First, the sales team and the quality of work was great. However, my issue is the lack of communication between the front office and the roofing team. There were days when I had no idea when someone was going to show up and the Resilient front office had no idea too. I would call the office and ask when of if someone is working on the roof today? And and every time I was put on hold and forgotten about. But, my number one issue with this company is being charged for a exust vent cap that the crew broke tearing of the old roof. That right thing to do would have been to notify the costume and to ask how they want to proceed. Nope, the didn't say anything and charged me $560 to replace it. When I called the office and inquired about the change order. Amber, not knowing how frustrated I was, laughed it off and said it was something they had to do. After a day or so, I was able to talk to someone else, the project manager or team leader? It's so unclear who is in charge. Anyway, he said he could cut the cost down a little. This issuse is still not resolved, and it is extremely frustrating that this company would charge their costumes for an item their team broke. Lastly, the crew left nails all over my driveway, walkway, and yard. I'm shocked that I don't have 10 flat tires by now and as I said the work is amazing. However, I don't like being charged for things the crew breaks.

I did my due diligence and went with Resilient because they seemed like the best fit for my needs. Not knowing a lot about the process of roofing work coupled with past bad experience with roofing, I became pretty nervous. They were patient with me and my questions and concerns. They did address my concerns as they arose, and communication was as good as one could expect from such a large group of people in motion with many jobs no doubt. All the workers were kind, respectful and diligent in the respective jobs. I greatly appreciate this and their ingenuity in addressing some of the wonky issues with my old house.

When it comes to Seth and the team at Resilient Roofing, I can’t say enough! It’s rare in this world of construction but I can say that they far exceeded every hope and expectation we had for our home.When we came to Resilient Roofing, a contractor had discovered some serious leaks in our roof, which resulted from a poor installation by the previous company. When he walked on our awning, it literally cracked through to the bottom and I was relieved he hadn’t fallen through! (You can see the pictures). We were dismayed to say the least, and looking at several different very expensive quotes.Not only did Resilient Roofing give us an incredible deal, but they surpassed all our hopes for the quality of work, as well as the kindness, and professionalism of their entire team. They finished the entire job in two days, and left not so much is a nail on our driveway. Pristine work (see pictures)!From now on, when anyone needs any roofing work done, I am going to strongly push them towards Seth, and his team at Resilient Roofing. This is why their ratings are so consistently high. And my wife and I are their biggest fans now!

Getting the inspection report was very time sensitive for us, but Amanda worked her magic to schedule us very quickly. Resilient Roofing did a partial Tile Lift and Paper Lay for us. Since we have not had a serious rain since job completion, we cannot comment on the quality of their work. The low grade we gave them is because of their inadequate customer service throughout the entire project.Although they were the highest bidder, we chose Resilient for three main reasons. They use a Peel and Stick Underlayment; their presentation was far above the other companies; they said they could finish by the end of the year.After we signed the contract in October, they told us that they would not start until February. Had they told us up front that February was our start date we would not have signed…and I bet they knew that.Except for bills and a couple of boilerplate emails, that was the last time we heard from them unless we initiated the communications. They provided no updates to our start date and did not start on the day promised, again without communicating to us that it had been changed.When they finally started, we were never contacted by our Project Manager (assuming we had a Project Manager) throughout the entire project, and no one on the crew spoke English.We understood that if they had to replace wood it would be an additional cost, but they never discussed the additional work with us, just sent us a $6,000+ bill. The crew damaged some of our wood during the old roof removal. Not sure if we paid for that repair…but again, I bet we did. (Less than a year ago we used a different company to repair a portion of our roof. Their bid took into account the age of the roof (based on replacing a percentage of the wood/tiles) and included painting the new wood. Resilient’s bid did not include any wood replacement or painting. We learned a hard lesson).We were expecting rain towards the end of the schedule, and they promised us that they would complete it before the rain came. They did not. We did not see any sense of urgency from our crew. One hour lunch, two fifteen-minute breaks, cleanup started at 3:30. My wife and I have often noticed other companies working past dark to beat the rain.We believe that a hallmark of customer service is when a company treats you like you are their only customer, no matter how busy they are. Our experience with Resilient Roofing was the total opposite. We just hope their workmanship does not match their customer service.

I'm amazed at the responsiveness of the Resilient Roofing team! Had to take a moment for a shout out. We need the gutters to be fixed/replaced, and were referred by Roy. The scheduler, Monique, was able to set us up with a home eval lightning quick! Alex, the roofing consultant, was so courteous and professional; he took the time to answer all our questions, and we are very pleased with the quote!!Wanted to be sure to update my review with how happy we are with our new gutters! Not only were their prices competitive but Brad and Clint were clear in explaining what would happen, they took good care of my property, they finished in great time, and they left my property in great shape. Jon came to my home to assess my roof's condition. Jon was very professional, polite, knowledgable, and a very likable young man. I really enjoyed the passion he has for the career that he is in. Jon made a video of everything he did on the roof and walked me through everything step by step. Jon said my roof was in excellent condition and I have some good years left in it due to the workmanship that was done back in 2005 when another company put on a 2nd layer of tiles on my roof. Our experience has been only okay. Jon provided a great quote with multiple options (even included a video and many picture evidence of the work needed to be done) so we happily moved forward with them. However, once we signed the quote we had to call a few times to confirm a time for work. Because of the rain, we called to confirm a time for the service (assuming it would be moved) and they told us we had the wrong date to start - which we definitely did not. The work was completed quickly and seems to have been done correctly through our recent storms. Afterwards, No one walked us through the work or asked for feedback. Instead we got an invoice to be paid in full immediately (which we did) only to discover our solar has not been reinstalled and the job is not complete. They were supposed to arrive yesterday to reinstall the solar and never showed up (again, I understand it’s raining but no one called us to reschedule or find a solution). I don’t think I’d recommend them to friends and family since we have fully paid but their job is not done still and our electricity bill is extremely high without solar. Also it’s difficult to get ahold of anyone…

Was first introduced to Resilient Roofing when they did my neighbors roof in the summer 2022. During the proces they were very respectful of our property and vehicles and their crew did a great job cleaning up. No nails anywhere to be found! Well it turns out that our roof needed replacing earlier this year, and Roy from Resilient Roofing encouraged me to give them a shot. After thinking about our options We eventually decided to go with a family friend to replace the roof instead bt resilient was very helpful as we were making our decision. Were very appreciative that there was not a pushy salesman. Very respectful and professional company!

Somehow, the glass on the sun roof of our condo was broken. I contacted Resilient roofing and they came out right away. Looked at the problem and took care of it fast and with a great price. She has been amazingly responsive and proactive in trying to get our rather complicated roofing project done.The WHOLE Resilient office, everyone we have been in touch with and worked with, has exhibited the highest level of professionalism, customer service and politeness. Truly a rare set of qualities and gifts in these days........ Heather especially has been on point and stayed on top of all of our needs and requests.I would highly recommend Resilient Roofing and Heather for all of your Roofing needs!Actually scheduled to start our Roofing November 13th. I will update this review after the project is done. But just wanted to get the word out there. I have been VERY impressed by the customer service so far.(Word to the wise: if you have Tesla solar panels and THEY will be the ones taking off your panels and putting them back on, make sure you arrange with them months in advance--)

Had a leak that we needed to fix. Heather came out and inspected for a good while. Climbed through the attic and determined that it was not in fact the roof that was leaking. Heather from Resilient Roofing initially inspected an area on our shingles roof that was leaking. She was very professional and took photos of what needed to be done. We ultimately took care of the roof repair for a reasonable fee. The day after the repair was completed, Seth Larson inspected the work and sent me photos of what exactly had been done during the process. The firm repaired and re-covered my roof ($13,000.-) in June 2023, less than 3 month ago. Last night (Saturday) during fairly light rain, it leaked in the same spot as before. I called their 7/24 emergency number, was told they „would leave a message“. 6 hours later, no response. More rain in the forecast ( hurricane Hillary). I am very angry!Update:response on Monday first thing. Man came to inspect - found the leak and repaired 2 days later. Many apologies, offer to pay for any wood rot if needed. Eric also answered all of our questions promptly.I was very impressed with Ashley. Had rain gutters installed and I am very pleased with the whole experience. From the inquiry to the finished product the process was effortless. Communication with the office was professional and courteous with a cheerful attitude. Installers were professional and courteous answering all my questions and always cleaning up at the end of the day in preparation for the next day. Resilient was a great company to work with from the beginning to the end of the project. Their salesman was very professional and thorough and the quote was well put together. Their roofing team worked hard through the hottest part of the year redoing our 30 year old tile roof and working to meet all of our requests. Resilient really impressed me many months after the job was complete when I reached out to them for some tile repair work due to some damage that our pergola company did during install of a new pergola.
