My roof was in. pretty bad shape from a prior repair from a a company that I now realize is incompetent . After working with John Lynn , all the various repairs , the many companies that we’ve gone thru for issues big and small - they all now seem subpar! John Linn will not just do a perfect job - but he will do it efficiently and within the time with no surprises or sudden extra cost.

I used Joe for my roof inspection for a house I am buying. He was quick to get to the residence even though roofers are incredibly busy after the rainy season, himself included! He was able to get a quote to me by next day. Will definitely be working with him again.

This contractor did the work on our new home. On inspection, problems were noted. This contractor did the work and provided and attestation as to the condition of the roof. 7 months later, tiles are falling off. We called him to see if there was a warranty for his work and to repair it since he was already familiar. Also wanted to discuss a quote for gutter installation. Left him a voicemail to that effect and he never replied. As a business owner, you should stand by your work and at least be responsive.

We initially called Linn Roofing a few years ago to fix some leaks in our roof. They came quickly and did a great job, saving us from sustaining extensive water damage. When the rainy season was over, we had them replace the rest of our roof, and we were very happy with their work. Thankfully, our roof has continued to be leak-free through the extremely rainy winter that we've had in 2019.

The best roofer In San Diego! I have seen his work over and over and every time, he does his best and makes sure the job is done past what it needs to be. I would recommend Joe Linn Roofing to anyone who is thinking about getting roof repairs or a whole new roof.

Had them out for a repair estimate. Told us they're not able to work on homes with a roof grade/pitch at our homes level (which is a 5 or 6). Did not perform the work. Seemed responsive by phone, but selective by project.
