I’m not a many of many words but I want to say that PI Roofing has done nothing but a fantastic job for me. They took off my old roof and replaced it so fast. The crew was so professional and so kind. I enjoyed meeting and shaking hands with Gerardo, Fernando, Anthony, Ulises, Jorge, and Carlos! This company does what it says and says what it does. Top Shelf!!Special thanks to Melissa for getting me into contact with PI Roofing, another thanks to Yaniv for working the Crew into my schedule on such short notice, and finally a huge thanks to Brandon for walking me through the whole process, answering all my questions with replies so quick I felt they were almost automated. (they weren’t…he’s that fast.) Brandon bid the job and once check was in his hand, he still came to oversee the job. Very respectful to my wife and kids. This company has hardworking humble people. I have never known anyone I mentioned beforehand in my life, until I met them looking to hire them last week. We got hit by the tornado after fighting with them for months they finally came out and did the work on our house, everything was not completed and they put more expensive shingles on the house without our permission causing us to have to give them the whole insurance check and pay the rest of the repairs out of pocket. After trying to get legal help we finally decided to just do the rest ourselves. I came home today to find the stuff starting to fall down! Worse company to work with go to southern roofing! They will do everything they can to help you! Ps the picture of the owner on the roof on Facebook was not him actually working it was him coming to see the mess that his workers did on our house.

PI Roofing did a great job! I recommend them heartily - they were fast, competent, and careful!My wife, a Master Gardner, has loads of plants, shrubs, and decorative items around the house. PI Roofing was careful to move decorative items away from the house. They placed a drop cloth around the house to catch debris, used magnets and visual inspection to pick up nails, and took nearly an hour to replace yard items in their original positions with photos the crew took with their cameras. Their care and attention to detail was impressive! I'll use PI Roofing again!

I had a new roof installed in November 2022.I have called many times and spoken to many different people at PI Roofing trying to get things fixed.In January I was told by a PI rep that things “were not up to PI standards”.I have been told by multiple people that things would be taken care of.My most recent appointment on Tuesday April 25 was a no show no call.I’ve tried to be patient but its been ~6 months.*UPDATE*PI called this morning (5/3). Justin, Jacob,and Grant were amazing. They were quick and very friendly. As a widow, I have to be careful who I allow on my property. PI is great company that provides a perfect service. Especially when you send such wonderful technicians to do the job. They checked for problems on my roof and blew all the leaves away and cleaned up!!

Can’t say enough good words but will try.PI Roofing’s Justin Baldwin has his crew trained to run like clockwork. They worked well with the solar panel contractor that had to remove and replace a large solar panel installation.Every man was always busy performing their particular work skill perfectly. And when it came time to load up the trailer with a few thousand pounds of old shingles, all five men pitched in and got it clean around the whole house in no time. Amazing. Then they used a magnetic roller rake to pick up all the hundreds of old roofing nails from all sides.They are trained, trained, and trained. I was super worried because I had some shingles that had gotten blown off and a storm was coming. They had a quote to me in a couple of hours and had guys on site within 90 minutes of my approval of the quote. Angel and Joey were very polite and quick. I cannot say enough good things about P.I. Roofing! They were the company that we hired to re-roof our old home in 2017, and they were extremely easy to work with then.The recent hailstorm in Maumelle was of concern, so I called them and asked them to come take a look at our roof to see if we had sustained any damage. John P. came and did the inspection, and he was even there earlier than expected (and was kind enough to text us and let us know he was going to be early!)John was polite, professional, and was extremely ethical - while we had a few dings, there was not enough damage to warrant filing a claim with insurance or do any repair work. I know too many other companies that would have found an excuse to do work, whether or not it was needed.For that reason alone, P.I. Roofing will ALWAYS be my first call when it comes to roofing concerns. There is a reason why they have been around as long as they have - prompt, courteous, professional, and ethical service. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for advice and/or service!

My 40 yr architectural shingles on my roof haven’t leaked in the 12 years that they’ve been on my roof until Hughesnet subcontracted with Rush satellite to put a satellite dish on the roof. PI roofing patched the roof—-while it looked good at the time, five years later it’s leaking in the same spot and after many hail storms ,my roof has only leaked in that spot. SMH

Long review, but if you want details other than "did a good job", keep reading. Sustained significant hail damage from the baseball hail storm 6/2023 in Hot Springs. House roof, shop roof, gutters, and siding. Cody was on the roof inspecting a couple days after I called, very thorough, knew exactly what to look for. Brian, project manager was great to work with, knows code, very important if you value the resale of your home. He turned me on to Malarkey shingles, if you are a Certainteed or GAF fan, do your research on Malarkey, in AR, trust me you want Malarkey. Hands down better than the Certainteed architectural for AR weather. They are certified, so you get the amazing Malarkey warranty/quality (they are cert for both, so whatever your preference). Shout out to Melissa, always so pleasant when you call, Yaniz is great with communication on scheduling, Jose and his crew always went the extra mile to clean up. Last and MOST IMPORTANT, THESE FOLKS STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK, AND CODY IS ALWAYS ON POINT!. They are local, not storm chasers, been around a long time. They did my dads roof 10 years ago, my project, my bosses, and will get my business again if I find myself in the same situation, and will get my referral to any friend or family that needs roof work done.
