Erie was great to work with for our new roof. When a few concerns came up they were very much on top of things, addressed the issues and gave us the service they said they would. We love our new roof and won't have to worry about any more leaks and damage our roof had. The crew that came out were awesome and work hard. Overall, I would 100% recommend Erie for your next roof.

I had a bad roofI had a bad roof, of course I did why else would I call a roofing company? The sales to install was surprisingly easy and very informative. I ordered a roof; No I didn't choose the metal; even though that was originally my intention. After seeing the different options Erie offers, I went with fiberglass. I was very impressed with the timeframe 6 days later a crew of men showed up and installed the roof. I also had a peak vent installed at the same time it looks very nice and should help with heating and cooling expenses. Start to finish it took about 6 hours and they cleaned up everything and hauled it away. Very impressive team. I haven't had the roof long yet but I chose the fiberglass because of the fire and wind ratings. Overall I am happy with the whole process. This roof should last me until I'm too old to care about a roof!

Sales reps were very knowledgeable and informative and shared pictures of our attic space and roof with us. The installers were very punctual and kind. They worked quick but did a great job. The cricket was not added during the initial install, but they came back and corrected it the next day. Everything went smoothly and as expected. It looks great, and we are happy our fireplace is no longer leaking!

Erie did a complete roof over of my home on May 27th 2023. I was extremely pleased with the entire process. From the inspection everything that the inspector found and photographed was explained and shown to me in terms that I could understand. They worked with me to find a financing option that i could work into my budget. A manager came out and made sure that I understood and that everything was explained before I made the final signature to begin the work. Installation manager called me very promptly about getting installation. Installation team was onsite very next day (A Saturday). Installation team was very transparent and answered any questions I had. Roof was completed in one day. I contacted Erie to come out to look at my roof for replacement. I was contacted and scheduled an appointment. Someone contacted me the day before my appointment to verify my address & confirm the day & time. The day of my appointment I was waiting for them to show up. I received a text message 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time that they couldn't help me. No one came to my house & they didn't give me a reason of why they couldn't help. That is not a professional way of doing business. I would have understood if they had stated that something had came up & they need to reschedule.

Erie is a great company! We needed a new roof after having hail damage back in Aug and my local roofer was giving me a run around and was unable to be trusted after multiple lies. Erie representatives came and showed me everything that needed to be fixed and was able to offer the best warranty I could ever expect to get. I won’t need a roof for the next 30 years and I couldn’t be happier to know I can trust this roof to last. They came the same week and installed my new roof in less than 5 hours and had my yard looking great after the team picked up everything. I will definitely be telling everyone about Erie roofing

Definitely not a fan of this company. The sales guy showed up at 6:45ish for a 7 pm appointment. Husband was not yet home so we waited and I tried to get the guy to come back since we had bad weather / tornadoes incoming. Guy wouldn’t leave or reschedule. Tried to sell us on a $50k roof for a single story home, and kept giving us “discounts” if we did this or that - one of which included an interview commercial / testimony. Nope. No thanks. The longer he stayed, the more frustrated I grew with him staying after 8 pm on a school night with a 6 year old and a 6 month old. He wanted to keep calling “the boss” at 9,10,11 pm to keep giving us discounts. We kept trying to tell the guy we weren’t interested until he finally left at 11:45 pm. Absolutely 125% NOT professional. Sales tactic seemed pretty predatory too. Ended up with a $35k quote for a roof on an 1800 square foot house. Nope.

I found everything I was looking for with Erie Homes. You can always find cheaper pricing but as the old saying goes " You Get What You Pay For ".

I can’t believe it…Erie Roof came out and did my house in half a day. I had been worried about my roof for months but once I reached out to Erie to do my roof, my problem was immediately taken care of. Everyone was very polite knew their job and no trash left behind. They did a wonderful job now all I have to do is see if their warranty is going to really outlast me.

SALES MEN came out and showed us their product. VERY MUCH LIKE DOOR TO DOOR SALES.Ok, now that I've made that clear, my husband and I really liked the product, and the salesmen. However, the price was TRIPLE+++ the going rate in our state, and I kept reiterating to the salesmen that we NEEDED to get the quote to be able to get our insurance claim rolling BEFORE we could make a decision on what we could afford.After 3 hours of POINTLESS negotiations, and again, the REPETITIVE statement that I MUST wait for insurance, they left, without giving me a documented quote.Today, I called to request the quote and item costs/options, and ONCE AGAIN, I kept getting the "negotiation" tactic--- and I was told they do not give itemized quotes unless you purchase through them. The image I've attached is the only document we were able to obtain.ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I'm not sure if I WOULD EVER buy their product/ services ONLY BECAUSE of the pushy sales tactics!!! BE FORWARNED!!!!And if the company tries to remove this review, I WILL contact the attorney General and complain about poor business practice and possibly scamming unsuspecting citizens of this SOLICITING company.They did not only waste OUR time and efforts, but basically tried to GAMBLE us into a contract. And these salesmen are most likely suffering loss of time and wages from this company also!!!If it smells like door to door sales, it probably is!!!

We called and had an appointment at 1:00 pm Tuesday this week.An associate called the day before to verify.Before making the appointment I addressed a concern with the scheduler about my seeing many BBB bad reviews and complaints. Not for the Maumelle branch.She stated that those are a different company with a similar logo and name. So, I went ahead with our appointment. Come to find out, that was not true.The estimator showed up unannounced 45 minutes early.He insisted that my wife and I meet with him together. I told him she could not at that time. She did not have the 2 hours required by them to spare. Especially since the were there at an unscheduled time.Nor was she interested in touring the entire 20 acre property and discussing our 4 roofs with him. I am quite capable of doing that myself. He was much more interested in giving his 2 hour sales pitch than looking at our extensive hail damage and working toward a solution.When I told him she would not be joining us, he stated that he would be on his way and was not going to move forward with our appointment. I told him he is walking away from 4 roofs and close to $100,000. Dollars in repairs.But that didn’t matter to him because my wife could not attend.What a strange business practice.

During the roof inspection it came to light that a recent roof repair from another company was subpar to put it mildly. My roof had multiple issues and was older and in needed to be replaced. After looking at the product samples from Erie it was easy to see the shingles used for my roof were far superior than regular shingles. For comparison, my parents recently had their roof replaced. The process took months and around a week to install. The guys from Erie came out inspected my roof, called me, scheduled an appointment and installed my roof in one week. The process may have been sooner due to a missed call by myself. I couldn’t believe it. I now have a 30 year warranty on my roof bringing peace of mind. We called Erie to come take a look at our roof. We have lived in our home less than a year, but the roof was considered end of life and insurance was starting to push for a replacement. The sales person was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge about the roofing system. He was able to inspect our crawl space and speak to any issues he saw. One of the biggest selling points for us was the 30 year warranty that covered everything and was pushed as such repeatedly. Upon receiving the packet after roof installation, the full warranty was actually only 10 years. The next 20, materials are covered, but not labor. While I still am thankful for the warranty, I wish they had been more upfront instead of making it sound different than the way things actually were. The installation went well. On or about 6/28/23, two young men representing Erie Home located in Maumelle, AR came to my home after I had submitted a request for a quote for a new roof.**The men spent approximately four hours on my property, during which time they:Entered my attic and lifted tarps without care that were keeping rain water from entering my home.Gave me a sales pitch that included a price of $78,000 for a new roof, or $45,000 if I financed through their company and did a "commercial."Told me that I would need to give them a $500 deposit to run my credit, and that if I had more money, that would be "even more helpful." ** I refused to give them a deposit, and they left my home. Upon them leaving I pointed out to them that the tarp that was flipped over and hanging over the roof edge was not like that before they came. They hemmed and ha’d and finally went up “tacked it back”. I subsequently received one phone call and one email from them, reminding me to unblock my credit so that they could run it. I did as they asked, but I never heard back from them again.I believe that the Erie Home of Maumelle actions were predatory and unethical. They tried to take advantage of my need for a new roof and my vulnerability as a homeowner. I am not here to say that Erie Home is a scam I will let others decide that, but I am here to share my experience and to warn others about the potential for predatory sales practices.If you have had a similar experience with Erie Home, please contact me.Thank you for your time.
