I reached out to Vargas Company about a task I needed fixing on a renovation we'd done, where a slab leak had occurred. I provided some photos and one of their plumbers, Jay, got in touch with me to discuss what I needed. I let him know that I could handle the demolition (jack-hammering) and just needed him for the plumbing repair. He agreed to cooperate with us on that basis and it actually helped him as he had a full schedule. Jay arrived as planned and did a fantastic job. It's clear he has solid technical skills. Jay was friendly and truthful, just a genuinely good guy. I also had some interactions with someone in the office over the phone. She was equally pleasant to converse with. I haven't met the owners of Vargas Company, but you can tell a lot about a business's owners by the kind of employees they have - and in this case, I was thoroughly impressed with everyone I interacted with. I will definitely be contacting Vargas Company for more work in the future. Highly recommended!

Austin and his brother did a great work replacing the main stack and several other old pipes and drains in my 1959 house, one of which was behind a wall in the guest bathroom. Austin was able to cut open the wall in a such a way that all the seams were hidden behind the vanity and toilet once fixed, so nothing was noticeable. They were and worked hard to provide the best experience possible. They also wore masks and foot protection in the house, which is appreciated. Austin provided a thorough explanation of that was done and had a very fair price! I would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

The work was good from the beginning. I liked that they text a picture and a short bio of the repairman that would be coming to my house. They are responsive and show up on time. Maverick was awesome! He was very professional and went above and beyond what was needed of him. He took his time and really did the project well and then some. Riley and Ruben arrived out to our home to give a quote for a new work drop and new meter panel install. Riley was knowledgeable and patient, and made sure to solution all of our questions. He even provided us with a detailed quote before they left. Riley and Ruben were professional, and it’s easy to tell that they know what they’re doing. from calling to get a work appointment to the actual job was all 5 star! They allow you to go about your day and give you a 30 minute window in their arrival. I had my water shut valve replaced to my home and my toilet valve replaced as well. Mason was my work man and he was outstanding. Professional and knowledgeable! Kurt Billemeyer and the McHale work line team were phenomenal! Within 15 minutes of our call at 940 on a Saturday we had Kurt at our building with a replacement garbage disposal (he actually had 2 on his truck and we were able to upgrade from 1/2 to 3/4 ). He completed the replacement within an hour! It looks awesome and he was thoughtful and professional. happy with the results.

Todd, Evan and Louis did an excellent job replacing our old, leaking water heater in the basement. Evan was extremely prompt in responding, provided a quote swiftly, and ensured the new water heater was installed the very next day in Los Angeles, so we didn't have to go without hot water for too long. They were quick, proficient, and exhibited great professionalism. I would certainly suggest their plumbing services.
