I’d like to take the time to thank Teddy and his team for making what was a very difficult, stressful and financially difficult time so much more manageable and frankly pleasurable. He and his team were flexible with the schedule, and were able to offer us a reasonable remedy to our flood damage. They updated us every step of the way with daily updates and photographs until the project was completed as scheduled and on time. We contacted Restorerz on the recommendation of the plumber who did emergency repairs to fix a burst pipe in our kitchen. Nick K, their project manager, arrived about 9pm that evening and did a complete evaluation on the extent of the water damage and we set up a schedule for the removal / storage of our furniture and possessions that were impacted and the mitigation of the damage. The teams from Restorez for the packing, demo, and mitigation were very professional, thorough, and hard working. The packing was superb - a lot of detail given to ensure our possessions were well protected. The demo and mitigation was equally very well done. Once our insurance carrier’s contractor completed the rebuild, we contacted Restorerz to schedule the return of our items from their storage. Working with Jenny, the claims consultant, we were able to get our items delivered on the schedule we needed. Jenny is as professional and customer focused as the rest of the Restorerz team. I highly recommended Restorerz as a vendor of emergency services for water, fire, and mold issues. They offer a great value and experience to help one deal with an emergency.

Thank you Restorer for the outstanding service provided by your team. I had a broken drain pipe under the house and has damaged the crawl space. Restorerz was recommended by my plumbing company and I was very satisfied with the prompt and efficient service the company provided. Nick came immediately, assess the damage, provided estimate and options on how to fix the problem asap to prevent further damage to the structure. Nick is amazing, very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me. He explained everything, the pros & cons, how the process works, answered all my questions and helped me file my claim with the insurance. Nick is really nice, reliable and responsive. Experience started with Nick who took over the situation at my home shortly after my one level home flooded with Level 3 sewer water. I’m an attorney and he explained all of the pertinent issues clearly along with options. He was all over this like he was helping his father. He provided excellent advice regarding the issues, and he acted with immediacy but calm in directing clean up and demolition. His crew arrived timely and they were guided by Simon. What can I say about Simon other than he deserves 5 Stars - I couldn’t have been more pleased with his professionalism, intelligence and skill, and especially his knowledge of related issues and common sense. He didn’t miss a thing, and he treated my home like it was his own. He and his crew were all meticulous and careful handling our personal items and their work, from beginning to end. Like Nick, super smart guy and kind!

The best team to finish the job. I dealt with them directly after my daycare building flooded last month. Although it was quite disappointing, their handling of it was excellent. They communicate with the insurance company directly and respond to your concerns promptly. Recommend them in case of an emergency!

We had a water leak and called Restorerz. They were at our home in less than hour to assess the situation and then stabilized it. Their team came out to remediate the damage and were very professional and respectful of our home. The guys treated it like their own. The remediation process was done with little disruption to our home. We had issues with our insurance company who didn’t want to pay Restorerz full invoice and they were so helpful to educate the insurance company as to why they performed the work that was necessary. After some back and forth the insurance company paid the invoice in full. They went the extra mile to help us. I would not hesitate to call Restorerz again if emergency services were needed. They were fantastic from beginning to end.

We had a leak from our kitchen window when it would rain. Restorerz was referred to us and I made an appointment. Javier came out and checked everything out. The problem was our wood beams needed to be resealed with some putty. Also, Javier (with his magic camera) showed us where there was water coming in and that our entire dry wall by the window was moldy and needed to be replaced. It was good that he detected it early. Strongly recommend!!

We had a 5am flooding incident on a Sunday morning due to heavy rains and our dump pump giving up. I started calling several companies at 6am and left messages. Restorerz called us right back and his crew was there an hour later. They work 24/7! For follow up checks while the fans did the drying, Restorerz always called ahead, was always on time and most professional.

I had mold jn my restroom at my apartment. I told the apartment manager about it and she told me to clean it myself with Clorox. They were fast and were able to come to my apartment the next day to take care of the problem. The techs worked in a professional way and took care of my restroom. But now that we need them to send information to our insurance company they are completely unresponsive. I’m writing a review for Restorerz, particularly for Anzhela who has been supporting me during a stressful time.My house had water damage and Mercury Insurance denied the claim. As a single mother who is also a disabled out-of-state landlord trying to manage the property myself, this has been a particularly trying time.I emailed/talked to Anzhela multiple times. She tried to stand up to the insurance company, but they were firm in denying my claim. Although I wanted to appeal the denial, she encouraged me to not to as multiple other claims were also denied and decisions weren’t being reversed.To help me financially, she reduced my payment to almost 60% of the original fee. This has helped me not only financially, but stresswise, as appealing the claim could drag on indefinitely. I’m grateful for her compassion.All-in-all, I would encourage anyone to work with Restorerz. They really do want to help you in all ways.
