I was searching for tools for the car and last trip wasn’t ideal but obviously this time it’s been restocked and was able to find everything I needed. Exploring this time for a couple of options like blinds for the gazibo, mowing tools and grills and a few other.Surprised that there are so many things you can do with your home. Before buying the ready made things, we all should come to Home Depot no matter what you are planning to do with your home.Only thing is the price which you can compare online and maybe wait for the thanksgiving time or holiday deals.

Ordered 110 concrete bricks online for curbside pick up. The process was easy. Made things so much better than trying to search in store. It would have taken a lot of effort trying to load it to a cart and then to my truck. Thankfully, the staff there responded quickly to my notification that I was there to pick up and loaded my truck fast. Everyone should be using this option!

We went to this Home Depot this morning to buy a solid mesh for my bird cage. Miguel who works around aisle 28 helped us get the exact mesh we wanted. He is extremely professional, answers all our questions, and gives us his professional advice. He also goes above and beyond by helping us cutting a small piece off and rolling the rest into a bundle for easy carrying. This young guy exemplifies the best sales associate, and is the future of Home Depot. Thank you Miguel, and keep up the good work!

I love going to Home Depot, so that's always a plus! This location is well laid out, with staff that really pay attention to the customers' needs in general, so that's nice. It offers anything you could want for home repairs or remodels, so it's a one-stop shop for anyone looking to do any remodelling. I like the paint section. I just wish that they still sold Shellac in a can, but at least they have plenty of other stains to choose from.

Don't come here if you need anything that is locked up or expecting good customer service. Waited 15min for someone to come open up the cabinet. On his way to the aisle 19 I was in, he stopped off to put away loose items knowing there customers waiting. On top of that he helped the person that was in aisle 17 because that customer was closer. That person came 10min after me! When I came to see if he could open the cabinet he said he needed to do a price adjustment. Unbelievable. Wasn't going to wait another 15min for service

This is a great store, but as with all Home Depots you have to understand how to use and work within the system. patience is the order of the day especially when they get busy, most of their staff were helpful and Care, some of them are even experts in the Departments that they're in. this store is one of the biggest stores that I've seen complete with a large rental area great selection of materials and a huge Garden area. they've got lots of pro parking although parking for non Pro customers can sometimes be very difficult when the Great Mall is in full swing.

One of the busiest Home Depot I ever been into. Shopped here for ages, you can find almost building related products from the roof to the basement, from the low end, low budget to high ( not really high, high, high) end of everything!One problem that I always have is hard to find staffs to ask questions. They are allusive, specially on the weekdays, weekends maybe little better! But the parking over the weekend at the Great Mall can be an issue too.The professional check out line can be a long wait in the weekdays morning because all the contractors are here to pick their supplies for the day!

The nursery plants and trees section in Home Depot is really good. They are well maintained and have various options to choose from.Perfect gifts for Mother's day. Who would not like a pot of plant as a gift? A nice thought

I've been a Milpitas resident for almost 6yrs. I like the fact that I can find most of what I need on a single visit here but unfortunately I do have a hard time getting specialized guidance when I need to, specially on week nights or weekends, when the store is usually busier.Is staff expected to hear about our personal project needs and give recommendation, making sure we find what we need or is it a mix of some staff that are indeed expected to do it but others who are only working on re-shelving things? I ask because I had occasional luck with certain staff that I approached here over the years but most of the time I feel like I'm bugging their time, where they don't usually turn to listen to me or will to walk down the aisle a bit to guide me through where I need to go. Therefore the overall shopping experience can feel a bit frustrating, hence why I'm giving it 4 stars.

I shopped for item which was on sale just a day before. I asked the sale cashier Victoria and instead of helping and checking to see if the promotion was still active, she took that chance to persuade me to apply for a credit card to get $50 off lol. She was rude after I denied her offer. However, the guy in the customer service was very helpful when I needed to look for an item, hence the 3 stars.

Local hardware store. Will find most items in store for home improvements. It probably has some of the lowest prices compared to other stores. They should offer free wifi because there are dead internet cellphone signal zone by the register.

A complete store for your house related stuff. Whether it be plants, plumbing, appliances, lighting, remodeling, manufacturing, tools, truck rentals, etc... you can get everything from this location. They have great collection of indoor plants and they are better in price compared to other nurseries. They also have high quality, well built and decent price home and gardening tools. They staff members are knowledgeable but difficult to find given the store is huge. Check out is quick. They also have self check out counters. For online pick up orders they have lockers now. So no more wait in line. When your order is ready you will get a locker code. Just go to the locker area and enter the code. That's it. Parking gets difficult sometimes as its in the Great Mall area.

I had very frustrating service with purchasing and installing washer and dryer.The re-scheduled 4 times for the installation. 1st visit they mentioned stacking-kit is missing, 2nd time they missed 6-ft long hoses, 3rd time after installing washer wasn't working because water inlet wasn't fixed properly.After 1st visit, I asked them specifically check everything whatever is missing and install it in the 2nd visit. But it looks they care less about the customer service.Don't recomment thier installation service ever.

Went there to shop and everything that was worth more than 10 dollars is behind plastic or wire cages. I have no problem with this if there are workers around to help in a reasonable amount of time but there is not.My opinion is if you value your time and want service and better selection most of the time go to Lowe's.Lumber and plants is sort of a wash, there about the same in quality and ease to get to.

Very large store. Good place to buy home improvement items. You can definitely find any small to large items you are looking for. You can find any kind of tools. Sign boards are there so you can easily locate. Highly recommend.

The people that work there accuse people or assume customers are stealing . I have seen ot many times in there the all have attudes and act like they are rude to customers. I will not give them my business again

Absolute worst experience here. Self checkout associate just pushes work off to other associates.Manager called over doesn’t even know how to check if they have something in stock, then just stares at you like you’re speaking Greek instead of even TRYING to help.Associates leading me in a wild goose chase for items.EVERYTHING is locked up. If you ask for help, instead of someone helping they just complain and ask for someone else to help.No one helps, 45 minutes and no items bought. Waste of time.

They didn't have any of the items I wanted and the employees that I had came into contact with, with all due respect, English was not their first language, so they had a hard time understanding what I was asking for, not to mention, they didn't know where the items I was looking for were located. "Sorry I don't know" was the answer I got. I went to the paint department to look for Butyl tape and the guy, who spoke English, directed me to one of the lumber isles. Really? I will avoid going back to Home Depots in the future. They just don't have the knowledgeable employees that speak English. Made a simple trip complicated and frustrating.

Generally I don't have an issue using my military discount, but in this instance I started to do a pick up order then decided to come into the store and grab it myself. I scanned the military barcode and it doesn't discount the product that I already know qualifies for a discount because I have it in my cart for a store pickup. The associate didn't offer to adjust the price after showing her the price in my cart. Told her I would do a pickup order tomorrow and walked out but not sure if I will return because it's an inconvenience. The goal is to make money not let it walk out the door to your competitors. Have to be quick on your feet, I stood there while my phone was slowly loading to check the price difference and she stood and watched me.

Tried to buy some wood boards. It’s all a mess. Everything in the wrong place. Different sizes mixed. No problem. Let’s get a tape measure. Oh wait. They are now under lock. No problem, let’s ask for one. Nope. They won’t give it to you. Only to the cashier. What a terrible service.

This is the best Home Depot to stand around and wait to have a cage unlocked to get $15 item after asking multiple times for assistance. Surprisingly no one works in any of the aisles that people need assistance. Ordering from Amazon would have been faster.

Went to this location to rent a pick-up truck. The truck's condition is terrible with engine lights on and a dirty trunk. The gas level was at a quarter(will come back to this in a second) before I picked it up. Before I pick up the truck, I ask what does a 1/4 full gas tank translate to gallons? The staff there says I don't care, you have to fill it up to that level. Upon returning the vehicle, refilling the gas tank to 1/4 full is a difficult task. We actually refilled the gas tank three times but the gas meter didn't change at all. We ended up with considerably more than 1/4 of the gas tank. Then, we realized the meter might be broken. Because refilling the gas took more time, We ended up late for a few minutes. We asked the tool department staff nicely whether they can waive the extra 15 min charges because we were late for a reason. The response was he doesn't have the permission to waive it.Raised the issue to the store manager, whose name is Orion, and responded that he would be back to us in 5 mins. We didn’t mind waiting. We ended up waiting about an hour to speak to Orion. When he finally got there, Orion was extremely rude and inconsiderate of our time.Basically, he responded with "no one asks you to fill more gas". We showed him the receipt. We indeed pumped way more gas and we simply asked nicely to waive the extra 15 min charges because we spent a little more time in the gas station. He replied that "if you are able to do the math right, you shouldn't be filling that much gas". I raise the truck's engine light and driving this vehicle is not safe. He says "this is the best we can offer, you got whatever you paid for". It was clear to me he was either incompetent or acting in bad faith. It’s disappointing someone like this serving as a store manager in one of my favorite businesses. Probably Home Depot management tier should consider letting Orion go.

Went to this location to get a patio door installed. We were told that George, who was working at the desk, would be back in 5-10 mins since he was on lunch. We didn’t mind waiting. We ended up waiting over an hour to speak to George. When he finally got there, he was extremely rude and inconsiderate of our time. Terrible experience with George and was the only reason why we didn’t go through with our order.When we spoke to the manager about his behavior, Thomas basically gave a similar vibe that he didn’t really care that our time was wasted and we were talked to disrespectfully. Terrible experience with both George and the manager wasn’t empathetic at all.

3 stars for organization and cleanliness.... Get those newbies trained on customer service and basic construction, and maybe I won't have to stop at a bar before going - just so I don't lose my temper after spending 2 hours waiting for 2 guys to roll a piece of carpeting I just purchased.
