Please note, this location doesn't exist, so I am not sure why this is still listed on Google. In any case, even if it was, please do yourself a favor and stay away and go with one of the local companies.I got an expensive system years ago and everything worked great until last year, when my production went down. Recently an alert appeared on SunPower app, and I was directed bySunPower to have Semper Solaris come out and do on site repairs. That's where the trouble started. It has been 3 weeks, and I have not been able to talk to a live person in technical support. All tech support calls are routed to a call center farm and then nothing happens. E-mails are left unanswered. Absolutely awful customer service. Garrett L. replied to my Yelp review staying blah blah top notch experience bla blah, we will have the team member reach out blah blah, that was over a week ago, still nothing. A formal BBB complaint will follow, with likely a legal action. They don't stand behind their products and services. You are on your own if you need help. Just awful!

Had them come out to my property to look at leaks caused by therir system and to look at other leaks not caused by them for repair. The tech came out and looked at everything and said that they would call me back with their recommendations/quote for repairs. I have never heard back from them. Tried calling and emailing their customer service and get no response other than a run around.Businesses like this should just quit doing business if they cannot serve their customers.

From the beginning to the finished product, we were very satisfied with the education and process of Semper Solaris' solar product/installation. I am sure by doing it in the fall/winter, the process went much faster, but Semper did all the work... literally. Their building plans sailed trough the permit process and in two days my whole system was installed. For Southern California and the area's reputation of scammers and ripoffs in all retail categories, Semper Solaris is trustworthy and a real deal.

Terrible experience will not recommend to anyone. Project has taken almost a year and still not complete. Today my house has been without electricity for 4+ hours and Solar Semper technicians don’t know how to fix it …including blowing a fuse with smoke in my attic when trying to hook up Solar !!! Don’t use Semper Solaris !!!!!

There are many solar panel companies to choose from but we are glad we went with Semper Solaris. True professionals from the sales representative to the project managers and the installers made sure we were satisfied with the finished product. This was a really great experience having Semper Solaris once again thank you.

I had a wonderful experience with the good people at Semper Solaris. My daughter and her 2 kids moved back home with me and my electric bills went haywire. I tried to use the ceiling fans at night instead of the air conditioning but when it’s still 90 degrees at night it just blows hot air. Very uncomfortable especially upstairs where the bedrooms were located.My daughter was the one who told me about solar panels and I knew it was a possible solution. It ended up saving our family from possibly moving into an apartment because we couldn’t keep up with the increasing electricity rates. Thank you Semper Solaris for making it so easy to qualify for the loan and for lessening the stress on our shoulders. We are very happy customers.

Semper Solaris is a scam! They did a bait and switch on me!! I had solar panels installed before the heat wave began. The salesperson that arrived at my home informed me that I could do a lease which is what I wanted, since I am a Senior citizen and on a budget. I also mentioned to them I come from a military family that served this country as they support our troops! 🇺🇸🇺🇸 After giving them a review on Facebook ads- they took it down!!That’s why I am here... google your the best!!After months of fighting on the phone and even sending a fedex letter to the owner and CEO of the company I never even received a reply! Now imagine how I feel? Stuck with a bill for over $45,000 plus interest!! 🔥 Now today with this current economic breakdown they are refusing to switch to a lease like was discussed with the original sales person. It’s a disgrace, and as a senior I will never live long enough to pay off the 30 year loan! 💀 On top of all this they had many many issues with the installation of my panels. Internet connection issues, bad circuit boards etc etc.~ On a positive note I am happy not to have a huge electric bill. But I would rather pay my electric bill. I wish I would have had Renova install my solar as they are a reputable company! #renova #sempersolaris Run 🏃 as fast as you can!!!! Semper solar is horrific!!!

Just finished the process of getting solar on our home. From start to finish everything and everyone was prompt, polite and very professional. Jessica answered all of our questions and helped us decide if solar was the right decision for our situation. Her no pressure approach was greatly appreciated and in the end it was a no brainer for us. Once we made the decision everything was taken care of for us. Our installation went smoothly and we are very happy with the end result. 10/10 would recommend.
