Valley Patios did a great job of installing a pergola in the courtyard on our new house. They communicated well with us in explaining the benefits and limitations of having a pergola so that we could make an informed decision. We are delighted with the finished product - it provides a lot more protection for us when using the courtyard. We highly recommend Valley Patios.

Our experience was very positive. The workers were professional and efficient and did a beautiful job. At the end of our project we were very pleased with the outcome. When the installers finished, there were two areas of concern. Edward, the project manager came out and made it a priority to make corrections to our satisfaction. Just finished my patio cover and I'm very happy with it. Valley patio wasn't the lowest bidder but they had BEST reviews from people in my community (verano in cathedral City). Permitting through city slowed us down but valley patio did what they promised. Highly recommend their services and if I get another house 🏡 I'd use them again. Thanks guys 🤝

Tami is marvelous .. and so is our new patio cover! The company interfaced with our HOA (which had unreasonable requirements) and dealt on our behalf with our city, obtaining a building permit .. telling us not to remit payment until all city and HOA inspections were concluded. What could be more fair? Did I mention that Tami is marvelous?!

We have a home in Yucca Valley and we wanted to add a patio overhang. The only problem is that it is very difficult to find reliable and competent contractors. We worked with Valley Patios and was overwhelmed at how smooth the process was and how professional Andy's team is. Unfortunately, my alumawood panels had some patches where the paint didn't fully "take" and it was due to an error that falls on the manufacturer. Valley Patios didn't hesitate to re-order panels for us and had a crew come out and replace those without any pushback. I have completely renovated our home from top to bottom and Valley Patios is in my top two teams of people that we've worked with. The overhang is a showstopper and the highlight of our backyard.

Valley Patios was such a great experience.First of all the product is amazing and Valley Patios gets all the permits and works with you to optimize your space and city guidelines. Also built to last with all things being approved by city.Second of all and most important the Team was incredible. I had to communicate with them via email and phone due to I live in Canada. They built the Patio while I was away and kept me up to speed and even sent pictures of progress.I was looking at many options and I am so glad I went with them for the reasons of Peace of mind on price, build and service.

I purchased a patio from this company. Since them the patio has constantly leaked, causing damage to the lights and fans. The company has been out multiple times to fix issues but has yet to be able to stop the leaks. I contasted the company approximately a month ago, and the worker told me the electrical wiring would have to be rebuilt. Since then, I have not heard from the company. I called the company but no one answers the phone.

From beginning to end the whole experience was great! Very quick to respond when we requested an estimate. Measurements were done quickly and once the materials were in we were able to schedule right away. I had to have the old Atrium cover removed and the team that came out to do the work were very careful to make sure that our plants were not damaged. The team doing the building knew exactly what needed to be done and it looks better than we imagined it. It was a total pleasure working with Andy and Valley Patios.

As a VP of operations for a luxury apartment company I deal with projects and vendors all the time and extra critical of work quality and customer service. Andy and team have been superior to deal with and both of my patio covers look amazing (highly recommend you spend the extra money for fascia wrap) looks clean and upgraded. Since this is a vacation home I’m forced to manage some projects from afar but it’s been really easy with Valley. I spoke to other vendors before finding Valley and others appeared to be flakey, returned calls late and I worry about how they would fix issues or warranty down the line. I went with Valley and couldn’t be happier. They deserve this review and my time to do so.

Andy runs an amazing company. His people do great work and I am so happy to have found them (recommended by a friend). He did a patio cover for me 2 years ago and it has greatly increased our outdoor comfort and feels to have increased our "livable" space. About a month ago he did 2 patio covers for my parents and they turned out great! I can't wait to schedule my next project with his team. I am giving them a call now in hopes that they do fences and misting systems.

Valley Patio in the Coachella valley are amazing. Great Prices, great communication throughout the whole process, and ones the supplies arrived, installation was quick and it looks great. They even obtained the city permit and HOA approval as a part of the process. Would recommend them to anyone in need of getting a patio installed.
