Great company to work with! New roof installed. My only one complaint is, on the day of installation, it would've been nice to have a liaison to communicate information to the crew. It was unknow to us who was in charge or who we needed to communicate with. We were making some changes to the existing roof vents and adding a solar attic fan. The crew working didn't appear to know about this information.

I sent a request through a Facebook town page asking for who to get to install a roof and many responded by saying Russell Exterior was really good, they were mention more than the others. We called them, and the others, to get a free estimate and we went with Russel because they were more detailed and seem more knowledgeable of what we needed and not needed. They were very professional and did a wonderful job with our roof. Our roof looks better then it ever has and it will last longer than our original roof did. Excellent work on a siding repair due to water damage. They came out to evaluate, worked to find some of my discontinued siding, and gave a clear/reasonable estimate for repairs.They dropped off the materials the evening prior and then showed up at 7:30am. They made quick work of the repairs in just a few hours and that meant pulling off half of a second story wall siding, cutting out bad OSB, patching in new OSB, adding house wrap, flashing the window, and replacing with new matching siding and J channel. The guys were professional and cleaned up their mess very well.I already have a request in for more work from these guys. Honest work at a fair price.AND they show up at the scheduled times! (Which is sadly hard to find right now from most businesses.)
