Our basement flooded due to a problem with our sump pump. Allied responded timely, put the right equipment in for the right amount of time and helped to remove items that were water damaged beyond repair. I had the unfortunate experience of a punctured water pipe during our second shelter in place in CA. Allied was called and within a couple hours they began cleaning up residual water, setting up fans and dehumidifiers answering any questions along the way. I wish I could name them all, but Shaheen was our PM and you would be in good hands if you get him. Masks and gloves were worn at all times and they went the extra mile to test the house to ensure we were clear. They even referred me to a GC for the repairs.
