Statewide performed a full kitchen remodel as well as full flooring for my house after a flooding incident. Bruce and the rest of the office crew were very upfront with costs and times. The workers were very professional, showed up on time, and kept a clean work space. After the work was completed I have been very happy with the quality of the work provided and would happily use them again for any future renovations.Services: Remodeling, Flooring, Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Painting

The ONLY thing this company has going for them in my opinion is an AWESOME contractor named Mike. He cares about his work and it shows! He talks you through the whole process from his point of view and allows you to ask questions. He keeps you informed on the progress of the project and gives timeframes. He was super easy to work with. He really was the BEST contractor I've ever worked with! Loved him! :)Horrific experience from beginning to end regarding the office business side of things. Bruce is disrespectful and rude! He cuts you off as you attempt to ask questions and he is unable to explain charges and additional fees. As a result he gets angry at the customer and frequently raises his voice. However, he will make frequent trips to your home awaiting the arrival of the insurance checks. Other than that he is hard to reach by phone UNLESS it involves money. He's one of the owners but could definitely benefit from some customer service trainings & seminars. I would NEVER do business with this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

I had the privilege of working with Bruce, James and Sam on the restoration of my kitchen. Through each step, I was kept informed and the staff did not rush the workers to get the job completed. They took their time and made sure everything was up to my standards. When the kitchen was complete, I felt I now had the kitchen of my dreams. Sam and his son did most of the work and ensured me if anything didn't meet with my expectations, they would make it right. That was something I did not have to worry about because it was done perfect the first time. I will recommend Statewide Restoration to anyone who needs some work done. Thanks again Sam for a job well done!

We were so very lucky for our insurance company to have referred us to Statwide Restoration! Mike and Don worked wonders with all the water damage repairs! Bruce was so very nice and friendly. Everything was detailed out for us and it definitely made it easier to understand the work completed, as well as make the inconvenience tolerable. Poor managment which left installers not knowing what to do. They need new leadership not installers. also Bruce is not a friendly person who needs some Jesus in his life it seems
