Also, the work was completed within the same week that I requested. Mac was accessible anytime day or evening if I had any questions. I had a very positive experience from start to finish with Sucro. My garage floor needed to be stripped and retreated, the existing sealant/paint had not been applied correctly and was peeling in multiple places. I would recommend their service. Here are some of the aspects that impacted my point of view:- an estimate appointment was scheduled quickly and easily. The scheduling process is very professional, highly communicative, personalized and provides multiple reminders for the actual appointment.-Mac, my contact and estimator, reviewed the work that needed to be done, gave me options, was very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. When I asked a question, I knew the company would get back to me in a timely manner.-James, the actual painter, was friendly, conscientious and thorough. Our two-story, New England salt box style house near the beach was in need of a fresh paint job, and it also had numerous areas of wood decay. We solicited bids from more than five contractors. We met with Mac, the affable and knowledgeable operations manager, who was the sales and estimate interface for Sucro. Sucro Painting submitted by far the most professional proposal. A photo for every area that required repair was submitted along with a detailed description of the work to be performed. Their estimate was a bit more expensive than the others but, in hindsight, they were the ideal company for our job - the owner has both painting and remodeling companies so he was able to draw upon quality resources across both companies quite efficiently. In addition, they were flexible about changing the project scope if/as additional areas were found in need of repair. We were particularly impressed with the finish carpenter who repaired, replaced or rebuilt architectural details including matching current fretwork.

I was very pleased with the work done by Sucro Painting Contractors on the exterior of my house just before Thanksgiving. I worked mostly with Mac who estimated the job and Luis who did most of the work. Both of them were very helpful and easy to work with. The paint looks beautiful, and any questions or problems were handled promptly. Everything was left neat and clean. As part of the job, they dismantled a beam which had been left in after the removal of a patio cover many years ago. In order to dismantle it, they had to break the stucco in two places. The stucco was replaced and the walls were patched. It does not look like there ever was a beam there. Most of the work was done by Luis. He did the patching, and most of the painting. I asked him to make sure one window was caulked so it would not leak because it had leaked previously. He not only did that window but checked other windows and found a similar window and caulked that too. He oversaw the other painters. He is knowledgeable and very conscientious and skilled.

These guys are super professionals. The estimate initially seemed a little high but when I saw the quality of work and how Wilbur covered every little detail, it was well worth it. Excellent job! I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used Sucro Painting twice – once for interior and once for exterior work – and have been very satisfied. Mac, sales and development rep, walked thru the property and described in detail the plan to do the exterior painting. I appreciated their detailed but concise proposal and email communications. Wilbur’s workmanship was excellent – he was punctual and very meticulous. Their bid for the most recent job was considerably less than other contractors. Ricardo, the production manager, returned for the last step – the final walkthrough. I addressed an area which needed painting that I missed. He returned the next day and finished the small paint job not included in the proposal. The extra work did not exceed the amount on the proposal. I would definitely recommend Sucro Painting.

Outstanding quality, workmanship and people. Can't say enough nice things about our Project Manager Mac Canady and Lead Painter Joe B and every other team member that worked on our project. Everyone was a true professional who delivered extremely high-quality work in their area of expertise. The team delivered the job ahead of schedule, everyone showed up early or on time, went to work and cleaned up afterward as promised. Every obstacle that they encountered was handled either by our regular crew or by one of their on-staff experts. I've never had a more efficient and competent crew work on any project in our home. Sucro did a great job remodeling my old kitchen cabinets that had veneers peeling off and was in desperate need of a facelift. The estimate by Mac was fast, efficient and accurate; I really appreciated his clear and quick communication. The star of the show was probably Luis who was meticulous in terms of taping, masking and painting the existing cabinetry frames before the new doors could be put in place. I also had an old trash compactor removed and a new garbage pull cabinet fabricated. It was very helpful that they had a small showroom so that I could visualize cabinets, colors and hardware before making a decision. I would highly recommend Sucro.

I am pleased when I find a service provider who I can enthusiastically recommend to family, friends, and others. Sucro Painting is one these. Our home has extensive areas of clear coated stained wood exterior trim and eaves that take a beating from the elements. Sucro placed Wilbur and Jorge on the project. They professionally sanded, stained, and clear coated the all the wood trim while keeping the job site clean and free of paint drips. I was concerned about having the Spanish Tile roof damaged, Wilbur and Jorge handled these fragile areas expertly and the entire project was completed on time and to my complete satisfaction. I will have them back.

Marcus, Edgar and Luis (and his painter partner) were all awesome to work with. I was not an "easy customer" because I had made a bad color choice for the wall paint and our ceiling was vaulted with very rough (porous) tongue and groove with open-beams. The extra efforts necessary to correct my paint color choice mistake and the additional primer/finish coats required for the ceiling were provided quickly and at a fair price. Also, Edgar is a miracle worker with finish drywall work. My fireplace contractor left a mess of a job - out of square, poor corners, off-center TV niche - and Edgar made it all look right. Great job guys, and if I promise not to be such a pain next time, I hope you'll come back for another project! Cheers and thanks again!
