Because the house was so neglected, the roof needed a lot of dry rot repair and new gutters in addition to a new roof. Rey Lopez and his crew were professional, quick, easy to work with, great communicators, and fairly priced! You can tell they take pride in their work. I had my home roof compromised.New era roofing replaced my whole roof, repaired all dry rot, put new gutters, vents and strengthened my roof by putting a layer of OSB over the plywood for logevity.They were great, friendly and provided expected quality end product. Most of all they gave me a month to pay for my balance due for extra work they did that was not in my budget. We had 11 bids to replace our 30 year old shake roof and Rey did the job for the estimate that was initially agreed on. No surprises, no new costs and they completed the job by Friday morning. Their work is excellent, professional and they cleaned up every day before they left. Rey went out of his way to find they right type/color of shingle to match our house. Amazing experience!! We called them after a big storm and a roof leak. They came out and assessed our roof and gave us a few options. We chose to get a new roof and it was fast and quick. After they were gone, they left no trace of even being at our house which was excellent. I’ve heard other places leave nails and materials around and that wasn’t ok with us since we have a small pup.

We noticed a leak by ways of yellow stains on our ceiling. We called one roofing company, they quoted $2700 for broken tiles, algae cleaning and a whole mess of other charges. Then we called New Era and they sent out someone within the hour and he said there were NO broken tiles, showed me pic/video proof and found the true cause of the leak (coming from our furnace). They were nice, courteous, polite and most importantly HONEST. I will call them for any and all of my roofing needs!Service: Roof inspection

I would give this roofer zero stars but it wouldn’t be posted. Typical roofers in this area. If you want a roof repair & maintenance vs full replacement they make promises, appointments, visual inspections and never hear from them again. Pretty stupid biz plan. When you do replace or upgrade to solar you won’t call them. Era never even gave a courtesy call to inform us they couldn’t make the appointment. These reviewers are shills!

How these guys repaired a roof damaged by a tree limb. It was done well but had a minor leak about a year later. They went out the next day and fixed it without any questions. Their estimates and work were very reasonable I would recommend them anytime.
