We had a backed up drain and called this company to take care of our problem. Josue came out when he said he would. Tried to snake the drain but couldn't unclog the drain. Recommended we hydro jet the drain which he would have to come back the next morning. We received a call about an hour after he was suppose to arrive and said he wouldn't be back until the afternoon (No problem, not a big deal). In the afternoon, the hydro jetting would not work either. Gave us an estimate to cut through the concrete and repair the pipe. We paid for the service he had already provided and told him we would review his estimate. We called two days later (Friday) and said we were going to have him make the repairs. He said he was out of town and would be to the site at 9am on Monday. He never showed up on Monday and didn't answer his phone so we left a voicemail. Tuesday we still couldn't get a hold of him and left another message. Wednesday finally got a hold of Josue and he said he would be there at 9 am on Thursday to do the repair. Thursday, no call and no show. Called his number which isn't answered and now his voice mail is full. Friday morning, we call from a different number (must have been screening their calls) and we get Josue to answer. He tells us that he is not going to do the job and we have to find someone else. Beside wasting over a week and getting nothing accomplished. We now have to find another company and then pay them to diagnose the problem that we have already paid for. Thanks for horrible customer service. I would beware of this company.Service: Drain cleaning

The main trunk line of our home was blocked and our showers and toilets were not functional. Being a Sunday we panicked because due to health issues we needed a functioning shower and toilet. I called two reputable services in the area and one was overbooked and could not help, and other shared a time they would service us and after waiting 4 hours never showed up. At 6:00 PM we called Super Rooter and he arrived almost immediately and within an hour he fixed our issue. Jose was professional and very skilled. Made an appointment for eight this morning, and no one bothered to show. I've called the number multiple times, but no one ever answers or calls back. Why waste my time, don't make appointments if you aren't inclined to keep them. I wasted my time on your company, when I could have been selecting a company that understands courtesy and professionalism. They deserve 0 stars. Its amazing how businesses like this are allowed to run.

I was very happy with the service that I received from Jose. It was Friday before Labor Day weekend when I discovered that the hot water heater in my garage had leaked and there was standing water on the floor. There was carpeting on a third of the floor that was soaked through. He quoted me half the cost of what another company had quoted. I was able to buy the hot water heater from Home Depot on Friday night and Jose picked it up from there and brought it to my house Saturday morning. He not only replaced the old one but also helped me by removing the wet carpet from the garage. He really was like an angel. I really appreciated his work ethic, and was so grateful that he did not try to gouge me as the other company had tried to do. I recommend Super Rooter Plumbing to anyone looking for a good honest company.

They have done work for me in the past, no problem.Last week I spoke to them and they said they would be here on Sat 3/28, 9:30. No show, no call. I called three times that day, did not answer did not return any of my messages. Called three time today. No answer. did not return my calls. I know these days are trying but a phone call would be nice. Time to fine a different plumbing.

My tenant called to say she had water under all tiles in kitchen and had no idea where water was coming from. Contractor down the street came in and thought we had an underground pipe that most likely had broken. Called on Sat. night and reached Juan with Super Rooter. He said he would come out at 8 pm that night, but i didn't want to disturb tenants soi set it up for 10 am the next morning.Juan detected the problem was due to faulty leg on bottom of dishwasher which caused a hole on the hose. He went to Lowes (on Sunday AM) and picked up the correct hose. All was replaced for a minimal fee. I will definately use Jose again and so will my property manager. Good job Jose!

Not sure what's happening with them. I used them about a year ago and they were great. Called them this week on Monday and was told they could come on Wednesday at 8. On Wednesday I get a text asking if they could come at 8 on Thursday instead. I said fine and then on Thursday morning no call, text and no show. I'm very displeased that they made me lose my time waiting on them.

Shocked, outraged and appalled at the meanness and rudeness I experienced when I called them to report that their drivers drive distracted! (Phone being hand-held up to ear while driving!) The man I talked to acted like he didn't hear the complaint the first time and made me repeat the whole thing. Not cool. Then he said I was a LIAR when I told him that I never drive while on the phone! Unbelievable! This is how you will be treated. Accusing anyone of being a liar is serious, and The level of disrespect that it shows is off the chart!!
