IGreen Builders is a great company to work with. We build a 1,600 sq ft addition with alteration to the existing layout. Me and my wife were very hesitant to move forward with the addition we wanted to do at first, but we are so glad that we did, thanks to Igreen Builders. We couldn’t wish for a better experience. Ron and his team were so helpful with the design phase and in explaining every step which made us very comfortable in moving forward with them; they were very transparent and honest in every way. We are so grateful for the exceptional service and end results IGreen and team performed. We are so happy! They stayed on budget and more importantly finished on time as promised. Ron was our project manager and was very commutative on a daily bases on the work progress and weekly activities. We appreciated that very much. We are definitely recommending IGreen to all our friends and community!

Absolutely thrilled with my master bathroom remodel. The team's work was top-notch and they kept me in the loop throughout the process. We also removed a wall to increase the space. IGreen helped me with the design and permit process. Their communication was excellent, and the end result was simply fantastic. I was very impressed with the customer service. They went out of their way to answer my questions and offer guidance. The installers did a fantastic job, and we are very happy with the work. Especially the tile workers. Highly recommend!

We couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience with Ron and Tony at IGreen Builders. We purchased a fixer-upper several years ago on our dream property and were looking for a contractor to help us tell a story and create a beautiful and functional remodel that would fit within our budget. The house had potential but lacked some character and functionality. After meeting with several contractors and not being able to come up with a design we loved, we were at a standstill. After meeting with Ron we were blown away by their creative vision for design options and computer graphic presentation. From start to finish, this was an amazing experience. They delivered everything they said they would and more. They were honest, kind, and respectful. It was clear that they care deeply about their craftsmanship and every single detail that goes into a project. We loved how they involved us in the whole process. There's a reason this contractor has all 5-star reviews. I have worked with a number of contractors over the years, on 12 different projects, involving 4 commercial buildings (1 ground up construction, 3 tenant improvement remodels) and 5 home remodels including one major bump out. The most recent project in April/May 2023 involved a remodel of a bathroom and kitchen in a condo in San Francisco. RON KNOT, the general contractor of iGreen Builders, IS THE BEST CONTRACTOR I HAVE WORKED WITH in the 30 years I've been doing this. His communication by phone, text, email, and WhatsApp is exceptional. He had a very clear contract (very fair). Ron pulled all permits, insured that his workers arrived on time every day and that everything was done to specifications, made sure all inspections were scheduled in a timely way and all happened on time (passed each one), and wrapped up the project by handling our very short punch list. Occasional change orders on my part were handled efficiently. He estimated the job would take 5-7 weeks, and he finished in 5-1/2. Like he said: "I'll be outta your hair before you know it." True. The Project Manager Liron kept me informed of the daily/weekly work schedule, the Designer Jennifer gave me her recommendations when asked, and minor warranty issues were addressed quickly. The trades people used were competent, friendly and courteous. I have done work throughout my house including removing load barring walls between dining room and kitchen.I cannot recommend IGreen Builders highly enough. Working with Liron and his crew was a great experience and exceeded a 5 star experience. Throughout the bid process, Liron was thorough, accommodating, competitive and upfront on all costs and services that were required to replace our roof and remodeled our kitchen. We received a written bid that defined and covered every detail of the job. His crews were cordial, courteous, punctual, efficient, knowledgable, and professional. The site was cleaned at the end of each day as promised leaving the job site neat and uncluttered. There was continuous communication between Liron and his crew to make sure all was completed as promised--a high quality job done by craftsmen.
