I would give them 10 stars if I could! I had just moved to Ukiah from NJ and my home flooded from the the water heater failing. Kurt, an owner with Redwood Restoration was absolutely amazing, calling me immediately and showing up within hours (way into the evening) to assess the damage and schedule the water cleanup the following morning. He explained everything, was fabulous with my insurance company and helped with contacting companies needed ASAP to avoid mold. It was an upsetting time and he reassured me that his company would be there throughout the process! So incredibly kind!!! He returned every text within minutes. His crew was wonderful, careful and showed me videos of what I could not see in my homes crawlspace so that I understood what they were repairing. When Kurt wrapped up, I felt absolutely confident that my home was ready to be rebuilt. This is my seventh home and Redwood Restoration is by far the absolute best crew I have ever worked with. Redwood Restoration was a true pleasure to have at our home. Kurt was absolutely amazing, words have not even been invented yet to describe how satisfied I am with their level of professionalism and quality of work.We had a faulty dishwasher leaking for who knows how long, which ended up destroying half of our kitchen and floors. The Redwood Restoration team came in and tented up the area, cleared all of the damaged items out and left dehumidifiers and fans as well as air cleaners to keep dust and debris down while drying the exposed sub floor. The team was astounding, professional and polite! Kurt also supplied pack out material (boxes and wrap) and they pack out the items from the area that need to be removed as well.I could not imagine using another company after such a positive experience with them. My sewer line backed up causing major water damage in my house and I didn't know what to do. Redwood Restoration came out immediately to help out with my emergency. Patrick and his crew were absolutely amazing, professional and very informative about the whole process, he explained in great detail the steps that needed to take place to make my home healthy and habitable again. They did an amazing job and we're very respectful to my needs and my health concerns. Patrick handled all the communication and documentation to the insurance for me, taking most of the stress of my hands. We had a roof leak that had been occurring for a long time prior to being noticed. It led to mold concerns. I found Redwood Restoration on the web and called.Tom Hoover responded quickly to the call. Scheduled an appointment and drove up from Ukiah to our Willits home. He was on time, very professional and personable.He inspected the area and described what they would need to do. He made some measurements and promised a quote the next day. The quote arrived via email as he committed. It was quite detailed in explaining all of the items and their costs. It made it very easy to know what needed to be done and how much it cost.I noticed that they advertised rodent damage remediation and asked if he would also look at the crawl space and the attic to see if they could sort out how mice and rats had got in and if they had done much damage.This was a much bigger job that I had been dreading. They came back the next day, again on time, donned their Tyvek suits and did a thorough investigation, followed by a detailed quote.We agreed to both jobs and the pricing. They were able to start the following Monday and were done with all the work in 5 days (we left town for the week).At every stage Tom kept me informed as to what was happening with texts, emails and photos.The work was of superior quality. It was refreshing to work with such a professional team. I honestly can't say enough positives about Kurt and his crew. I had an unfortunate event with a burst water main that flooded under my house, not the most pleasant crawl space either... my home was built in the 50's so use your imagination. The crew came out at my convenience, very professional, kind and took their time explaining every detail. You don't realize the hard work that goes into restoration until you actually need it. Honest, hard-working and fair prices. I will be recommending them over and over again! Thank you Kurt and crew. They also handle all the tedious paperwork with insurance companies. A major plus!

Redwood Restoration easily earned 10 Stars!We had black mold from rainwater damage that our insurance didn’t cover (beware “rainwater exclusion” in the small print). Tom Hoover was easily the most thorough in his inspection to give us a bid; he shared his knowledge and observations, and just seemed to have a lot of integrity. His wasn’t the lowest bid, but he worked with our budget, going out of his way with his team to not only remove the mold and fix the damage, but also to communicate along the way, check in, help with some extra work not in the original bid for no extra charge, and generally hold our hand throughout what could have been a worse ordeal. We always felt that he and his team cared about us and fixing our problem – they consistently took time to answer questions, explain, and check in with us. They took photos along the way of our mold and their progress, and shared them with us.We also appreciated that they not only did the mold abatement, but the rebuilding, too. Tom recommended a roofer (none of the restoration people we talked to did their roofing – it’s more specialized), and meanwhile his team gave us a temporary patch good for a month or 2.His Redwood Restoration team members are extremely professional, combined with reasonable, caring, honest and attentive to detail. Tom never made us feel that our questions were wasting his time -- we felt 100% seen as real people with a job that needed doing, not some dollar signs that a big company wanted to rake in.I would 150% recommend Redwood Restoration without reservation!

From our first meeting, Tom gave us a careful inspection and recommended a level one cleaning on our smoke damaged home. He helped us understand our insurance coverage, and accommodated my asthma requirements with his cleaning supplies. He followed through a few days later upon our return for an inspection and to answer any questions we had. He was gentle, caring, and compassionate about our loss. We have our home back now, clean and clear of the smoke smells and toxins. I highly recommend him, you will be satisfied.

I am the tenant of a single family house that experienced a water leak. The leak turned out to be more extensive than originally thought, and the work extended beyond the master bedroom/bathroom, through the wall and into the guest bathroom. The floors were stripped down, vanities were removed and multiple dehumidifiers were placed in all the necessary spots in order to remove the moisture and dry everything as quickly as possible. As a tenant I am not involved in the business end of this situation and cannot comment on that. What I am able to say, though, is that there is a huge benefit to both tenant and homeowner when a housing emergency is handled quickly, efficiently and professionally. The smoke was so dense when we got home we could see only a few feet into the house. Tom arrived as soon as the insurance wheels rolled, and his kind and knowledgeable manner calmed and reassured us that all the damage could be fixed. A few days later we were home again. He did everything we could have wanted except find the car keys we had lost in the house about 8 years ago. All smells are gone and most importantly, we are able to resume our lives with comfort and safety. Thank you, Redwood Restoration and crew!

My Roof was leaking Friday due to heavy rain. I called Redwood Restoration. Pat called me back and he and Jaime came out within the hour and tarped my roof and removed the damage in the ceiling. I highly recommend Redwood Restoration. Without their quick response to my call, the damage to my ceiling would of been much worse.
