This company placed new seamless gutters on a property I own and the work was not done correctly. There is a corner that was not sealed properly and it leaks every time it rains. They also attached the gutters to my house incorrectly and pulled the fascia off of it. We tried to contact them several times and finally had them come out and look at them. They showed up and never even talked to us and then abruptly left. Nothing was ever done and now we can’t even get in touch with them. Not sure what happened to this company but I am reporting them to the better business bureau and warning anyone considering using them to stay away.

There is nothing not to love about this company!! They can help you with anything from your garage door to gutters to helping build your dream home! They are extremely professional, helpful, prompt and best of all, honest! Matt and his guys are here to help you and make sure you have the best experience. Matt is very knowledgeable and will help you with whatever project you have, all while keeping you with in your budget. My garage door wouldn't close properly. I called AA and talked to Matt, the owner. He was very knowledgeable and came the within the hour of my call. He immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it. I will call him again if I need anything done to my house. I highly recommend AA Seamless Gutter.

Called this company to come out and give me a free quote on new guttering. The first person I talked to which I think was the owner (Archer is all I remember). said they were busy and it would be a couple weeks. Which is fine. I mean, it’s 2020 lol. I called back about 2 weeks ago to get an update and got someone else. The guy told me that the owner has his calls forwarded to him when he’s busy. So I gave this guy my info. It’s now been another 2 weeks and nothing. So, if they won’t even come out to give an estimate, I can’t imagine what the service would be like if I paid them and had a problem. I’ll just call another company. Would not recommend.

Initial communication was great and the estimate happened quickly. Reasonable price.After selected for the job, I was given a rough time frame of "some time in a week and a half". After 2 weeks with no contact, I reached out for an update only to be told that they were behind due to the rain. Ok, I can buy that. Then I am told it will be the next week. Still no hard date on a calendar. After waiting another week and a half, I reach out for another update. No response when I tried finding out the last update. I ended up going with another company and attempting to notify this company that I moved on due to no communication. I was no commercial job, but it was a reasonable job amount to warrant some limited communication.

Matt Archer, had his crew members finish a job his former employee left unfinished. I would recommend him because he is honest. Not many of those around and he wants happy customers. If I could go back in time I would have done more research, and talked with Matt first before going through the mess of dealing with his former employee. Thanks Matt Archer for making things right when you didn't have to do anything.
