Great for construction or remodeling, I was excited with the results.They were patient answering all my questions and I knew we need the work done asap .They worked with me on financial and payments. That was so wonderful and allowed me to get the much needed work done . They were able to get us on their schedule right away and did the work quickly and efficiently. Kitchen paint and floors were all completly renewed all within the time frame i gave them. My unit looked amazing with the new kitchen.. I truly amazed by their service and dedication Jonathan are providing.I love my new kitchen... They know how to talk and how to explain what they are doing from start to finish.

I had a couple of problems in my suite bathroom. I didn't know if I had a plumbing problem, if maybe the vanity was a touch off balance, though it looks perfect, or if it was something I did, but I shot off a yelp message after leaving them a message. Though it has been maybe a year and a half or more since they designed my master suite I got an immediate response back!!! they remembered me and were happy to fix it with no attitude at all!They sent someone out to evaluate the problem. He was here around a half an hour and explained the problem, made some adjustments, and no charge!

Jonathan construction been extremely professional with our house construction. We have decided to sell the house so we needed a full transformation. All the paint inside and out was done quickly. No missed spots.The walls were broken down by a specialist in order to build an extra room. They worked around the permit. Perfect work.

Tomm did exactly what he claim to.He designed the bathroom and gave a very detailed quotation and carried out the work to a very high standard.He discussed all the options with us .The guys cleaned up as they went along.I am delighted with the results.You get what you pay for with this company

I needed some new flooring after a flood in my home.They came with a bevy of samples and options fully explained the cost and pros and cons of each material.It was not a huge job but it was done in a timely manner,.I would definitely use them again for any future projects

Just met with Sharon from Jonathan Construction ( License# 940648, Culver City, CA, in rebuttals sometimes they claim it wasn't them). I'm on the Do Not Call Registry and so I like to waste telemarketers time and thereby make it more expensive for them to market this way. I agreed to have them come out. We visited for a few minutes and then I told them I'd never do business with them because of this I was deliberately wasting their time and money. Hey just a thought, if you really want to mess with them have them go the trouble of creating a quote, this could take hours of their time. FYI, on the phone they claim they've been in business for 35 years but their license is much newer, Any contractor with a license # greater than 900000 is relatively new.Don't do business with a contractor that starts off the relationship in violation of Federal Law. This should big RED flag!Gosh feel real bad about wasting your time - not.

I had a complicated project and Tomm from Jonathan Construction handled it efficiently and fast.Some of the other contractors I called didn’t even want to handle it. It was a house in Hollywood Hills.They broke the walls and did all the plumbing around the house.Great job!!

Taking their time and making sure you are happy with the remodel process. Floors came out perfect wood and white stones in the kitchen counters. It was all so perfect together and it made sense. Wow glad i was smart enough to listening to them

Was contacted by a telemarketer attempting to do business with me and offered an estimate for that business. I asked if they had a business license for the city that I live in and they said hold on and they will get me that info. They came back on the phone and expressed a very unprofessional attitude and claimed that I really didn't want an estimate. I indicated that I just wanted to confirm that they have a business license and she became very annoyed and hung up on me.Don't do business with someone that can't supply a business license...it's illegal and in violation of local ordinances and state law.

After my friends recommended this company twice !! I decided to give them a call myself.All the information was made clear from the beginning . I asked many questions and they had to the point answerd for me every time .After we decided on a price range they made the best effort to stick to it without any problems.
