After a pipe burst in our home, they worked with us to get everything restored as quickly as possible. In addition to replacing all the flooring, a few walls and base-boarding- they also took on a small, separate, project of updating the bathroom. I’m a very particular and detail oriented person. As such, I’ve had several negative experiences with other contractors in NWA. But everyone at JM did an outstanding job, even by my standards! We really appreciated everyone’s attention to detail and their willingness to educate us on their processes with kindness and transparency. They placed care and attention on the planning and communication process right at the start and that made a positive difference during the work itself. We will be calling them again for future projects and highly recommend anyone else to give them a call as well!

JM Roofing owners are professionals. Jane, Joy, Justin and Natasha are very friendly and down to earth. Joy a fellow veteran helped me out getting the budget needed to do a complete roof install. Natasha ensured I got the style and color of roofing we wanted. They had a crew to my house that completed removal and installation of our roof in one day. Having an older home created some issues but Jane and Joy came to the house and sent the crew back that did the job right and fixed the issues we noted to them. I know they don't have the commercials that we so often see but weather its dealing with your insurance company or other issues they will get your problems fixed. We needed help doing a carport renovation at our son's house in Farmington, Arkansas and we live in Oregon. We met with Jane and Joy on site. one day and mapped out the idea with our son and from then on, they collaborated with our 35-year-old son, helped him make decisions, were on time , worked through 90° heat, had all inspections on time and correct. This was to be a dog kennel room for our son's dog training, business, and Joy came up with the great idea of using an exterior door between the dog room and the rest of the house to block both the noise and the odors of the dogs, so it has its own mini split for air and heat. Brilliant idea. They collaborated with our choice of flooring expert. Joy did a 3-D modeling of what it would look like on the exterior so we could choose the windows. Everything was great, on time, came in under budget! She and her crew were very professional, courteous, timely and a homeowner’s dream to work with. Have hired JM Roofing for a couple of jobs on my house. First, I had them install gutters as well as replace the door to my backyard. It was high quality work at a great price and I was overall very pleased with their work. I hired them back to repair and install some baseboards as well as damaged gyp throughout the house. Once again it looked awesome when completed. JM takes the time to really understand what you are asking for and will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the final product. We had hail damage and needed a new roof. Some of our family members had used JM recently and highly recommended we use them as well. Noah was so awesome to work with, he was detailed and so helpful and was always quick to answer me on any questions I had. He always gave us his honest opinion. Highly recommend JM Roofing. We had a leak in our ceiling but weren't sure if the water was coming through the stone, brick, window or shutters. I had several companies come to our house to identify the source of the leak and provide an estimate. JM Roofing was the only company to spray water to the area to identify the cause of the leak in order to provide a complete and accurate estimate and was the only company who could repair the inside of the house and fix the outside leak. Their workers were polite, arrived on time, fixed the work in a timely fashion and did excellent work. Matching texture is challenging to do but they did a great job. I'll definitely use this company in the future.

Joy and Team do a great job. I have hired them twice to repair storm damage. They are great at working with your insurance company to make sure everything is covered that should be. They do a quality job and stand behind their work. They have done both roofing, exterior repairs and interior repairs for and all of it was done with high quality and speed.

Jane and her crew are very friendly, professional and efficient. We were unfortunate enough to get hit twice last year. They replaced both roofs, fencing, and interior damage and well before most of our neighbors even started the process. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company and handled everything with very little effort on our part. Hopefully, I never need repairs like this again, but if so, they will be the only ones I call.

Timely, efficient, & courteous- they won’t let your project drag on & on. They show up, get it done, make sure you’re happy with it & clean up after themselves. JM is about earning repeat business as they do all kinds of work. It started with our roof & continued with repairs to some leaky windows (as a result of builder’s installation short cuts) & then led to drywall repairs in our garage that have been on the back burner. It all looks great! They also don’t try to sell you what you don’t need to drum up more business - like new windows when our others were fine in & of themselves, or total tear outs when all you need is paint & drywall.Next project....exterior power wash & paint. Let’s see how they do

I will definitely recommend this roofing company if you are in NWA areas. They did an amazing job on changing our roof. Very professional and hands on. Gavin exceeds our expectations. He is very knowledgeable in this business. He continuously gives us updates on everything. Even talking to our insurance company. He finishes the job in a timely manner and even gave us a great discount. We are very thankful to Gavin and his whole team for a job well done.PS: I Shopped around and This company has the best deal than any other company in the area.Highly recommended.

I read all of the posted reviews of JM roofing before I wrote this review, in order to see whether others had the same experience that I did. Almost all of them did. This is an excellent, locally-owned roofing and construction company which did a terrific job on my roof. I had substantial hail damage on the existing roof and gutter, requiring total replacement. JM Roofing, led by it's owner Jane, did the work promptly and professionally. They kept me up-to-date at every stage of the project, letting me know when materials would be delivered, when the work would begin and what kind of materials would be used.Jane was very patient as I muddled through what kind of gutter guards should be installed, and gave me good professional advice throughout the project. I got three estimates. The estimate from JM roofing was slightly lower than the other two because Jane absorbed some costs which the others did not. It was a no-brainer to pick JM roofing, and in retrospect I can honestly still say it was a no-brainer to pick them

Last year (2017) we had a storm that ripped the roof of our house. After Insurance Co. appraiser visited and approved the replacement of shingles, I contacted 3 Roofing companies and got their estimates. JM Roofing not only gave me very reasonable estimate, but also, compare to other 2 offers, better materials to use. (part of the roof slope is very low so the owner Gavin suggested to use a sticky felt instead of regular felt to prevent any future leakage, which cost more but no extra charge to me) I did not know anything about this but thanks to Gavin, I learned a lot about different types of material and their purpose.His crew showed up early on the day we agreed upon and finished the entire job at the end of next day.Work was excellent and I was impressed how good looking a roof could be. Gavin's crew also were very polite and when needed, they did some repairs to the roof when they saw something that needed to be repaired and Gavin did not charge me extra for those needed repairs. After the job was completed, the crew cleaned all the left overs around the house and they checked any nails might have left around.Overall, their work and attention to details exceeded my expectation and I was very much impressed with their helpfulness and customer oriented attitude.I very much appreciate Gavin and his wonderful crew and I can highly recommend JM Roofing to anyone.

I was referred to JM Roofing by a colleague after a tornado in October 2019. Mr. Pineda very quickly identified that the damage to my roof was extensive enough that it warranted replacement through my homeowner's policy. He also immediately performed temporary repairs. The insurance adjuster agreed & we settled accounts. A full roof replacement followed within a few weeks. The work was performed quickly and professionally, and the job site was thoroughly cleaned once complete. Mr. Pineda was great about communication and setting expectations, EXTREMELY responsive, and provided excellent customer service! Highly recommended

11 days after closing on our property, a storm came through and damaged the house roof and storage building. Did some online searches and found Jane. Feel lucky to have found someone that came out so quick and got things going. Ended up building a completely new garage (concrete and all) and couldn’t be happier with the end result. Really appreciated the pictures she sent so we could follow the progress too. If needed, she’s the call I’ll make again.

My roof sprung a small leak during a storm. I called JM Roofing and they were out within a few hours to inspect. They took pictures while in the attic and roof and saw that the leak was coming from a few nails not sealed up properly. They went right up to the roof and sealed them up. JM Roofing are very up front and will explain everything in detail.Very nice folks to converse with! I wont hesitate to use JM Roofing in the future and I will be referring them to friends and family!

Noah and his company were referred to me when I had a roof/water damage issue after moving into a new house. It has required having a bathroom almost completely redone, due to the water damage. Noah has been very upfront with everything and has been great about working with my insurance to get everything approved. David, who has been doing the work, has been great as well. The bathroom was an add-on and Noah/David corrected several things that were not originally done correctly or at all, at no extra cost to me. Their communication through the process has been awesome.
