I had such a great experience working with Neev and Mai on remodeling 3 bathrooms at my townhouse. They are truly wonderful to work with, very communicative, and open to suggestions, while also pushing their opinions when they feel strongly (and were always right when they did). They also generally stuck to the initial timeline they gave me which is a true rarity in this industry. We hired Oasis Builders to build a front yard fence and a deck railing for our backyard. Neev was amazing in communicating and coordinating with different installation teams. I hired Oasis Builders, Inc. to remodel my one and a half bathroom for me. As part of this remodel, we have designed removing the existing tub inside the bathroom and replacing it with an ADA compliant roll-in shower. We have selected to hire Oasis Builders after meeting with Neev. We felt like we would be able to work with him and that he would listen to us. Neev was always ready to listen, answer questions, and explain ideas. Workers were on time, clean and had someone who speaks English. That to me was very important! When there was a rare delay, I was notified of when to expect people. The project was always supervised -- on one specific day, a supervisor even came 4 x different times during the day to make sure that the technical items were going as planned. The time and budget estimation for the project were good. A resounding yes, I would use Oasis Builders, Inc. again!

Our kitchen remodel went smoothly thanks to Neev and the rest of the Oasis Builders team! We had a small to mid-size kitchen that was 30 years old and in need of an update. I scanned Yelp reviews and came across Oasis Builders and some others. Neev was the first we interviewed and it felt like a good fit from the start. He is personable, reasonable, detailed, and sets well-grounded expectations. Neev is a great project manager and communicator! He was always available and made sure we always knew what to expect.Oasis Builders provides you with a shopping list for kitchen remodels that includes all appliances, tile, and items like the sink, faucet, etc., so you do have some homework. But if you stick with Neev's timeline, you can still have your remodel done and ready-to-use within the projected timeframe despite the pandemic and supply chain woes.As with any good contractor, he recommended various vendors. All the ones that we interacted with were professional and easy to work with.The workmanship was great and I can't say enough nice things about the tile guy. Each crew Neev sent to our home was courteous and explained the work they completed.We love our new kitchen and it's my new favorite room in the house! I even enjoy washing the dishes and unloading the dishwasher. I’m not one to typically post a review but after our recent experience with Oasis Builders and specifically our project manager, Neev Kugel, I felt obliged to comment on their phenomenal work. We contracted Oasis Builders to remodel our Kitchen, Bathroom, and replace the floors throughout the house and I could not be happier!The entire process from beginning to end was a breeze. From our first meeting, Neev explained everything to us in detail and made sure we understood every aspect of our project. Neev was very big on communication, he always clearly outlined the next steps so we knew what to expect. This made the process much smoother and reduced the typical frustration that can come with remodels because we always knew the status of the work.Neev went above and beyond to make sure we were constantly happy throughout every step of the project. If we had a question, Neev had an answer. It didn’t seem to matter the time, we could always get a hold of Neev when we needed him.The crew of artisans Neev brought in to do the work was amazing. From the demolition crew to the tile guys, they were all professional and clean. They arrived on time and were courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the results and had us view everything as it was completed to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you guys for your awesome work! I was very stressed over starting a renovation in my home. I needed a lot of work in my kitchen and bathroom. I reviewed 8 teams before I found Oasis and none of them provided clear information and had patience to walk me through the process of how things were getting done and I almost did not want to proceed.My neighbor recommended to check these guys out because I loved what they did to her bathroom. I hired Oasis Builders to redo a Kitchen and Bathroom and everything went as smoothly as possible. The company finished the project before the agreed deadline and there were NO CHANGE ORDERS!!! Having never done any construction or renovations of any kind, the whole process of renovating a new kitchen was so daunting to think about, but from the moment we first met Neev, we were put at ease and we knew he was the one! Neev was the first contractor we met with when shopping out contractors, but we did our due diligence to meet with at least 5 more. He set the bar so high on our first meeting that no one else even came close!He was so personable and super professional, understood our vision while also offering such great insight on the project as a whole. Every step of the way he was right there with us, incredibly patient and making sure everything was going to plan. We asked a million questions throughout the whole process, changed our minds, added in new work and through out it all he never batted an eye - always positive he could it make it work and he absolutely did! My wife and I recently purchased our second home and decided it would be a good idea to remodel it before moving in. Having gone through a really bad remodeling experience on our first home, we were very hesitant about moving forward with anyone on this project but knew the decision had to be made. After interviewing about 4-5 contractors, we narrowed it down to two finalists and decided to hire Neev and Oasis Builders to redo our new home.The project was quite extensive as we were looking to completely redo our Kitchen and three bathrooms throughout the house.From the get-go, there was something about Neev’s laid-back approach which really spoke to us. Neev was very knowledgeable, extremely patient and very clear about his work process which made us feel very comfortable with him. After meeting him for the second time, we decided to hire him and at this point I can honestly say that it was probably the best decision we could have made!This remodel corrected our previous experience and was quite fun to go through. Everything just flowed so naturally. Neev guided us on where to get our materials (which we got at a significant discount using his accounts), he kept us updated on a weekly basis regarding the schedule and progress, and the quality is just top notch!The two things that impressed me the most on this remodel were that Neev told us that the project would take 3 months to complete. He was done in 2.5.The second thing was that Neev stuck and stayed true to his price. Neev (the owner) responded within an hour and after a general discussion of our needs, an appointment was scheduled.When we met Neev we liked him immediately. We soon knew that we had our contractor. My family and I recently moved to LA without knowing any local contractors let alone trusting them to do what we have in mind. eev and his crews did a complete master bathroom remodel for me.The crews showed up on Theytime everyday, cleaned up the works space everyday before going home. They tore down walls, built new ones, re-worked the closet, redone electrical and plumbing, removed windows and put in glass block, removed the old tub & shower and built a new large one. I knew how I wanted my bathroom to turn out and Neev did it just the way I wanted, better than I imagined! Thank you very much i love my new master bathroom!!!
