Amazing company from start to finish!! Gloria & Nick are so professional, honest and were readily available to me with anything I needed. The crew came out to do our roof and they all were very punctual, professional and gave me updates throughout the whole process. The clean up crew was amazing, no scraps left behind & Nick was always checking in with updates and any new developments. Gloria was so down to earth, very easy to talk to, and also was able to answer any questions I had. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!! I, 100% would recommend them to my friends & family! Great job to the Build Brothers Team!!!

I needed a “lift and reset” on my 33 year old roof. I called several roofing companies and most never called me back or failed to send me an estimate as promised. I was discouraged, thinking all roofing companies were too busy to even care about customer service. I was referred to Nick Romero at Build Brothers by a trusted friend of the family. I called Nick and he immediately went out to my house to get an idea what I needed. I told him my tenant found evidence that the roof was leaking. Not only did he find the leak, he immediately summoned a crew to temporarily tarp the roof to prevent further damage. Although he said they were booked a few weeks out, he would put me on the standby schedule in case of a cancellation. Within a couple weeks I received a phone call from Build Brothers stating they could start the next day. A couple days into the job I went by the house and spoke with the Foreman Jaime. He explained to me the process. He was very friendly, professional, and competent. I had a MINOR issue with billing and Ruth at the office fixed it immediately. I noticed she even sent me emails after normal business hours and on the weekend. Ruth is a very friendly and competent employee. As for the work itself, the crew did a great job. They left no materials or trash at the job site. I was even sent several pictures of the job as it progressed. I believe their price was competitive and I would highly recommend them. The owner even called me to follow-up. Great job Build Brothers. Your customer service and professionalism is an A+!!

My husband and I hired Ian and his team to re-do the roof on our old/fixer home and they did a fantastic job! From start to finish it took them 3 days and it made such a huge difference in the progres of our remodel! I also have to give Maritza a shout out because she was so wonderful and professional on every interaction we had on the phone to set up our service! Highly recommend build brothers to everyone! We will be hiring them for solar next!

We needed to replace our roof and wanted to add some additional solar in the process. I received quotes from several roofing companies including one from Build Brothers, who did my daughters roof and solar. Their quote fit our requirements of quality products and fair pricing. Irro Yrjola was the salesman who took our requests and put together the quote. Byron was the project manager, he kept us well informed of the schedule for the upcoming installation. The crew was friendly, quick, did excellent work, and cleaned the area completely. The project was done on schedule and within budget. The completed roof/solar installation looks terrific, the neighbors commented on it and have asked for a quote. The Solar was approved by SDG&E and is working as expected. Ian and is crew did a fantastic job on my roof. Their lead times were accurate. And when it came time for them to come do the work it only took them one day just as they had stated as well. They did a fantastic job on cleanup, as you almost can’t even tell they were ever here. The end result came out fantastic and we couldn’t be happier.

Build Brothers1) Repaired our relatively new roof, which was leaking after a hard rain in San Diego. The solar installer left gaps in the flashing where the water came in, but we were out of warranty. My wife called Build Brothers late Sunday, and I told her no one would pick up, but Gloria did! Build Brothers promptly pulled up the solar panels and fixed the roof before the next rain. I flew my drone up there, and wow, what a great job.2) Installed our last 16 out of 51 new windows. The previous installer had left us with greasy blinds, which they had ruined. We were left to cover most of the replacements. The Build Brother installers have a clean appearance and uniforms, and clearly knew what they were doing. And the windows cost less than those provided by the previous installer - for the same model windows!Gloria did a great job keeping track of progress and provided excellent customer service.Thanks!! We chose Build Brothers because they came highly recommended and were also certified to remove and reinstall our solar panels. They provided a video on the new roofing material, photos of the old roof and almost daily photo updates. We also received estimates on replacement wood costs and labor costs for additional work around one chimney.

In have known John for a little over 2 years and he has always been extremely helpful in clearing any doubts I had regarding the solar system for my house. My pursuit to have solar system on my house started with him before he joined Build Brothers, and during that time I called him several times to ask him about the pros and cons of various parts of the system. Never once did he make me feel uncomfortable about the many a times I had called him in the past to learn about various pieces involved in building the solar system. Build brothers did a great job installing our SunPower solar panels. From the moment we were introduced to them through Jimmy, we were impressed with the quality of their work and professionalism. Jimmy was super helpful and communicative throughout the whole process, and despite setbacks from record rainfall we got our panels installed before the NEM deadline. Jose and Christian did great work on the installation itself, and the entire roofing crew did a great job modifying the section of our roof where the panels were mounted by installing shingles, and later framing the panels with our concrete tiles. The end result looks great, and we look forward to many happy years of saving on our $DGE bill!Highly recommend Build Brothers for your solar, electrical or roofing job! They do it all well!

I needed urgent evaluation of a sudden opening on my roof that I could detect from the light coming in through the skylight. Gloria from Build Brothers took my call and upon realization that an opening in the roof spells disaster given the rains, she immediately arranged to have Kenny from her team come over to inspect. Overall I’m very satisfied with how my roof job turned out. Lots of wood rot damage was repaired at a fair price. Roof was started and completed in 5 days. Estimate was right on, satisfied with final clean up. Only negatives were the new trim boards weren’t consistent 1/2 are rough side facing out. Had to do some cleanup on the inside of my house from the wood repairs. Didn’t hear much from the estimator after contract was signed, no final walk through as advertised .I would highly recommend this company for roof installs.
