My roof(s) were replaced last week by Roofing Force, having suffered hail/tornado damage in Hot Springs Village AR. From my 1st meeting w/contractor he was polite & professional. He let me choose the color & the time of installation. The entire job was completed in 2 days, including a small barn & gazebo. He even replaced damaged screens & installed new gutters & guards. I did not find 1 stray nail or a smidgen of damage to anything. Could not have been more pleased.

From start to finish all of the people we dealt with were amazing . We had our roof done by someone else and it started leaking and I had called multiple companies for estimates and help needless to say after they all came out i couldnt get any of them to call me back except for Roofing Force , and they went above and beyond to help us and i am truly Blessed for that . It took one day to tear off and replace my roof and it's beautiful. A diligent company. Zac is a real go-getter. He worked with my insurance, helped me understand the process, and completely outpaced both the insurance and banking paperwork, leaving us all waiting on them. I know this was a busy time for Zac, but he always made me feel like I was his priority. Likewise, the roofers themselves were extra hard-workers; they didn't want to stop until the job was done, staying well into the evening. They painted the vent pipes to match the new shingles, put down some great looking drip edge, and then cleaned up the mess, having laid down tarps to catch debris and using a magnetic sweeper to pick up stray nails. Met with TJ Cunningham concerning problems with the shingles on my home. TJ was very patient working with me and the insurance company. He addressed all of my concerns from dealing with the insurance company and after the installation of the new roof.
