questions and worked with my insurance company to cover all of our losses. The crew did a fantastic job on the roof, getting the job done quick. I recently moved to the Oklahoma area and knew I needed a new roof on my log home. I researched and spoke to roofing companies within in a 75 miles radius of my property. I contacted Outfitter Roofing to come see my home and give me an estimate for a total replacement - Brandon arrived within the appt time, spent an hour inspecting the roof and wrote the estimate on the spot! Not only did he come well within our budget, but he gave us the option of three different shingle products. He also explained the difference between those shingles and the one that would be best suited for our home (we have an extreme slope/pitch on our log house.) No other roofing company pointed out the difference in what would be best suited for our house. We could have easily (and almost did!) choose the wrong option. Outfitter started the job within the estimated time after signing the contract, did a fantastic job on the roofing, all workers were so nice and polite!! Bonus points for an excellent clean up job afterwards!

I was a little skeptical not knowing their reputation, but seeing that they had a 5 star rating and after speaking with Brandon about getting me an estimate, I felt better about using them. Now that the job is complete, I see the extra attention they gave to detail that most would not have. Outfitter Roofing and Construction done an amazing job on our house. On November 30th 2018 our house was damaged by a tornado in Van Buren. Made a call to Niko and told him what had happened and the next day he had a crew come out and install tarps on the roof, even though i hadn't heard from my insurance as of yet. They were there with us every step of the way even helping us to understand what the insurance adjusters were doing as well as explaining what was being covered and replaced or repaired. They had a new roof on our house just a few days after the storm. As a matter of fact i believe our house was the first with a complete new roof in the whole neighborhood. We also had to have all new siding and a few doors replaced as well. They were fast, friendly and thorough. After all of the work they did replacing the roof, all of the siding and new back doors, its as if they were never there. They left out yard cleaner than it was before they got there. If we ever have storm damage again they will be my first call. i highly recommend Outfitter Roofing and Construction!!!

I've had the best experience doing business with this roofing company. A friend suggested using Outfitters Roofing in Fort Smith, Arkansas and I'm glad I did. I called them up to get a quote on my house and shop. They came out and gave me a quote that day. Also had a book of options to choose from of what color i preferred on my roof which was awesome and a big plus. Our home received roof damage from the May 18th storm which resulted in several leaks through out our home. After calling our insurance company an adjuster was sent out, he said we needed a new roof on our home and detached garage. A family member told me about Outfitters Roofing & Construction, I made the call and a very nice young man, Brandon Smith said he would be out the next day. I can not say enough about how glad I am for using this company, Brandon helped make this scary time very easy. He explained things in layman terms. He was very prompt in letting me know when they would start if we chose this company. He said our guys are very thorough and would have the job done in 2 days, which they did!!(might I add, the clean up was outstanding) We did have another company come out before I was told about Outfitters and let me tell you it was like night and day difference between the 2 companies....I would not hesitate for one minute to recommend Outfitters Roofing and especially Brandon Smith, to anyone needing work done to their home.

Can't say enough positive things about Outfitter. Not only was the workmanship second to none, they were able to get my roof replaced from storm damage after multiple companies came out, said it couldn't be done, & moved on without even trying to work with adjusters. My roof had multiple leaks after a rough spring weather season and I didn't know what I was going to do. Several weeks ago I found myself having to file my very 1st insurance claim. My home which was purchased brand new in 2015 was suddenly leaking water into one of the bedrooms. I picked up the phone and called 3 different roofing companies only 1 contacted me back. After having a horrible experience with that company I went back to google to find someone else. The very first number that I called the gentleman who answered the phone was very professional and didn’t seemed to be bothered at all that I was frantic and rambling. This Man took the time to listen to all of the details surrounding my frustrating situation. He took the time to explain to me all of the details surrounding the insurance claim process and also the process for Outfitter Roofing. He reassured me that everything was going to be ok. That same day I made contact he was at my house looking over the repairs. The very next day I received an estimate along with a phone call, explaining to me that the insurance company didn’t budget for all of the repairs that my home needed. I became frantic and again was reassured everything was going to work out. He suggested allowing him to speak to the insurance company on my behalf about the differences (which i gladly). It took him several days to finally get the insurance adjuster to call him back but never once was i left in the dark he constantly kept me informed. Because of his persistence with the insurance company I was granted additional money to complete all repairs. During this whole process all of my texts and calls were answered. They are finished with the roof and are beginning the inside work now!If you want someone who has Integrity, is Respectful, Professional, Patient, Genuine and Very Persistent I recommend you contact Brandon Smith with Outfitter Roofing. Contacted them about repairing my leaking roof. The salesman arrived and quoted the repairs very quickly. I was told scheduling was one to two weeks out from signed contract. Contract was signed on 10/30/21. I never heard from anyone after that. Three weeks later contacted salesman who said they were going to try to be at my residence tomorrow as they were currently on a large job. It is now 12/2/21 and have not seen or heard from anyone.
