I personally was dealing with my insurance company, the wind damage was very noticeable and after weeks of fighting with them I had no luck. A friend referred me to Crown Cap Roofing I am extremely happy with outcome within a few weeks they got my insurance to approve a full roof replacement and my patio cover the best part was that it only cost me my deductible, they took care of the rest. From dropping off material, cleaning and replacing a full roof I was amazed that it only took the team 3 days to finish the job. One happy customer :)

I recently got my roof replaced completely with crow cap roofing and it was a long and somewhat stressful process but at the end I am very content with how it turned out. Mario and Maria were the ones who replaced the shingles and they did an amazing job on that and it took them 2 days for it to be done. Thank you for your help!!

I recently just got my roof replaced completely by Crown Cap Roofing. Charly came to my door to offer us this opportunity of replacing our roof through our insurance and we only paid the deductible. The staff as well as the rep was very informative and kept me up to date on all the process and procedures. Took some time but it was well worth it and I saved myself thousands of dollars on it. I highly recommend and appreciate Crown Cap Roofing. So happy with my new roof!

Extremely Disappointed with Crown Cap Roofing's Services! I had an absolutely terrible experience with Crown Cap Roofing and feel compelled to share my disappointment with others. From start to finish, their services were incredibly subpar, leaving me to deal with numerous inconveniences and unaddressed issues. First and foremost, the crew from Crown Cap Roofing displayed a complete lack of professionalism. Despite promises of a clean site, they left nails and screws scattered throughout my property. As a result, not only did I find myself constantly worried about the safety of my small children, but both of my vehicles suffered multiple flat tires. This negligence is completely unacceptable and put both my family and our belongings at risk. Piles of debris were left on numerous places of the property, I was told someone would come by and collect all the trash and debris that same day, I waited 3 days before I called Mario, the first thing he did was deny any responsibility to this matter but eventually had a hauling truck come by and collect the trash. Well it turns out the person driving the hauling truck hit one of my neighbors car and said nothing, eventually we found out through surveillance videos. Furthermore, one would expect a roofing company to be competent in dealing with inclement weather. However, when it rained, water seeped into my house, causing considerable damage. Crown Cap Roofing also managed to break my house's gutters in the process. They reassured me that the gutters would be promptly replaced, but they never followed through on their promise. This lack of accountability and failure to fulfill their commitments shows a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. To add insult to injury, the timeframe for completion of the job was outrageous. What should have been a simple roofing project turned into a never-ending nightmare that dragged on for over 8 months. Their inability to meet deadlines and deliver on their promises was utterly frustrating and demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism and organization. In summary, my experience with Crown Cap Roofing was nothing short of a disaster. Not only did they leave dangerous debris all over my property, leading to multiple flat tires, but they also failed to address the water damage and broken gutters, despite making assurances otherwise. Their disregard for customer satisfaction and failure to meet timelines were simply unacceptable. I would strongly advise against hiring Crown Cap Roofing for any roofing needs, as they have proven themselves to be unreliable and unprofessional.

I had the privilege to have Crown Cap Roofing replace my roof through my insurance. They did a great job and the process was somewhat stressful just because it took long then expected but it was worth it. All of the crew from office and labor were very friendly. Definitely recommend them for your roof needs. No more leaks for us.

Was in need of a new roof and I saw my neighbor getting her roof replaced by Crown Cap Roofing so I asked her for the info. By far the best decision, I wasn't aware that I was able to get my whole roof replaced by the insurance. The process went smothly and Crown Cap Roofing practically did all the work for me since they deal with everything and I only paid the deductible. Thank you to Oscar and Joann for knocking on my door a few months ago regarding my roof. Their information and knowledge made me take the decision, for them to represent me with my insurance. Never even imagined that I would be able to get my roof replaced through my insurance. Helped fight with the insurance bcuz they only wanted to pay a portion of it and with the help of Crown Cap Roofing I got it replaced completely. Patience is not my strong but they helped me understand the process and know that with patience it will be worth it. This company was on top of things since day one, def recommend them. I had no idea that I could replace it through my insurance, I only had to pay the deductible and in a few months it was fully replaced. At first I was skeptical about it and was actually saving money to pay for it on my own but then this company came to my door and informed me about it and helped with the process. The insurance only wanted to pay 70% of the repairs but Crown Cap Roofing helped fight with the insurance and they ended up paying for the complete replacement. I actually recommend several people that also weren’t aware of the help we offer and they also already got a new roof thanks to you guys. I will continue recommending their services. Want to thank Crown Cap Roofing for helping me with my roof. I was frustrated because I had leaks from my roof and a family member recommended you guys to help me out. It all went through my house insurance and I only paid the deductible. It took longer than expected and had some issues and several questions. Went back and forth with rep, office girls and a few other people regarding the whole process. But at the end of the ups and downs I finally got my whole roof replaced and regardless of the obstacles I was satisfied with the results. Definitely worth the frustration and slow process. Everything went through my insurance and I only paid the deductible. Once the process went through my roof was replaced within 2 days. I had a very good experience and I highly recommend this company with any of your roof damage. They even made sure that I had the exact color that I wanted.
