Great experience with 619 Roofing. We had a leak after all the heavy rains this winter. After getting 3 bids, we felt the most comfortable with Eric and his price was also the best. They got me scheduled quick and i picked a beautiful dimensional shingle roof. What can I say! This company is awesome! I had my fair share of some bad experiences in the roof replacement Department, but after coming across 619 roofing and Eric I definitely will never go with any other company but this one. Everything was great. I was able to get the replacement of my roof in a very timely manner along with being able to have contact at anytime. Eric kept me in the loop the entire time and did exactly what was talked about. Each time I had contact with the company it was very friendly and professional. Just wanted to take a moment and thank Eric and the 619 team for doing an excellent job replacing the roof on our newly purchased home. We had leak on the 2nd story that was coming into our office and Eric quickly came out to assess the problem, take photos and make recommendations for repairing vs. replacing the roof. We chose to replace the entire roof, as there were some other areas that needed work. We did our due diligence, attained 3 other estimates, and were happy when 619 came in with the best overall package (cost/ warranty/ clean license/ bonded & insured/ positive reviews/ etc.). His crew showed up on time daily, worked hard throughout and made sure to clean up at the end of the day. They were also very courteous and thoughtful of our coming and going during times they were working. I appreciated the progress photos that were submitted during the project, as we weren't about to climb the roof to see what had been done each day. Eric also made himself available for questions throughout via phone calls and text. Everything was stress-free and seamless, which was exactly what we were hoping for. Our roof started leaking overnight in the middle of some heavy rain storms in SD. I called 619 roofing the following day and they had someone out to my house to inspect the leak within 2 hours from the time I called. The technician (Eric L) was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He did a temporary patch of the leak and had a quote for the repair sent to me the same day. We had our repair completed about a week or so after Eric came out to our home. The technician who completed the repair was quick and very friendly.
