I cannot say enough good things about Summit Prime Roofing. My mother, who is in her 70s, needed a new roof but didn’t know where to start or who to turn to. Then she discovered Summit roofing and the rest was as easy a process as one could hope for. Andrew and his team were upfront and honest with her, explaining things very well and reassuring her they could get the job done. They stayed in contact with her and helped her through the process of dealing with the insurance company. Their work is impeccable and their customer service went above and beyond expectations. My mother is very pleased with her new roof and can rest east knowing she had the best take on the job. I highly recommend Summit Prime Roofing to anyone looking to have a new roof installed.

Prime roofing was easy to deal with and took care of every detail when replacing my roof. I was unaware how bad my roof was with hail damage, but without hesitation prime roofing took control in dealing with my insurance, with filing the claim to job completion. Would highly recommend to anyone especially if you are not aware how to deal with damage insurance claims. They are very professional, and respectable.

I was apprehensive starting this process, but the whole thing ended up easier than I anticipated. Joe sat down with me and went through each line in the estimate making sure I understood everything and was comfortable with it. He even made time to come over in the evening since I wasn't available during the day.When the guys came to do the work they were the epitome of professionalism. They came, they worked, and they got the job done. The took care to make sure that the didn't leave a mess when the were through. After removing the debris and tarps, they went through the yard with a magnet to sweep for any stray nails, and then walked the entire area looking for any other pieces of trash that might have gotten missed previously.I had a great experience. They did a great job, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs.

Called and had a David to come out and give me a quote, he came out and took pictures of the house and of the insurance information. I had not heard anything else for a few weeks until another guy called stating the original person had been fired and they would be following up with me. Never followed up, went with another roofing company after waiting for a month. Luckily we had multiple quotes.
