I have long been very impressed with Advanced Roof Design. Yvette, of the office staff is attentive and friendly, as are the coordinators Alberto and Axel, along with the project manager, Albert. Albert, especially is generous with his time and willing to answer many questions. All have a gentle sense of humor, so important in stressful situations.Highest praise as well for the guys who actually get up on the roof (often in the rain), diagnose the problem, and fix it. When there's an emergency, they show up in no time flat. Most important, they put you at ease right away. Among them are Eusebio and Miguel--chicos estupendos--who are professional yet good-humored. They have exactly the right touch for people anxious about roof problems!The strong point of Advanced Roof Design is certainly its expertise. But the human element is what makes this company special. They treat you like more than just a client or an account. I can't say enough good things about them. I fully beleave that this company has no idea what they are doing iam currently in the process of getting my roof done atan apartment complex and theytoreroof out before checking how mush water is in ceiling and have to replace everything in my master bedroom the neighbors daughter was home and worker fell through the ceiling where there is no water damage Pic attached and I caught workers starting at my15 year old inappropriately. Thank God I don't live in house and paying out of pocket and property owners are. Would not recommend a all.

Less than 2 years ago, Advanced Roof Design came out to do a residential roof repair for me. The exact same area began leaking again. When I called them, they said, "I don't know why we even did that project." What?!?? How about because that's what you do. It was followed up with "The work is no longer under warranty. Sorry."They don't stand behind their work. Terrible customer service. No compassion for the client.Why would I pay money to have a repair done that when it actually rains shows that it's not really repaired?!Will let everyone I come into contact with not to use this company.

I agree Jaime, some people don't know what they are talking about obviously. They must have their facts all backwards. I know Advanced roof design is the best, I have yet to see a more better group of people who take pride in their jobs
