They completed a whole house repipe of my house. Now my pipes are backing up with debris and stool. The underground pipes do not carry the water out into the city outlet. I am still suffering with horrible odors coming from my bathroom. I had all the of the clean outs checked and there is standing water in all of them. The clean out from my kitchen has stool and bugs crawling out of it. When the bathrooms are flushed the water backs up into my backyard. It has only been 2 to 3 years since this work was done. I have called Inner City Skyline many times and all they do is yell and tell me that it's not their problem. I paid $13, 000 dollars for their shoddy work. I am worried that pipes were not installed at a slant to push the water out instead, the water is backing up. They are very cruel workers and take advantage of single mothers with children. Do not use them. I had another issue with my pipes a leak inside of my wall, and they threatened to put a Lien on my property if my insurance didn't pay them in time. They are bullies. The man I spoke with was named John. He refuses to fix the problems. Don't use them.

Inner City Skyline bribed me with $1000 to not write this review. Do not hire them for any of your projects. A warning from someone who has experienced their unprofessional service.We paid for a professional general contractor to remodel our kitchen and experienced a nightmare that is still affecting our family today:To summarize a 16 page document I have outlining all the issues:One of their employees confronted me in front of my wife and kids and I had to ask the owner to get the employee off the job and that same employee came back a few days later inferring that a lean could be placed on my house because the owner wasn't paying him for the work he had done.A few days ago, Inner City Skyline sent me a document they wanted me to sign titled “Compromise Agreement and Mutual Release” which would release Inner City Skyline of “any and all past, present, or future claims, demands, obligations, on all theories of recovery”. I have already paid off half of the project and will continue payments as agreed upon by the terms and conditions but the company is trying to get out of their end of the bargain by not backing up the warranty or quality of their work if anything breaks. The document also states: “Inner City Skyline agreed to issue $1000 credit to customer towards the project for interruptions during the project. Contractor and customer agreed to release each other from future liabilities. Customer also agreed not to share any feedback in anyway by anyone on social media and online regarding the company.” This was in no way discussed nor was the understanding that the money the owner offered us a gift for all the hassle we went through going to be used as a bribe to get us to not write a review about what had happened.Today, I was contacted by another Inner City Skyline employee asking if i had signed the document.The Inner City Skyline Employee wrote:“I understand *name redacted* (the owner of the company) talked to you two weeks ago and he told you that when you discussed on discount.”I replied:“the fact that this is being phrasing as a "discount" speaks volumes to the complete misunderstanding of the conversation. We spoke about our numerous issues with your company and the nightmare we experienced and asked that we be given a chance to re-evaluate the price because we payed for a professional installation but received the opposite experience. This is not a "discount" or a payoff to keep us from writing a review. *name redacted* (the owner) phrased it as a "gift" as a way of saying sorry for the trouble we experienced. We didn't ask for a discount as if we were buying a final product with a coupon code, we wanted recognition of the extreme stress and hardship your company put my family through. This isn't up for debate, all parties recognize the issues involved with the job yet for some reason i'm being asked to sign a document stating that we won't tell anyone about the issues we experienced. This was never agreed upon and we don't like the implication that we are receiving a "discount" of $1,000 if we don't tell anyone about our experience. Frankly, it looks like you're trying to pay us 1k to not tell the truth and it's a bad look on your company. We are paying our monthly payments in full and will have the project completely paid off on the agreed upon terms. Please stop reaching out to us and reminding us of how terrible our experience has been with your company. We want to put this whole thing behind us and do the right thing. We ask that you respect our wishes to leave our family alone as we are done with your company.”A few minutes later, I received a call from another employee at Inner City Skyline demanding I sign the document or the $1,000 “discount” we were given would be taken back. I told him to send us the bill because we weren’t going to sign the document.My advice, don’t hire this company. It’s not worth putting your family at risk and dealing with a completely unprofessional business like Inner City Skyline.

Getting the roof replaced on my 50 year old historic house was a breeze thanks to David and everyone at Inner City Skyline. They handled everything from permits to financing to final inspection and clean up. They didn't start when they planned...they started 2 weeks early! And they were finished in no time. David was always available for questions and concerns, and he and his staff treated me and my house with respect. Their knowledge and advice were greatly appreciated, and the quality of their work and their pricing cannot be beat. I would like to thank these guys and especially the team for the amazing work they have provided remodeling my bathroom. My house needs a complete renovation and I decided to start with the bathroom. I met with one of the guys and after we went over the details of what needed to be done. He gave me fresh design ideas about what could be done. They did a phenomenal job from start to finish! They gave us feedback and design ideas to help us throughout our complete Master Bath remodel which made everything run smoother once we got going. Everyone showed up on time every day and left the area clean for us to continue our daily lives when we returned home every night. David and Jhon were excellent to work with on all the details and selections of our projects. They offered options and suggestions to get the desired final product, quickly responded to questions and were great at providing updates as the projects progressed. David and his crew were here on time every day and worked in some nasty weather to get the siding up. It looks wonderful. Jhon did a makeover on our deck. They had to pound the ice off the old deck so they could remove it. The new deck is a huge improvement. Everyone was friendly, professional and easy to approach with any questions or concerns. I would gladly hire them again.

We recently purchased a home with an outdated bathroom. Everything was old and dirty. We started interviewing contractors for a budget bathroom redesign and remodeling. We found most contractors are outrages in pricing. Inner City Skyline Inc was different. Provided details in materials and showed us the reason why things are at the prices they are. My bathroom was a mess. I tried a handyman that left middle of the job. I found Inner City Skyline on google and decided to get a quote for my home in Huntington Beach. John arrived early to our appointment, and quickly saw the areas that needed immediate attention. After going over the price, we got a few other estimates. John did an amazing job with the initial estimate and felt most comfortable with him. We asked him to come back and begin.John arrived shortly after with his crew and began removing the tiles, toilet and vanity. The crew began working while he and I began shopping for new materials. He helped me make good choices by going over which product was better and why. After the project was completed, I knew i made the right decision in hiring John. Thank you!

This is a very good company. Any type of remodeling you need landscapeing solo panels or what ever else you may need they can handle the job. There prices are amazing and affordable. There sales people had an answer for every question i had and were very knowledgeable. I recommend this company to everyone looking to upgrade or make changes to there home. It's very hard to find honest people these days but i have the up most trust and faith in this company. Try them out before going any where else you will be very pleased and happy with the outcome.

I had Inner City Skyline landscape my yard. I worked with Sam on my project, and am not only pleased with the experience, but also the work itself! Sam provided excellent service throughout the job, as he was there to guide me through each step of work. I didn't have to do anything other than say what I wanted, and Sam made it happen. Overall a great experience, and I would 100% call Inner City again.

Had an appointment with this company, they called to confirm. I called back 20 minutes later and was told they completed their schedule and could no longer accommodate me. That it was too late. With that being said i did argue about the timeframe of my return call then asked to speak to the owner. I was then told they would accommodate me later in the day as they had inspections. I basically informed him we are in construction and know how inspections work.My knowledge of this company is that they do not keep appointments set by their people. They lie as to why. If they had been honest and because we are owners of a construction company we probably would have worked with them. But since they lie I would not recommend them.

The project consisted of demo (removing existing garden tub and old shower stall, toilet and vanity. Inner City Skyline than installed a larger walk-in shower with new custom tiling and fixtures, new toilet, new vanity with quartz countertop and sink… they did it all super professional and the outcome is breathtaking!

My kitchen cabinets were falling apart and wanted to redo it but just the cabinet surface. We had a few contractors come out, but Inner City Skyline actually quoted us and was within our budget. We had Rony redo the cabinet from coco color to dark blue with gold handles. Looked elegant and project came out exactly as i hoped. Thank you Rony and your crew! Amazing work.

I am very pleased with the work David C did on my kitchen cabinets. We had tbe kitchen cabinets refinished, and David made them look as new.As a second project, we had inner city skyline replace windows at the second floor. I would definitely use them again.

They removed asbestos from my parents a.c. vents and replaced the vents. They made them sign an arbitration contract. When they reinstalled the new vents they didn't properly seal them. The vents they installed are the lowest quality. After less then two years, they have to be completely replaced due to rodents being able to enter the vents due to poor workmanship and lack of properly sealing the vents. When I contacted them I was told they did nothing wrong and that we needed to contact and exterminator. My parents had owned this house since 1970. Until these people worked on the house we had never had rodents in the vents. They wouldn't call me, sent me an email. When I sent one back requesting a phone call, it went unanswered. My father passed away in August my 72 year old mother has been sick, coughing, and once we quit using the air/heat it stopped. Now we are faced with paying another company to do the job correctly. Proceed with caution with this company.
